So from my understanding this hotel use to go by a different name on Google and some one else bought it and it's under different management I think because when you Google the address 2 other hotels for the same adress pop up. The queens Inn was minimalist and easily accessible for our disney trip. The room was clean and I didn't find any mysterious stains or bed bugs (we actually looked under the mattresses and sheets). No weird smells or broken fixtures in the room it's self. Basic room amenities like a small fridge and microwave and a older hairdryer that will get the job done. This is for my families who want to sleep and shower before spending 8+ hours in the parks all day. There is a pool and hotub outside the rooms that's open until 10pm I believe. This is close to the toy story parking lot w/shuttles to the park. It's a 2 minute drive there which was amazing. There is no breakfast but basically across the street in walking distance is dennys, taco bell, and Carl's Jr. They also gave us pizza coupons with our room keys at check in. - My only draw back with this basic hotel is the mattresses. It jacked me up on the first night. Some of the springs in my bed were wonky and were like pushing on me in my sleep and I woke up with like marks on the body. It was super firm and kinda rough. We walked over 17k steps at Disney the next day and I could feel my hips neck and shoulders more than I usually do because of the way I slept I thinkšŸ˜‚ So just be warned if pillow top and memory foam is your norm this bed might as well feel like sleeping on the ground for you lol - Over all very pleased with price, motel priced but no skeevy or loud. Enough parking, no homeless on lot, clean rooms, house keeping active on lot as well and the distance to where we needed to go was great. -1 for the matress though just saying šŸ˜…

Decent hotel for the price. The beds were firm, you could hear outside noises pretty easily as well. It was conveniently located next to a few gas stations and also a few restaurants.

For an affordable hotel near Disneyland, itā€™s a great deal. Free Parking & Free WiFi - Love it! Nice, if you are looking for a budget hotel, the Queens Inn is a great choice. It is only 1-mile walk to Disneyland, and just a 10-minute walk to the Anaheim convention center, and all the restaurants and shopping. There is also bus and shuttle stops just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a little pool and hot tub that was great to relax in after a day at Disneyland. Our room was clean and had air conditioning and heat. Most the rooms had double Queen beds, but we chose a king bed room with an ADA walk-in shower. For such a low price, itā€™s always great to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The flat screen TV and cable was good, and the blackout curtains kept the room dark so we could sleep in. There was plugs for charging our devices, and a work desk, and internet speed was fast, which was good for my convention group. Itā€™s not fancy, but itā€™s hard to beat the low rate, good location, and basic amenities compared to other hotels in the Disneyland Resort District. Iā€™ll stay here again, itā€™s a great value.

My room had an overwhelming stench of raw sewage. It was uninhabitable. Staff was unable to move to to another room. I could not continue to stay here. Had to find another hotel and rates were high because of a convention. Ultimately, Queens Inn refused to work with Orbitz to refund me. Run away from this place. Do not stay here.

I made reservations through my credit card company about month ago. Two weeks before my trip I call to make sure they had my reservations. First they couldn't find me, and refused to hear any hotel confirmation numbers since it was through my credit card company. They eventually find it, and I ask how late I can check in. Was spending the day at Disneyland, and they said I could check in late, even when I asked if it was around midnight, website says latest check in is 3am. The woman says that's fine, someone will be there. When I go to check in, the man says I'm too late for my check in, it's midnight, also he can't find it. Then he finds it, but says that I'm still too late to check in. Then he says it was rescheduled to a few days earlier. Last but not least, he says that it was canceled by a third party and declined my payment. When I ask for some proof, he cannot give me any. We cut our losses and go to motel 6, who checks us in immediately. The next day I check my credit card statements. Nothing about my payment being declined. So I call the credit card company, and now I have to wait for the hotel's manager, because the payment that they said was declined, they magically now have, and don't want to refund me. So I was misinformed, lied to, or both by the hotel staff. But they'll try and keep my money that conveniently reappeared.

Perfectly fine. Affordable, comfortable, safe, and clean. Nothing fancy, but everything we were looking for. And a great price for the walking distance from Disneyland (1 mile, but whatā€™s a mile when youā€™re already planning on walking for 15 hours of the day?)

It was clean, unassuming and exactly what I thought it would be. Everything in our room worked and coffee and some restaurants close by.

