They only have doctors here a few days out of the week! The nurse practitioner can not prescribe medications that I need and have been on for years ! When I call 80% of the time it go's to voice mail. The voice mail is full and can not accept messages ! The experience at the office is fine , front desk people are nice , NP did what he could for me! When I called to see a psychologist I got an appointment 3 weeks out ! I then got a phone call a week before the appointment where a message was was left on my phone canceling the appointment and saying I need to call back to reschedule! When I called back the first appointment was 3 weeks away ! It seems to me that they need more doctors they need more people to serve the community needs !

1. Over past 2 years I have had to visit the clinic over 20+ for various medical clearances related to my work. On average for any given appointment I had to wait an hour after arriving on time for the scheduled appointment before being seen. 2. Once requisite examinations were done, the time required to complete forms on average took an hour after completion of examinations. Consequently, many appointments took over 3+ hours for routine medical clearances. 3. Staff are generally very friendly and competent in regards to treatment and service, but their scheduling system and processing are either nonexistent or utterly worthless. Conclusion: if you do not mind waiting for extremely long extended periods for {a} making appointments, {b} meeting appointments, and {c} obtaining paperwork the clinic's staff are generally competent and professional.

Zero stars! Unfortunately very unprofessional doctors and staff! In multiple occasions I have had to physically drop off lab results, and medical records due to the fact of them misplacing or not knowing how to get a hold of the results properly. The doctors do not have the ability or proper knowledge to care for critical patients. They have no empathy for patients conditions or their family members. The simplest request takes weeks for them to process. There is only one single individual who is reliable and her name is Claudia. Staff and Doctors work with their emotions instead of their knowledge or professionalism. STAY AWAY if possible. This place is a joke.

I have left a review on this dirty place. I guess it has been deleted. I went here I few years a go for my first pregnancy, first off they took hrs to attend me. They never answer their phones. It's dirty the docs shoes and gown were dirty 🤮. To top it all of they released information to someone I guess she used to work there before. The info given to her was false as well some angry woman will go this far to try and find things about you and make things up 😂. They also take their sweet time to make transfers. Thank goodness I only went there for two appointments. 🤦

If there was a minus 5 star i will give it to them, useless facility with useless workers, I have 2 kidney stones and I wanted to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor to discuss the matter with him, they don't even care about how much pain I have, don't waste your precious time with this nonsense facility

I've personally given up on my medical needs because of this place. My husband on got to see the doc for 60 seconds. Not even time to pull his empty inhaler out of his pocket. He didn't get a re fill. Im on hold with them now and its been 31 minutes. They rather me go off my meds and endanger my health.

The doctor was nice and informative, but it's absolute hell trying to get a prescription change from these people if your insurance doesn't cover what they prescribed. Then when trying to contact them to change it to a prescription my insurance covers which my pharmacy is ready to fill, they will not answer the phone or urgent voice messages from you or your pharmacy. After the fact of not picking up the phone ALL DAY forcing you to have to drive to the office they get mad you came infected to the office. If it wasn't for the doctor being nice that seen me yesterday I'd give them 1 star. Make sure to answer your business phone and this probably wouldn't happen for future reference.

This is only my doctor because my insurance covers it. However I’m definitely switching currently due to the attitude and unprofessionalism. Recently I was switched doctors due to my age and my old doctor was fantastic. This new doctor didn’t listen to any of my concerns, didn’t even pull up my file as I’ve been here plenty times before. Showed no care and just hurried me. I had to schedule another appt because the gyno was not concerned at all about my symptoms. I was very upset.

Great medical facility. Aracely the manager has always been extremely helpful to me she goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Claudia and Fernanda at the front desk what can I say these ladies are so amazing. They always remember my name are so attentive and nice to me. Aracely give them a raise. Also Israel Santana from the Garden Grove facility what can I say he IS GREAT on the phone. He is friendly and also recognizes my voice he needs a RAISE THANKS to all of you for the great service.

Place is so disorganized. I get information that they accept bank statements as income then when I arrive say they don’t. Told me they don’t accept walk ins then they say they do but need to wait in case someone cancels. Tried to log into Wi-Fi on my laptop for paystubs but they don’t give any access to Wi-Fi. And they still are requiring mask??? Disorganized and would not recommend to anyone. Do a favor. Leave while you can.

I Give Central City Community Health a Big 5 starts. They were really helpful I was a new patient saw me same day. The girl in front was friendly and if she did not know the answer she asked for help like you should not like other place. Doctor that saw me I got the feeling she really cared for what I need and tried in anyway to help me. I know if I would of gone somewhere else they would of just passed me to someone else. Want to say a big thank you and this will be my clinic from now on.

You have to arrive 1 hour before your appointment to be attended to. If you arrive at the indicated time, they will make you wait 2 hours so they will only attend to you for 10 minutes and goodbye.

I loved it until today, the pediatrician is the best, I waited more than two months for an appointment for my son that was canceled two days before, today I was trying to get in touch regarding another new appointment when they finally answered the phone, the girl told me that Can you give it to me with a doctor, the day they offered me I am not available and I ask for another day but the girl answers me because I only have that day at that time... ????
