New dog park in Anaheim. Good amounts of shade in the large dog side. Not a lot on the small dog side, However the dogs don't seem to care. If you do have a small dog keep an eye out, as hawks like to circle the park. Haven't see or heard of anyone loosing a small dog to a hawk, but you don't want to be the first. Also for people in the area (particularly at night) there is a notice that coyotes are regularly in that area. Both sides have double gated entrances to prevent dogs from getting out. As well as drinking fountains for both owners and their pets. They also provide a baggie dispenser for dog waste as well as multiple trash cans. There's lots of parking by the Maxwell library and by the baseball fields. I'm glad Anaheim is starting to put in more dog parks.

Very clean and nice dog park. People are friendly and pick up after their dogs. Best one in the area in terms of Anaheim and Garden Grove. My dog always has a blast coming here. I prefer it over the Central dog park in HB. The dog park also has great hours. I wouldn't want to come here when it's raining though due to the dirt ground rather than grass or wood chips. The park itself is also very beautiful, clean and has large fields of green grass to relax and have a picnic. I enjoy sitting under the very large well kept trees by the paths. 10/10 recommend.

I love this place! It's fun to meet other people and their cute lil'doggies! My dog is a bit shy, but he still loves to go!! My little dog is much more social and runs around. There's a side for small and another for larger dogs. I love that, so my lil tiny doesn't get trampled on πŸ˜‰

Super cool little dog park . Plenty of people come here with their pets so you can always count your dog will have a friend. Looks clean and it’s big on both sides

This is a really cool dog park. There's a section for big dogs and a section for small dogs. There's also lots of toys for them to play with.

Very Nice dog park. Still a new dog park with alot of green grass and small hills. Looks well maintained and have met many friendly pooches. However sometimes the entrance gates become locked and people get trapped inside the park.

This park is pretty good It is very spacious. We can't control what others do....but I will say this.....if you have dogs on BOTH SIDES of the park, you should NEVER allow your big dog to JUMP OVER to the small dog side!! JUST OUT OF RESPECT, to all the other dog owners that are there..... It's just like an older child, doing something bad in front younger siblings. Now you're dog has just "set a bad example" for other dogs that are there. AND YOU ARE JUST RUDE....for allowing it to happen! I only saw this on one occasion and I have been there, a total of 5 times.

Immaculately clean Doggie Park. They have secured gates and fences. Water fountains for dog and owners, and always other people there with their dogs so your dog can run around and get to know each other ( aka sniff some butts ) lol. There is two sides one for bigger dogs and another for small ones like our lil Jewel. So if you have an dog and are in the area you should definitely check out Maxwell Dog park! Ps- I hear Friday evenings are when alot of people and dogs come so keep that in mind in case your pet doesn't like large crowds. Here are some pics of our pup at the park....

Ok dog park with separate areas for small and large dogs. Lots of parking by the library. Water fountains but not much seating.

Depends on when you go, usually during the weekends there are too many aggressive dogs with owners not willing to correct their poor behavior. Some people like to bring their small dogs to the big dog side and complain when they are told to get their dog. But if you go during the week in the morning before noon you will have a few regular dogs with attentive owners.

Smallish but nice dog park. One area for small dogs, and another for large dogs. Plenty of space to walk your dog throughout the park or just sit under a tree in the shade and just relax. They also have a couple of baseball fields and a couple of open fields.

Clean grounds with responsible dog owners...most of the time. If your dog needs to be leashed around other dogs or people, this is not the place to be. Bags and trash cans are available in multiple locations if needed when your dog drops a deuce. There's a small dog area and large dog area making it safe and fun for all dogs.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Cute pocket park with secure areas for large and small dogs. It’s mostly accessible to pedestrians from the nearby apartments, but there are a few street parking spots.