I had really high hopes for this hotel for its perks but I had an unpleasant experience that changed my feelings. After a day at Disneyland, my husband and I noticed some of our souvenirs we purchased the day before were missing from where they were placed in our hotel room. We spent the whole night looking through our belongings as well as looking in our luggages with no luck. The next morning, we called the front desk to file a report and they werenā€™t able to locate what happened with our souvenirs. Thankfully, after showing documentation of the missing items, we were reimbursed. Unfortunately, our annual passes had expired and we couldnā€™t go and repurchase the souvenirs. Itā€™s really a shame because the shuttle taking you to Disneyland is less than a block away, the rooms are decent, the staff is friendly, there is a pool, and parking is free. With all of these positives, Iā€™m hesitant on recommending this hotel to friends or family. Also, not that it inconvenienced my husband or I in any way, but the WiFi was only achievable in the front lobby area and not in the hotel rooms.

I had a great stay un Queens, the beds were really confortable after a day at the parks. I traveled with My son and we had many options of food within walking distance, a Target store was about 10 minutes walking, and just 2 minutes walk to the bus stop to get to the Disneyland! I Will definately reserve here in My next trip! The staff were really nice and the check in and out pretty smooth.

The carpet was so dirty. Walked around with my white socks for a few minutes and turned black on the bottom. You can definitely see that the owners do not care about updating or maintaining their place clean. I guess you get what you paid for. The location is great.

I make a reservation for booking app. For the date 11/29/23. Because it was my wife birthday and we went to Disneyland and spent the day at Disney, and it like midnight and we came to the hotel trying to check it in, the guy who was in the receptionist his name is Sam. He has a bad service, he was rude to us. He said they had a problem with booking I think that it a problem they have to solve with booking. But he also gave me a phone number to called, and tried to solve the problem I called the customer service, they called his manager it was around 1:00 a.m already. The manager authorized the reservation His name is Peter. But still Sam doesnā€™t let us check in because he needs to received a called directly from Peter his manager. We have to call again to customer service so they are trying to solve the problem. It was around 12:00 a.m when we tried to check in, now is already 2:00 a.m and we are still here outside of the Hotel waiting for. Itā€™s unbelievable that this kind of situation happen and Sam told me that we were not client for the hotel. We were client of booking that was he said. This is a picture of the hotel Because we are still here just so you can check.

Not the best place to stay but much better than expected. The have large refrigerator and good microwave. Bed was old but still comfortable. Carpet floor was VERY DIRTY. We walked on it on bare feet and the feet area turned black. They have outdoor pool but I didnā€™t try. Bathroom is spacious and pretty ok. Coffee machine with a few pods is in the bathroom too. The door looked secure but itā€™s 100% NOT sound proof. Overall, good for the price in this area. Theyā€™ll give parking ticket to display in front of your car when checking in. Itā€™s quite a walk to Disneyland but I was told there was a shuttle bus (but I didnā€™t try it though).

Stayed here for 5 nights back in mid June. Check in was pretty simple, the front desk guy was really nice, so idk what the complaints are about. They require a $100 hold on your card for a deposit (you'll get it back if you don't tear up the room, obvs). Room had a queen bed, lots of thick pillows, clean bedding, mini fridge and microwave (all rooms have them), and the towels are nice. Coffeemaker and a couple of pods on the counter. The only drawback to this place is the carpets need a serious shampooing, the bathtub is clean and drains nicely, but there's no drain plug, so maybe get a cheap rubber stopper if you want a bath instead of a shower, and my neighbors were loud and obnoxious, but I don't see that being the norm, so it was tolerable. Which is why I'm giving 4 stars overall. Close to SO much. Plenty of food options nearby, and a gas station/quickie mart literally right next door. Stayed here, a woman, alone, and had no issues as far as feeling safe. Would totally stay here again.

This was the worst smelling room I have ever been in. You never even get used to the smell, itā€™s just constantly assaulting your nostrils. The shower could not maintain hot water. The iron damaged my shirt so donā€™t use that if you value your attire. Location and price are great.

Excellent location. Smoothest check in I have ever had. Leon at the check in desk was very helpful and kind. Clean room as well. Great value place to stay near Disney. Couldnā€™t recommend it enough

Perfect place to stay super close to Disneyland. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, AC worked, high water pressure, hot water and quiet. Canā€™t really be beat for the price!

