    Whenever I visit a new place I like to hunt for good food and good boba, this place did not disappoint, the Thai tea was great, so was the Tiger milk tea. And the strawberry smoothie with strawberry bits and aloe vera boba was delicious too, the sizes and prices are very reasonable. My reason for 3stars is a bit personal, a customer was handed the wrong order, and one of the servers realized they did this then followed the customer to their car, took the drinks from them only to throw the drinks into the trash. Where instead the order should've just been rectified, as it was the servers mistake to begin with, and allow the customer to keep the drinks. Could've been something new for them to try, instead they went to straight waste.

    I really like that this place had a stevia option. Sometimes boba drinks can be a bit much on the suger, even getting one half sweet.

    Let me start by saying I work in customer service and was a barista/supervisor at a big coffee chain. With that said the employees here are RUDE!! One thing I hate is that when someone comes in, no one greets or says anything! There’s customers waiting for the drinks that are already there on the counter waiting. The employees don’t even communicate and ask customers what their waiting for!! This has happened to me so many times! My drinks are just sitting there and the employees are just ignoring me and act like the do not see or hear you. I had to ask for my drinks because I waited 10 min one time when the drinks were already ready. It’s ridiculous!! It’s unfortunate because I really love the drinks here and the app makes it super convenient but your still going to have to wait for them anyway since they have NO COMMUNICATION and ignore you. I make the extra drive to pink boba where I always get amazing customer service!

    I usually frequent this Tastea, but the quality has been on the decline, especially the cleanliness of the location. The whole shop has an off putting smell to it. I had the last straw when I came in at 10:30pm, waited in the long line, placed an order and was ready to pay (with cash) only to be told that they are not accepting cash, only card. I was so dissatisfied... they should have at least put a sign at the door or the order window, as many businesses do this! But no, the girl had me order and only told me that they weren't accepting cash when she saw me pull out bills from my wallet. I had forgotten my debit card and unfortunately, I would not have made it back in time. I believe this is horrible customer service since MANY businesses post a sign or let you know before you order that they are only accepting cash. I won't come here again... sorry Tastea.

    I would give no stars if I could. I waited for 15 minutes to order, which in itself is not bad, but when I told them I was there to pick up an order for uber they said "give me a few more minutes". About 30 minutes later, after they had helped every customer in the lobby (even ones after me) they asked me to come forward and asked "which order was it?" I told them the name and they said they didn't have it. I knew I had the right place but they wasted my time. Horrible customer service. Don't bother going.

    They closed the food mid day when we asked if they were making food it smells good she said I don't know go look. We asked if we can order from her she said no very rude tea wasn't good

    Thank you to the Saturday closing crew. We came in with a group of friends right before closing and they were able to accommodate us without issues. Great drinks, perfect sweetness, perfect amount of ice also.

    Tastea is honestly a waste of my time. I prepared for a work trip - I asked the worker if they have a heat seal cap because I need to keep my drink in my backpack during transit and it will shake side to side - they don’t have this cap (a lot of other boba places have one). I ordered this limited peach oolong milk tea. Oolong milk tea is my favorite but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to try it because the cup spilled my entire drink all over my backpack. The contents in my backpack are now drenched and stained, thus actually damaging my business. Overall, I’m uninstalling the app and I’d rather slit my own throat than drink from this company.

    I am a fairly patient and understanding individual. I am fine with the longer wait when I can see that there is only one person on shift and they’re doing their best to multitask. But whoever that girl was on shift on 10/27/23 during the hours of opening towards 1pm, that was the most unprofessional display of work ethic if I’ve ever seen. And I’ve worked customer service jobs. Never, would I ever be on my personal phone having a conversation about personal events such as a dinner with mom, yelling, in front of customers, who have yet to be taken care of, a line forming behind them, looking directly at them while having the conversation. Whoever she is, needs proper retraining. I felt so bad for the other person on shift, because while they were scrambling to get orders out and make drinks , the employee on their phone was not being productive whatsoever. Not helping to make drinks, not getting orders for people.

    Just a regular smoothievshop, nothing to dwell on. I wish they had more natural flavors rather than "powder" drinks. At least the drinks are customized as you wish but not bad for the taste.

    I usually come to this location but today I was very disappointed with the customer service, I came in and there’s usually an employee at the front kiosk but today I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come out, it was not busy so I am not sure why this occurred but I am very dissatisfied.

    Associate told me to order my boba tea on the computer pad. First time I ordered on it. She said to do it this way because I had a card. Fine. So I came with my 2 cousins and they ordered after me. Their order was done before mine which is fine. Then 2 more orders after mine were complete. The guy associate finally ask me if I was waiting and I said yes. He asked what I ordered and I informed him a Large Oo LaLa. He said order never went through. I informed him that the girl at counter said my order went through. He said no it didn't. I said yes it did, that girl over there said it went through. He said No it didn't. Then the girl came over and said that she can recharge me again. WTH!! Why would I pay twice. For all that waiting it should be free. For the computer not taking my order it should be free. For the girl telling me that my order went through, it should be free. I WALKED OUT!!

    Since this is the best boba shop close to where I live I have to say, it's a smart idea that the owners opened up their shop here. I would come here after school often and would get a boba. The boba is quite delicious and the shop is quite clean so I don't always have to worry about food poisoning. The workers are always quick with what they're doing and they do it in the nick of time before my bus comes and takes me home. The best part of all is that you can add extra bubbles into your drink by just paying an extra dollar. All boba drinks cost $6, but that's fine with me. I like it. I wished that they had a medium-size cup so that I can enjoy it a whole lot better. But honestly that's just fine with me.

    The drinks are great but not enough employees to cover the busy hours. If your in the store during the time it's busy you will be ignored. They focus on the online orders vs those in the store. Waited 15 min before I gave up and left. Now I know to never order in store if I go to that location. Even after they were caught up thinking I was next, a new online order came in and I was ignored. They just kept saying I'll be right with you. They need a better system.

    First time ordering from the Anaheim location. Got a regular milk tea . Really disappointed with it. Taste really watered down and has no flavor. Glad I got the boba that’s the only flavor it has...

    This is perfect location with ample parking spots and next to THH sandwiches. You’ll get to enjoy your favorite Tastea drinks and grab some delicious Vietnamese food while you’re there. We came to try the returning Cantaloupe Crush. Super refreshing!! Definitely a hit this upcoming summer!!
