I paid $75 for a test I couldn't take, I arrived here ready to be seen only to be told the same day rapid results test I ordered was the wrong 1 and I instead needed to make a new appointment and pay again at the price of $129 to be seen. The women in the front were of no help at all, there were a line of people standing around similar to myself who'd all bought the wrong test and we were told call customer service no effort at all to assist those of us who took time and money to come get tested just blank stares and figure it out yourself. I asked what they could do and apparently it's nothing at all, I ended up leaving and I wouldnt recommend you come here if you need results in a timely manner.

I went to in to get a test done because a family friend had tested positive. Although I was not in direct contact, my sister was, so as a precaution, I made an appointment to test. My company requires the quick result tests so I chose this site. When I got there, everyone was very nice, the check in process was quick and smooth (make sure you have the email with your order ID handy). The wait was not too long. The tester was nice and explained what she was going to do and how long the results would take to be ready. The swab was inserted (not very deep or uncomfortable), and the tester circled the left and right nostrils lightly about 10 times. That's it, you're all done! A note if you happen to be sensitive like me, it was very ticklish so I was tearing up from holding my sneeze. I got my results in about 20 minutes, I hadn't even gotten home yet!

$150 for a test that will give you results in 60 min. 3 and a half hours and no update on my results. I drive back to the test center they spend 30 mins “looking for my test”. They come out with a paper and it’s just a paper explaining what the test is how it works and what to do if you’re negative or positive. Still no results. 4 hour and 25 mins, finally a text saying my test was Negative. Paid 150 for a 60 min test result !! NOT FOR 4 hours !!!

I waited 2 hours in the Anaheim location. My appointment was for 11am and I was finally able to be at the front and was tested at 1:00 pm. I took the rapid Covid test that was supposed to take 20 mins. I got my test results at 1:47 pm — 47 minutes later. There was only one testing station and 3 lanes of cars waiting. There should be at least one more testing station.

Out of nowhere I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Sat on hold with the clinic for over 3 hours and couldn’t get through. No refund and no appointment. So now I have to pay out of pocket again if I want another appointment. Only my appointment was cancelled and not my husbands. Makes no sense. We are coming from out of country so looks like we will either be cancelling the trip or im paying about $300 for a test that they cancelled and didn’t refund me for.

This place is a scam. My wife and I had appointments at 11am to get tested. The line to check in was over an hour. We left and tried to reschedule. Before we even got home my wife got a text saying her results were in and she was positive for a test she never took. Now it is impossible to get through to customer service to even ask about the test results, and a refund.

1 - 2 day results does not come on time. i missed my flight. It's very likely that they will loose your test as they really don't care about your situation. it's really hard to get to customer service line. With the money you pay, you can easily go to any hospital and get a PCR test faster. I thought this was a rapid test but actually slower than free test locations which takes 3 days. I feel so dumb to go this place...

If you make an appt outside of the first times provided that day, be prepared to wait 1+ hrs. Their testing system is incredibly inefficient. After you stand in line to register, they have you stand in ANOTHER line just to get swabbed by one person. Let's just forget most folks have done tests already and/or can't understand directions that a staff member can give new-testing folks. My advice: make an appt for the first time of the day you choose

I was directed wrongly by one of my family members and when arrived to your place I was asked for a confirmation number or appointment number and did not have one, they explained to me what and how I had to do it and they asked me nicely to get out of the line and after I get the appointment to let them know, like I said everybody was so nice but, in particular this young man named Esteban, he was very patient with me and guided me precisely the way I had to do it and everything worked so good, Thank You! My result was negative and it was delivery exactly one hour later.

This place is a scam. Had symptoms, paid over $100 for a test and it came back negative. Went to two other testing sites, including a PCR test. And both tests came back positive. Save your money and don’t get tested here.