Our room smelled like sewer during our the entire stay. We assumed it was coming from the water pipes. I smelled it as soon as we walked in but thought it would go away but it didn't. We bought Febreze, hoping it would cover the smell but it didn't. It got worse throughout our 3 night stay. We requested a new room but they made no effort in trying to find a solution for us and told us they didn't have any available. It was so unbearable that we stayed at my mom's room at the Ramada down the street. I would stay here again only if they fixed the pipes and smell.

This hotel was around 50-70 dollars cheaper than other options nearby. The room was very clean, A/C and heater working perfectly. The TV had a few channels but you can stream with your cellphone (Samsung) anything you want. Place is quiet and with plenty of parking. It is about 25 minutes walk from Disney, although google maps says is "32-35 minutes." A lot of different food options around and within a 5-7 minutes drive to Disneyland parking lots and 3 minutes from Disneyland Downtown District.

These are probably the best bang for your buck if youā€™re just looking for a place to crash. We are the all-day Disney types so we just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Sleeping was fine, not luxury but comfy and no bed bugs so they deserve the star. The showering was a problem because the tub kept clogging. And after a WHOLE day at Disney it was STILL full šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø I had to roll the sleeves up and do the job myself so that was def worth subtracting a star. The pool looked super dirty w/ an almost green tint to it so we didnā€™t use that but the hot tub was barely decent so I let the little one splash around in there (since it wasnā€™t hot either). Either way, it worked for what we needed. I didnā€™t mind getting my hands a lil dirty for the price we paid and the location being so near to Disney. The staff was daily friendly too. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. Iā€™d stay here again as long as they keep the bed bugs away and the sheets clean.

****CAUTION**** I booked a four-night stay for my Disneyland trip. The room was shabby, but I was staying on my own so it wasn't a big deal to me. On the second day I used the shower for the first time. I noticed a hole on the inside of the bathtub that had been covered up by the shower curtain. I thought "it's just another level of shabby" and then I WENT TO DISNEYLAND, not concerned about my rundown hotel room. On the third day of my trip (the third time the cleaners "cleaned" the room) the management called me and said they found the hole and that I must have smashed it WITH A HAMMER and that I had to pay an extra $550 or they would not unlock my room. I had all my things in there and one more night of my reservation. They refused to listen to me, accused me of being homeless, and told me they were charging my card and that I could not stay for my final night! I had to book another last-minute hotel for $150. So...either they knew about the hole and intentionally blamed me for it to get more money, or they were not properly cleaning the room and hadn't yet seen the hole. Either situation is alarming. I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Reading through the other comments on Google it looks like others have been intentionally deceived as well. If you are considering this place I recommend booking the Motel 6 just around the corner.

Came here for a stay at Disney like everyone else. First room had a broken toilet, they could not fix it and would not change our room due to capacity until the next day which is understandable . Next day we get a new room, however beware of ROACHES!! We came back in from our anniversary dinner and we found in the span of 1 hour, THREE GIANT ROACHES crawling in the room. We immediately left and asked for a refund, they said we needed video proof(which we went back for, wasnt hard to get) and that we had to come back the next day at 9am to speak to the manager. We come back, and the manager states she is not authorized to give us a refund and that "all rooms are checked and cleaned every day, we do not have roaches those are water bugs" . We ended up pressing the issue and getting the refund ( even though she just said it was impossible for her to do it and she wasn't authorized) but the customer service is horrible, would never stay there again Id rather sleep in a car.

Average? You pay cheap, donā€™t expect 5 star. Itā€™s not falling apart. You are not going to get Hilton hotel with motel 6 prices. The outside has some repairs done. I do see workers fixing stuff. Nothing really bad. Old place. The rooms are ok. Modern. See images for updates. Donā€™t be surprised. Itā€™s not a dump. Itā€™s ok. Pool is working. Night light in the pool. Parking is fine. Our faucet had low water pressure. Shower water was good. AC was perfect. Our other hotel guest had blood in their bed. Odd. Nevertheless, ours bed was clean. Last but not least, no elevators. On the plus side, Disney is a block away. You will get there on time. Universal is far away. During morning rush hours, youā€™ll need to leave really early for Universal. Sorry, I cannot give this place more than 2 stars. I normally stay at a Hilton or Holiday Inn. This place is no where close. 2 stars means, the stay was nice, but, I wonā€™t return.
