CHOC
is
usually
known
to
provide
excellent
customer
service,
but
this
urgent
care
BOILED
my
blood,
even
though,
I'm
usually
a
very
calm,
understanding
person.
I
called
first
to
check
if
it's
busy
at
5:10
PM.
They
opened
at
5
PM
and
closed
at
7
or
8
PM
that
day.
They
told
me
it's
not
busy
and
as
long
as
I
could
get
there
30
mins
before
closing,
they
would
take
us
in.
We
arrived
at
5:30.
4
patients
ahead
of
me.
Pretty
much
an
empty
waiting
room,
only
with
2
patients,
in
addition
to
my
son.
We
patiently
waited
and
waited
and
45
mins
later,
they
told
me
my
son
was
now
on
a
waiting
list.
Huh????
Another
30
minutes
later,
they
said
the
dr
said
she
could
no
longer
see
us
because
she
already
had
4
patients.
WHAAAAAT??????
What
happened
to
the
info
of
"as
long
as
you
could
be
here
30
mins
before
closing"?
We
were
there
30
mins
right
after
they
opened
the
door!
CHOC,
please
listen!
Please
don't
spend
so
much
donation
funds
&
put
so
much
effort
for
advertisements
for
your
urgent
care,
beautifying
the
clinics,
etc.
Please
FOCUS
on
improving
your
patient
services.
Hire
more
physicians.
Train
your
employees.
Patients
and
parents
are
extremely
exhausted
when
the
kids
are
sick.
Be
considerate.
Be
thoughtful.
Be
understanding.
Be
kind.
Please
don't
claim
yourself
as
the
pioneer
in
providing
exceptional
medical
care
in
children,
if
you
fail
miserably
the
simple
yet
vital
basics!
Please
do
better!
In
the
end,
my
son
received
care
from
the
online
Blueberry
pediatric
care
in
30
mins
after
I
submitted
the
call
request.
Excellent
service.
