I came this Urgent Care service to have a quick Covid test because it is very near my house. Waiting for more than four hours to have the quick test and result was a my terrible experience! Not only me. A lot of people stood in a long line from outside through parking lot to the entrance door. The line moved very slowly. Raining was almost of the time I were there. Four hours just for a quick Covid test, it was really very bad service I’ve ever got. Luckily rain was not heavy and I had an umbrella. However, I was almost wet when I received the result of Negative. People said we are not sick because of Covid but because of the cold.

If you visiting this place !!! They put free free rapid test!!!! Nop make sure bring your insurance card or they will charge you 100$ also waiting in line it's 4 hours ++ also don't forget your chair and ambrela you will be toasted outside .don't recommend

I definitely would give 0 stars! Terrible place , love yourself, Don't come here. There's plenty of other places to go , go there. People here discriminate, they are excruciatingly slow, no sense of urgency. They make you wait hours just to swab you for covid test and they help whom they chose before you , even though you were there an hour before them. Staff are careless and rude. It's not worth the headache. Please go elsewhere, don't take my word for it. There are plenty of people posting their negative experiences here as well, we're not kidding. This place is Terrible!

I am very happy with Anaheim Medical Clinic. They have PCR testing, and I got my results the next day within less than 24 hours. Everyone was very professional they also have the Rapid Antigen Test as well and only take 10 minutes for results. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Needed a appointment on short notice and was helped out straight away by Holly. She was kind and professional to the fullest extent. The office was very clean and everyone there was very helpful. The PA that did my check up was extremely thorough. Will be coming whenever I need professional medical attention with a quickness.

Avoid at all costs. These ppl don’t deal with things urgently, so it should not be called urgent care. If you want medical help and need attention and information in a timely manner, don’t come here. Incompetent staff and poor practice of medicine.

Everyone is very friendly. I walked in to urgent care with a very bad back pain and Dr afriashabi was very sweet . I was in and out the door in not even one hour .everything went smooth and I'm feeling great now .I recommend all my friends and family to come here from now on.i also did a covid test and with insurance it's free so no out of pocket for you .

The wait is ridiculous even when one person is ahead of you. Went inside to check what was the hold up and this lady is busy on her phone. Asked her how much longer and she still took 15 additional minutes to help me.

Brought my 9yr old for a sore throat and Jasmin in the front took care of us and even made her covid test easy. Dr Ron was amazing and kind with us 4. In and out in about 1 hr.

Absolutely Terrible. Lady Don't Speak English And I Felt Like She Was Racist Toward White People.
