Night mare I used love to come here however there is a new staff member that is rude only asked my child to weara mask however I asked her twice why the other children that were coughing are not being asked to wear a mask? She ignored me and didn't ask the other parents to put their children's mask on. 2 mins had passed I was asked to put my sons mask on it didn't fit him the mask they have are painful even for me my child was crying at this point once again as I'm sitting here the other woman child is not wearing mask on my child has mask on hers doesn't the girl has not said anything but she just looking at my child 💔 😔 sadly the differences made are apparent. I did not put the child's face however you can see the other child is not wearing one. Did look at my child his mask is making marks on his face. There was a kind guy from the front that came to give my son a child's face mask thank you lord. It's just the girl who was unhelpful.

This place has horrible personnel. I cannot believe what I just witnessed. Two older adults with their disabled child were in the waiting room, and the terrible service that they received was unjustified. I have worked in the healthcare field for more than ten years, and I have NEVER turned patients away only because I could not provide the care they needed. This is part of your job in the medical field to help people. These heartless people "could not help her with her condition and therefore could not call 911" They said she needed to do it. The lady was in so much pain, and all she was worried about was that her disabled son was not going to take his medication on time. Why must someone who does not work there come in and help these people and call 911? But what raised my blood pressure was that a nurse came out when she heard this lady's scream from her pain and helped her to at least place her arm in a way to release the pain, and what she got from this place was a write up with the possibility of being fired. This place needs a lesson on morals, and the sad part is that this is the second time I have witnessed these people can not even get up from their seats and help an older person. I only came here because it is the closest place to bring my family, but I will start looking for a different site instead of witnessing how these people are being paid to sit and do nothing. They should think, what if this was their parents or grandparents? Will they be okay with a "healthcare" clinic doing the same?

Waiting room/check in area was clean and spacious. Lady at the front desk, don’t remember her name, was extremely helpful and nice. Exam room was also nice, spacious and clean. Dr. Michelle Roberts was kind, easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say. She put a temporary cast perfectly on my arm. She helped find me a place to get X-rays and had all my paperwork done before I left, no waiting around. If anything happens again, I will definitely be going back. Kindest doctors ever!

I had a great experience at this clinic. From the front desk staff to the back office staff to the provider, 10/10 would recommend to anybody. Christine, the PA, was great! She listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. Andrea, the ultrasound technician, was great as well. Thank you to the wonderful medical assistants Rashad, Hadeel, and Brianna for the care.

I like this OC because the doctors are theral they take take their time with patient so as far as medical care it's great. 3 stars because I drove half an hour with my sick child to find out that they close an hour and a half for lunch between 1:30 and 3! They asked us to go to another location down the street but that's not what I drove for. The hours should be clear online so people can can make an informed decision. Their sign on the door even said Open!

i stayed there for 1 & half hour for no reason. I checked in then they called me for the blood test, it just took 10 minutes maximum. then they asked me to stay at room No. 4 waiting for the provider i stayed for more than half an hour then asked them why am i waiting for that long time ? they told me the provider should to talk to the patient before the he leaves!!! i stayed for about 20 minutes more then the provider came in with smily face and said ok dear we already have your blood test then when we got the result we will give you a call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So unprofessional and careless. I'd never go back to this place any more.

This is ridiculous urgent care with doctors. They sent wrong prescription for eye to CVS, For eye stye , Dr.Vincent gave a prescription For only Dermatologic use Not for Eye Use It’s stupid and My eye was burning and hurt by ointment. please don’t go to Urgent care this location. They are so dangerous to patients. I’m so hurt by wrong medications and So dissatisfied! They said that it’s fine for eye area even though it’s for use dermatology, obviously showing NOT FOR EYE ( Ophthalmic use)

I've been using both locations, and I'm always treated with respect and listened to as a patient. Staff is always friendly.

I love coming to this urgent care, I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Wu came in within 5 minutes of me being in the room and quickly examined me & had my antibiotic sent over to the pharmacy quickly after. Will continue to keep coming here!

Been at this location several times and received care and respect. Last time visited, they directed me to the right location based on my need. Waiting time depends but if not busy, they won’t have you wait for no reason.

It’s been 20+ days that I did my X-Ray and I already called 3 times to discuss and know the results of my X-Rays but no one is helpful. I talked to couple of people on phone and everyone is telling me different things, one said the results are not in yet, next time I called they said, they will call me back in 10 minutes, but no one called me after a week I had to call back and explained everything and suddenly the caller was switched and was asking me how he can help me 😡😡then I explained again, he said to wait…..on hold…. he forwarded my call to another number and that number didn’t answer and was asking to leave a voicemail 😡😡😡 I don’t know what is wrong with these people I am simply asking for my x-ray results which they should have it already…..If a patient is coming and you guys sent him for X-ray or bloodwork then please let him know what was the results of those test….

The people at OC Urgent Care is what makes the difference. Every visit I have been greeted and treated like they care about me. In addition, the facility is clean and that means a lot. If you need an Urgent Care, this is the place to go.

I read the reviews, saw Dr Wu and it is true! He is very caring! I highly recommend!
