My
family
and
I
were
so
excited
to
check
this
place
out,
but
unfortunately,
the
visit
fell
short.
Several
issues
with
this
place.
For
one,
the
process
of
taking
our
order
and
preparing
our
drinks
was
lengthy.
We
were
the
only
ones
in
the
cafe
and
also,
there
were
multiple
employees
behind
the
counter.
Secondly,
the
quality
of
the
drinks
were
subpar.
I
ordered
a
creme
brรปlรฉe
latte
and
my
drink
tasted
like
pure
caffeine
and
no
flavor/sweetener.
I
had
to
go
back
in
and
ask
for
sweetener.
I
asked
if
they
could
a
pump
of
flavored
syrup
and
the
girl
who
took
and
made
our
order
said,
โAwh,
we
donโt
have
any.โ
My
sister
is
a
barista
and
pointed
towards
the
syrups.
We
were
so
confused.
We
then
were
prompted
to
add
sugar
from
the
packets
in
the
corner.
This
was
odd.
As
I
was
leaving,
I
tried
speaking
to
the
employees,
but
they
were
playing
around
with
each
other.
As
I
spoke
to
the
girl,
she
was
lifted
up
by
the
arms
by
a
male
employee.
He
legs
dangled
while
everyone
laughed.
It
was
just
uncomfortable
since
her
shirt
was
rising
up
and
everyone
laughed
and
giggled.
My
sister
and
I
just
grabbed
our
drinks
and
left
the
cafe.
The
entire
interaction
was
simply
unprofessional
and
odd.
My
family
and
I
understand
that
a
younger
wave
of
workers
are
entering
various
careers,
so
we
can
be
empathetic.
