Awesome and authentic food all the way from Mumbai to Los Angeles. Tried their sesame chicken, sizzler and chicken dynamite which were lip smacking. Forgot to take the picture of sizzler platter and their falooda which is must try for everyone.

Everything I ordered was good. Spicy but good. I hope they add a little less spicy so everyone can eat. After a long time, I had good food. After San Giovanni, this restaurant is finally in good hands.

Our family ate here tonight and we had such an amazing time. The food speaks for itself and is delicious! But what made this place so special was the owner and staff! They took the time to share their favorites with us and we ended up sampling quite a few things on the menu because of this and loved everything we ordered! The owner was so personable and made this an amazing experience! We can’t wait to come back!

The food here was amazinggggg. The owners were so welcoming and friendly and I will definitely be back here. The pizzas were honestly the highlight and the fact that the whole menu is all halal is awesome!

This place has gone by many names. Originally (and legendarily) known as San Giovanni's Pizza, then iCuisine, then fusion, (then something else I think), and now Neelu's. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza which was a bit oily for my liking. The BBQ chicken wings were excellent and surprisingly, so were the fries. The cheeseburger had a dense exterior which made it difficult to chew, and had desi flavorings despite being an American dish. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal but the pizza is a downgrade from what it used to be. I'll definitely come back again to try some other flavors insha'Allah.

Wow. I have no words. This was a great experience. Big menu, nice people, good food. I especially love the fries. The chicken was wild. I wish the tables were on when I went.

I wish i coulf give a zero rating. The food here is horrible and so tasteless. We had to literally throw the food in bin when we take out. The veg fried rice they add color to it and it was a red color fried rice.!we ordered daal makhani and they give mansoor daal when argued they said thats what we serve. Well you should update your menu instead of making customers fool and charging them.

Food: ordered beef biriyani on their website it says $15.99 we paid $17.00 it was ok with the taxes and all. Frozen food they just heated the meat and added with long rice on top of it (for biriyani basmati rice is used) we asked for extra spice. All they did was adding extra chili powder on top of the meat you can literally see the chunks of powdered chili. It was super dry. As an asian background person I know how exactly biriyani should taste. Behaviour : from the very moment we walked in the cashier guy was very rude. No hello no greetings as if he wasn’t trained. I myself work in food industry i was trained how to behave properly towards the customers. The cashier guy he was on his earbuds the whole time even when we were ordering he wasn’t taking it properly also my husband was calling his “excuse me” several times he was simply standing and busy with his phone. Im sorry im never coming back we customer we pay for the food we deserve some respect we are not there for free food im really angry about their service.

Food is deserving of 1 star. The atmosphere is odd with the kind of seating they have and tables that might be screens with cameras and nfc, but they're not working? Weird to have them in place at a restaurant such as this. The chicken burger was definitely from frozen, and the other two items we got were apparently popular items but were nothing to be desired. They use disposable plates and cutlery, which is nothing bad on them. However, for "new" cutlery, there are a lot of thumbprints on them. I asked for another set, and the next had some, too. Though not as many. Would give 1 star, but there was an older lady working there who was just the sweetest, so giving another star for her.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's so bad so bad soo bad I won't come back even if I get free offer. I ordered The beef Biriyani, it's nothing but white rice and meat. Plus the rice is so dry I was struggling swallowing it. We asked for extra spicy, they just added extra chili powder on top of the rice. Keep the food aside my god the customer service. The main guy his name is Hamza he was so rude, and he was giving me the vibe 'I made a mistake coming here' . He kept looking at my wife in bad way from top to bottom. He's so disrespectful and disturbed all time. I had to call him every time 5 to 6 times,I keep calling him, excuse me, excuse me and he's just busy with his headphones. He's all the time busy with his headphones. He was like why are you here, what do you want?just give me the money and leave. Felt like he gave me charity food. And btw why all tables have hidden cameras? I found cameras under the table, I asked him why is this? He was this is how it is. That's it!! If you have it for some reason,it's your responsibility to explain if any customer asks you why the cameras? Dear owner you don't believe me? Check your camera I was here around 11.20/11.30 pm (08/31/2023) . This Hamza guy is always busy with his headphones all the time. That's not how you do customer service. I also work in a restaurant, I’m a chef of a very well known mediterranean cuisine in Newport, so don’t teach me how to provide service and how to cook. I bet most of the good reviews are biased here.

They serve food after one hour even though we are only one customer for them. I order chicken hooka noodles. He brings upmma, and then I ask him what this dish is? He answered, "If you want, we can make it better. Give me time!! Otherwise, can you order another dish !! Chef went for break while we ordered food. After 30 min, he came back to start making food. The restaurant is very quiet, no music. Last they charge you for glass of water also!!!

We went there around 1am. All deshi restaurants are closed but this one open! The foods…..delicious. Only thing I do not like the plastic plate and spoons. They should provide glass plates. Anyway good luck.
