This is my 3rd treatment and every time I walk out of this spa I feel like a new person! Syl is truly amazing! My body treatments so far have been so relaxing and my skin feels great. I will usually also get a facial along with body treatment and my face looks and feels amazing too. Eminence organic skin care products have really helped my skin. Ever since my 1st treatment I can tell that Eminence is absolute quality it really visibly shows a difference and it is completely worth it! I have bought 2 products so far and plan on buying more. I have found my little retreat where I can truly relax my mind, body, and soul. I will be returning at least once a month to do me! Syl you are truly the best!

Had a Therapeutic Massage with Infrared Sauna and it was absolutely incredible. It was a few hours ago and I can already feel how much work was done! I have a lot of tension from working at a desk all day and haven't felt this good in a long while. Cannot recommend enough! Also the products (all Eminence) used were all incredible. I have sensitive skin and my whole body feels hydrated and happy. Will absolutely be returning!

I recently got plastic surgery done a bbl and lipo 360. I needed to find a place that does good massages to continue my care. And this place is hands down amazing and sil is so sweet and kind I loved how she took me in especially when I just barely got back to LA. And ever since then I been seeing good progress in the work she has done for me. Treatments I had specifically was the cavitation and the lymphatic massage. The products she uses smells amazing and doesn’t dry out my skin. Her products are organic. I have to say my overall experience is top notch and I stay to continue going with sil. I felt relaxed , comfortable , and I trust her work she has done for me ! And always felt so welcomed coming in and leaving so I wouldn’t look anywhere else besides this place only. So I’m grateful for everything she’s done thank you 🤍

Sil (she is the owner and provider) has completely changed my face in a very short amount of time. She is beyond professional and so excited to watch and guide you on a journey to better skin. She uses all amazing organic and real products (mostly Eminence which is my favorite) and really takes the time to teach you how to care for your skin so you can receive the results you desire. She is so nice, caring, and kind - the minute you walk into the spa you feel at ease. Sil truly is THE BEST and I can’t recommend her enough!

So happy I found Syl at A Silent Moment. I found her through the spa locator on the Eminence website. I have had nothing but great experiences with the facials and waxing services I’ve had with her for several months now. My skin is much happier after finding her! It is a very personalized experience for the facials. Syl takes the time to understand what your goals are and communicates the steps to reach those goals clearly during and post facial. She has all the Eminence products as well as Globiotics, a probiotic skin care line. She has appointments to shop for products if needed without booking a service as well. Booking is online and simple. Street parking is limited, but can usually be found. Definitely recommend if you are anywhere near the Long Beach area!

My experience at a silent moment organic spa was one of kind. The services were beyond my expectations. My masseuse Syl was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed prior to my massage. The smell of the spa when you enter is divine. I also received some freebies at the end of my visit. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who appreciates the relaxation of a true masseuse. In the meantime, this is where I will be relaxing for the next few weeks and more, in this little gem.

I’ve been seeing Sil for ~3 months now and sharing what a beautiful experience this has been so far ❤️ I started my Silent Moment journey for my body transformation post surgery, and today, I am also seeing Sil for energy healing. I also bring my family— energy healing for my mother who suffered a large stroke that left her half paralyzed, and deep tissue for my aunt who has been struggling with ailments caused by physical exhaustion. My physical journey: I recently had lipo 360/bbl in Beverly Hills and was referred to A Silent Moment for my post-op healing as it’s much closer to where I live. I started with lymphatic drainage massage 3 days after my surgery, and then began incorporating body contouring/cavitation around 5 weeks in. I am 3 months post-op and my doctor is utterly amazed at how quickly, and how smooth and softly I’ve healed; results like this is why lipo/bbl surgeons are emphasizing the importance of massage and after care! Sil was able to quickly break down and soften all the scarring, and then shape and carve out perfect and natural abdominal and obliques!! My waistline is so beautiful, I have the perfect V shape down my abs, and I got that nice side oblique line when I turn my torso — This is how you make your surgery look and feel as natural as possible!! My spiritual journey: This is only the beginning of a long learning/healing journey, but I am already experiencing the benefits of mindfulness, self-love, and gratitude. I have a lot of anxiety and stress that I'm hoping to mitigate through meditation. Excited to share updates on this journey later.. My mother: This is very important for me to share.. My mom has been on the path to physical recovery since her stroke in March 2022; this was a large stroke impacting a quarter of her brain, hemi-neglect was very severe, and resulted in left-side paralysis. In addition to Physical and Occupational Therapy (PT/OT), we've also done acupuncture treatment, and today, she is able to walk with a quad cane! Her left arm, however, is still a work in progress. We knew her nerve endings down to her fingers were still active, but progress plateaued for the last few months. We've learned over time that this recovery is more than a physical healing, so I began bringing my mom for energy healing with Sil every other week and already noticing the power of mind/body connection... my mom is beginning to move her wrist from pronated to supinated and vice versa, and also curling and extending her fingers!! More than the physical progress, we also notice a boost in her confidence and optimism.. we truly believe that Sil is able to connect with her on a completely different level (than any of my family or treating doctors can) and is breaking down her mental barriers and fears. She's gaining her sense of independence back and wanting to help around the house with chores she's definitely not able to handle, but she believes she can - and she tries! Overall experience: I don't refer to Sil as my masseuse, but rather our healer.. she's a genuine, pure, and loving soul. She's very accommodating to your needs as well: my mom being half paralyzed, she helps her in/out of bed and getting dressed; for your BBL, she works around your healing progress so your assets are beautifully maintained! Enjoyed my first visit to Silent Moment very much. My service was a body scrub, wrap, and massage. It was relaxing and rejuvenating. I was most impressed with the care the owner/provider showed. She took time to get to know me and my needs and projected an aura of real care. The facility is cute, small, and personal. I will rebook.

I was referred by a friend and quickly made an appointment. I got the Body Contouring package. waist started at 29 inches and one week later my waistline went down to 26. I enjoyed my experience and also visited for a facial. I highly recommend giving A Silent Moment Organic Spa a visit!
