    Fantastic starbucks store. Wide space inside, I love that you can see the parking from the inside, basically all around the building is glass, good so that no car thief can target ppl that stay for long periods in the cafe as ppl can see them from the windows. Employees are kind and are quick. It is accessible for disabled people. Would def come back here, one of my top sbux locations for sure.

    Great location! It’s really big inside with lots of tables. I came here to study at 10:30 and stayed a little under 2 hours. It’s a busy location but it’s nice and big. The lot is big for drive-thru. There’s plenty of parking as well. All the employees were really nice and friendly. Great customer service. It’s a nice and roomy inside so it’s comfortable for gatherings. I think this will be my go to location to study going forward.

    One staff member left our drinks to sit for 15 minutes. She had an attitude when we asked nicely about it and even coughed on other people drinks and chuckled with a fellow co-worker while she did. It was not a great time, and ruined the coffee altogether. I feel sorry for her co-workers that seem to be aware of her slacker attitude and rudeness.

    I don't know what it is about this particular Starbucks, but it is always super slow they have the most horrible customer service they're not friendly at all and it takes forever to get your order. I wish they would take this seriously and try to better their customer service skills and the time that they keep the customers waiting especially through the drive-thru.

    Usually I would leave a 5 star but the fact that in the drive thru the person who was in charge of it that day went a took forever talk to a friend while I had to wait and my hubby's Frappuccino had th whip melted was not okay the person behind me end up honking

    Typical Starbucks, drive thru line long and slow. Personally I'd rather go in after ordering online in the app but I wasn't driving. I guess it gives you a lot of time to decide to get and some conversation time.

    My children ordered 3 coffees and 2 teas and they did not report to the first window and the lady gave them the coffees almost thrown away and it was their first time ordering them and they went to pick them up and this person was very upset that things were not done as she should He is there to attend to you politely and respectfully. The order was made around 10:00 p.m. It does not seem correct to treat them badly, there is no way to explain and he did not even give them a cup holder, a very bad experience July 09, 2023

    I come here often and it’s usually an okay and nice experience but just earlier today, I went around 6:50pm and ordered two drinks. I’m always happy to talk to the baristas when I get my order. Not this time, I don’t know if he’s new or if he was having a bad day but that doesn’t give anyone a right ti take it out on anybody else. When I got up to pay at the drive thru window some white skinny guy in glasses (black frames) possibly gay by the way he talks,I don’t know, I would give his name but he didn’t even have his badge on so I don’t know his name, he was also wearing a brownish hat I think. From the very beginning he gave such a rude attitude. I told him I’ll pay some cash and the rest on my card, when I reached to pay with my phone he didn’t budge to even reach out an inch out the window to help me tap my phone,I asked him nicely if he can help me out by reaching just an inch cause that’s all I needed him to do. All he told me “You know you can just pull your car foward and back up” when he clearly saw that my car’s mirror was almost scraping. My car is super low and I’m a small girl, I’m just upset cause I go to this Starbucks often and nobody has ever been made me feel like that. When I asked if he can hand me one straw for my frap he didn’t even want to reach out his hand to give it to me, I had to unbuckle my seat belt so I can grab it as well when I paid with my phone to tap it on the card reader. I never gave him attitude the way he did, I never talked back to him or anything either I’m just highly upset by the way he made me feel.

    On February 3,2023 I went to this place ,and I start ordering and the girl told me to weight real rude so I ask what and another girl say the same real rude this is the worst starbucks with no customer vice at all. No care for business. Never come here again 👎👎👎👎👎

    my mom can barely speak english but her english is still understandable so when she told me she ordered a "large mango dragonfuit" and a "large mocha frapp" (she told me exactly how she said it and it was understandable) and the baristas gave her a grande mango dragonfuit and and venti iced mocha???? i was confused and annoyed, she said they also gave her a not so pleasant attitude as well.. be better starbucks.

    I come to this Starbucks all the time. Staff is friendly but lately I've been having issues. I ordered online for pick up. My food items were at the counter but my drinks were not. After showing my receipt, they found my drinks in drive through. Then today I ask for a Ham and Swiss baguette cut in half ( my usual) and when I got it from my bag, half the sandwich was smashed with a thumb or finger imprint and it Barley had meat on that side because it shifted down it to the other half and tossed in the bag. Once in the bag, all the cheese from the full half of the sandwich seeped out and attached itself to the paper bag they put it in. So I had half a pretty empty sandwich and half with paper attached. I've never had these issues before there nor other stores. I'm not really sure what is going on but this store is seriously slipping and I'm completely bummed.

    Came through drive thru in the morning, I understand busy at 7 in the morning, however, employees taking orders from drive thru really need to pay attention to what is being ordered. A venti quad shot white chocolate mocha does not equate to a tall with only 4 shots of espresso. This does not deter me from returning.

    Ordered a grande iced coffee in a venti cup with extra vanilla sweet cream foam and it's always measured incorrectly. I get way more iced coffee than the foam, which is $1.45 on uber eats. This is not an Uber Eats issue or they would have refunded it, which they said they wouldn't. If I wasn't sick, I would have gone in to get it remade. Please do a quality check before sending out drinks. Good luck guys.

    This the first Starbucks that made us wait for 30 minutes at the drive thru line. We ordered using the mobile app for a pick-up but when we got there the doors were closed and staff told us to pick up our orders using the drive thru window. When got to the ordering board there was a taped note stating that their ordering system is broken just order thru the window. Because of this we got stuck on the drive thru line that made us late to our appointment. IF THEY ONLY HAD PLACED ANOTHER NOTE ON THE DOORS WE COULD HAVE CANCELLED OUR ORDER AND NOT BE LATE TO A VERY IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT.

    I am done with this Starbucks!TodayThe drive-thru line was horrendous as usual so, I had my daughter go inside the empty store to order our drinks. All I wanted was a tall hot coffee with a few pumps of "white mocha" and my daughter got an iced latte which should've taken 5 minutes to make. So after 10 minutes goes by I text my daughter the reason for the hold up and she says they forgot to make my coffee! Ironically enough, I used to work at Starbucks years ago and the person at the register was in charge of making all the hot coffee in store orders while the customer waiting at the register. So when she finally gets to the car and I take a sip of my coffee, I get a mouth full of bitter coffee with "mocha" in it! Never again will go to this location, let alone a Starbucks period!👎

    I recently ordered at this store and they completely messed up my order. I wanted a frap and came out with a latte. The worst part is it was a delivery so I can’t even get anyone to fix it 🙄🙄. Learn to read the stickers correctly please.
