So I will be sharing my experience so no one has to go through the same thing, and if I can add pictures I will. To make it organized I will number what went wrong with my experience and results for Sai Eyebrow Microblading. 1. She did a terrible job, aside from hurting my eyebrows she did not do a good microblading job, which makes me doubt she even has an actual licence for microblading.Secondly, after paying for a retouch she wanted to charge me twice. Lastly she has a terrible customer service and attitude. 1. Eyebrow Microblading: The results were terrible because in certain sections there was a good job, in other sections of the eyebrows, in other sections there was a terrible job where they tattooed and x on my eyebrows and did not correctly microblade, in other sections, there was no microblading at all. My eyebrows were not filled in or looked uniform or nice at all. 2. When I bought the deal for microblading, I bought it with retouch, after she changed the Groupon deal to not include retouch, however, i had already bought the past deal and had not received my retouch, and then asked me to pay extra for the retouch. She also falsely advertised including in retouch in the groupon deal title, yet she claimed that it did not include it, even after showing her the post she shared on groupon she kept denying it. I showed her what I paid and how the past deal included retouch which was the deal I got, she negleted it. 3. As we tried to calmly ask her to come to an agreement, she started yelling, literally raising her voice and yelling at me, not letting me talk as I asked her to listen to me. She would no let me see her license for microblading, and she kept screaming at not only me but my daughter as well as we tried to explain her groupon post included retouch, and as we tried telling her what was wrong with her microblading job, and showed her the pictures and receipts. We did not even get to talk since she would scream, and start getting angry when it was my eyebrows that were screwed up, and she had previously charged for the retouch. The pictures were taken 2 days after microblading. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT BUY HERE. if i could give zero stars i would

I recommend the previous owner because the current management is not nearly as excellent, and I also discovered that Paru had launched her own salon, "paru's threading," a few streets away. I must admit that the service under the new management is not as nice as it was previously.

Wifey paid a visit said the ladies we're cool and helpful and did a great job. She did mention it was affordable and clean.

Nice, clean place. Eyebrow threading was 10$ according to the menu and I got a punch card for a free one later. Also, I added the calming boost facial for 10 additional dollars. It was an herbal mud mask. It was cooling and calming. Great experience, will definitely go back.

I've been going to Sai Eyebrow Threading since 2019. I love going there because it's always nice and clean. Karen the owner is very professional as well as her staff too. No matter what I get done they always go the extra mile.

Absolutely love our local spot! Been going here for few years now and never disappoints :) from previous reviews I’d recommend to make sure you tell them what you want… if you want thicker brows make sure you say it… if you want thinner …. They’ll do whatever style you like.

This place is great!! I had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend it. I got my eyebrows done by Karen, the owner and she was wonderful. She took the time to explain the best way to shape my brows and made sure I was happy with the finished product. I will be coming back again! :)

LOVE this place! All the women are friendly and they slay my brows even when their jacked😭 customer service be on point too!
