his
review
is
limited
to
Uncle
Robert's
garage
that
my
husband
and
I
visited
on
a
tour.
Here
in
this
complex
was
the
garage
that
had
been
moved
and
rebuilt
in
this
location
to
save
it
from
destruction.
This
is
where
Walt
Disney
had
his
first
studio
where
he
perfected
his
animation
machine
to
make
cartoons
back
in
1923,
The
garage
is
fascinating
with
all
different
paraphernalia.
Here
you
will
see
the
original
projector
used
by
Walt
Disney
himself.
The
garage
is
double
entry
and
you
will
find
pins,
stuffed
characters,
sheet
music,
pens,
Disney
food
advertising,
early
photos
of
Disneyland.
Have
your
camera
ready
so
you
don't
miss
out.
Inside
you'll
see
a
portrait
of
one
of
the
friends
of
Disney
who
owned
the
garage.
It's
none
other
than
Bobby
Sherman-one
of
the
heartthrobs
of
the
old
"Here
come
the
brides"
TV
series
years
ago.
The
late
Buddy
Adler
who
founded
the
friends
of
Disney
wrote
a
book
about
it
calling
it
"Walt
Disney's
garage
of
dreams."
It's
worth
a
good
read.
I
would
have
never
known
this
place
existed
and
was
happy
for
the
opportunity
to
see
it
in
person.
