I came in to get a vintage Rolex authenticated I already knew it was authentic I asked how much he said $XXX. I proceeded to ask how much for service then? and he said “you need to pay for the diagnostics and service” so basically double the price of a service. When you service the watch you know if the watch is authentic or not especially on vintage watches. He didn’t even invite me in the shop. Such scammer status and low end business ethics. I wouldn’t trust someone like this to handle any of my watches. I DON’T recommend this shop.

Great customer service! I came in to fix the crown for a watch and he gave me a discount & free battery replacement. All and all I would come back for the service, he really goes above and beyond.

Came in to have 2 batteries replaced in 2 of my watches. Great, honest guy and told me one of the watches I brought in had actually nearly doubled in price! Had a nice chat with Raymond while he worked on both my watches and adjusted dates and times for me. Would recommend!

I took my broken automatic watch to a couple of my local watch repair shops. One by one, they all turned me down, stating the watch was unfixable, and that the parts required were impossible to source. Despite this, Anthony agreed to fix my watch. Anthony is absolutely Amazing! He has quickly become mine and my husbands go to jeweler/watch repair guy since we found him. I have taken all watches to be resized to him for quick and easy service. And just recently decided to get my wedding rings sized up, one needed to go up a half size, and the other needed to go up a full size and half. On top of sizing them he cleaned them and they are sparkling like new again!! His work is exquisite!!! And now my rings fit Perfectly!!! I highly recommend him for all your Jewelry and watch repair needs!!

I stopped in because I needed one watch band adjusted and one battery replaced. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Service was extraordinary! I couldn't have had a better experience.
