I loved the atmosphere! The barn and houses on the lot were amazing! Even had a beautiful gazebo, and gorgeous flowers!

Wonderful museum with excellent docents full of fascinating local history. I came with a school group, kids ages 4-9, and everyone was engaged and curious. Great local history in a beautiful and comfortable environment. It's a hidden jewel. Highly recommend!!

What a great little establishment. Had a good tour and tour guide, he was very knowledgeable. Amazing to see how homes where in the early 1900's. Had a lot to see. The only downside is that they need more volunteers to help maintain and sort and display other history artifacts. We

I attended the barn sale. Held twice a year in April and October. Thurs, Fri, Sat. The historical society group holds an event to sell items donated. I love going. I always find something I can't live without. They have a little of everything. Really low prices too. For me, this sale is a must! I bought 6 rolls of brand new beautiful wrapping paper and 7 rolls of fabric holiday ribbon. I already wrapped my Christmas presents. I got throw pillows, decorative plant pots for the garden, a lighted make up mirror, books, jewelry, craft supplies, picture frames and muffin tins, all for the price of what 1 roll of that fancy holiday ribbon originally cost! See you there next April!

his review is limited to Uncle Robert's garage that my husband and I visited on a tour. Here in this complex was the garage that had been moved and rebuilt in this location to save it from destruction. This is where Walt Disney had his first studio where he perfected his animation machine to make cartoons back in 1923, The garage is fascinating with all different paraphernalia. Here you will see the original projector used by Walt Disney himself. The garage is double entry and you will find pins, stuffed characters, sheet music, pens, Disney food advertising, early photos of Disneyland. Have your camera ready so you don't miss out. Inside you'll see a portrait of one of the friends of Disney who owned the garage. It's none other than Bobby Sherman-one of the heartthrobs of the old "Here come the brides" TV series years ago. The late Buddy Adler who founded the friends of Disney wrote a book about it calling it "Walt Disney's garage of dreams." It's worth a good read. I would have never known this place existed and was happy for the opportunity to see it in person.
