It was really easy to call and make an appointment for skin makeup, they’re flexible and also allow walk-ins when they can. The woman helping us found exactly what we wanted, explained how to put it on, asked for preferences, answered all our questions and went above and beyond by helping us check out what we would want to buy for a full look. We ended up spending $350, totally worth it because we got to see how great all products look on and together in a look

Sales women working on 4/15/21, at 4pm was rude and had an I dont care attitude. What was worse the manger saw her and did not care. Bunch of low level players. I call it the way I see... have some respect for people that go to the mall to support your business when I can just order the stuff online.

Makeup is great quality. Expensive but worth it. I just wished they hadn't changed the lip gloss formulas. I actually miss the sticky lip gloss. It lasted longer.

Employees are not super pushy or overwhelming, it is a welcoming approach to the normal cosmetic retail environment

I walked in for Christmas shopping and every employee was standing behind the register and I saw no one come to anyone for help. Spoiled brats
