Overall, really happy with our 3 night stay. We stayed at a Superior Double room with 1 adult and 2 teenagers. Nice layout: Nice apartment style layout with the space basically split in half - one side with the bathroom/bedroom on one side and the kitchen/living room on the other. There are double doors that you can close to split the suite into two, which is great for privacy. The whole hotel feels like an apartment complex. Location: Convenient to the fwy. Next door to Starbucks and half a block from Whole Foods. For other parts of Orange County, can take 20-40 minutes. Breakfast: Much better than the average hotel with very nice scrambled eggs, sausages, french toast, waffle machine, etc. Pool: Looked very small so we passed on it. Free parking and good wifi. Very polite and nice staff. The hotel was good value for what we got. CONS: The rooms could be better maintained. The shower was hard to use. There was only 1 tiny shampoo bottle and conditioner bottle. With no room service during COVID.

The check in was easy. The location was on a main street close to stores as well as eating places. The 2 bedroom was large. We were on the bottom floor. We didn't hear any noise from the second floor . The cleanliness of the door frames, window frames as well as the curtains were lacking attention of NOT being cleaned. On the website the pictures show a fireplace. We couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace. We called the front desk and we were told that we would have to pay $10.00 for a log!!!! Say WHAT.?! We were also told that they were out of logs at that moment. That information should be stated on the website that you HAVE to pay extra money to use the fireplace that they are advertising and it is NOT FREE! Breakfast is from 7:00 -9:00 very small window.

Nice place with kitchenettes and cutlery, plates, cups etc but nothing to cook in. No pots or pans in the kitchen. Thed do have a full oven tho if you're interested and the breakfast is always hot and filling. They're also one of the few hotels still serving bacon. Oh my!

Hotel was nice but the room door had a lot of "space" around the edges, hence the 4 stars. Breakfast was good and provided a different variety the 2 mornings we ate. Dog litter bags were scattered around the property... perfect for cleaning up after our dog. Pool was nice, hot tub was nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 5 days (check-in Tuesday, January 23 and check-out Sunday, January 28th)... Got there around 9:30pm, after driving from the bay area. First glimpse of the place was, parking is rough. Only my a few left, well lit and pretty clean. As we get out our car and head to our room in building 3. Around that area, we can smell a weed in the air. I thought the place was a smoke free community!?! We were in 301 ground floor and the place was quiet... Till 4am (every morning) when the person upstairs was stomping like they had cement feet. This happened every night until the person left on Saturday. It's kind of nearby to restaurants and shops, which is nice. We were able to drive down the street and eat and shop. We were staying there because of a wedding, but decided to stay longer, so we can just relax. Had to go to the mall to get some clothing for the wedding and it was very convenient. Couple crazy situations happened while we were there. Wednesday night, we came out to go get something to eat and there were about 9 cop cars outside. I haven't been to any hotel and seen this before. Lastly, we got a charge of $165. My wife called and they said they seen dog hair. Ain't no way! Where cause we didn't see any and I personally always do my own walkthrough before we close that door. See... I own a carpet cleaning business, so carpet and upholstery are two things I look at when we arrive and when we leave. I always put our trash in the garbage, put all the towels on the floor in the pile and all the sheets and extra pillows on the bed. Lastly, I put tip on the counter with they key cards. When my wife called, the lady told her there was dog hair and she would have to call back and talk to a manager. Looking at the their website, the place is dog friendly.. I didn't personally see any dog hair but if they found anything, how do we know whatever they saw wasn't from anyone else prior? We definitely won't be going back. We don't like being accused. They can just say they saw anything.. didn't even send a picture of what they claim they found. But if they did, that ain't ours! Lastly, the towel policy is ridiculous. For 2 people they gave 3 bath towels and said they will do a freshen up room service after the 6th day or we can go to the office and get it ourselves. Who uses a bath towel for over a week!? We pay for the convenience of hotel service. Y'all should come to us...

Booked this room for a bachelor party meeting location and resting area for the wedding the next day. The location and service was top notch. The front desk was very friendly and the two bedroom suite was better than I expected. The deposit of 250 caught me off guard, however it was returned to me the next day so no complaints. While I was there I thought "this would be a great place to come with the kids, because it would give the parents privacy on the other side of the living room." Great place to visit for sure.

Wonderful service!! I stayed here for Wedding weekend and also set up for my guests to have rooms reserved. The entire process was so easy, I worked with Tarse and she was wonderful! She answered every question and was so flexible when I had concerns about check in, everything that weekend went off so smoothly. The rooms are so nice, big and spacious, super cute, and it feels like you are in a community. Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you

I booked a room through their website, and tried to ask questions, called the phone number they provided, no one answering phone calls between 6:30pm to 8:00pm weekdays, what a wired hotel. I will need to go there in person to ask questions and cancel the booking.

My family and I had a 2 bedroom suite for 5 nights. After the 2nd night my husband developed a rash on his arms. We thought it was a food allergy. The rash got worse and we went to urgent care and found out it was Scabies! Evidently the towels/linens are not washed from guests or not washed properly! Now my husband is dealing with this painful condition and the whole family had to be treated as well.

Very nice and can be very romantic depending on the person you're with. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very quiet also. Beds are comfy. The shower and water pressure was a plus for me. I always enjoy staying here.

Great rooms. I believe every one is a suite. Some with 2 bedrooms, living room & kitchen. Easy access to freeways and close to lots of dining & shopping.

I loved our suite. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Ended up storming during our trip, but we didn't mind spending more time than expected inside.

What a hidden 💎 tucked away off the main road so it's not easily seen. Great price, breakfast and snacks included, free wifi. I was surprised at how clean the floors were..full kitchen too! Would def come back again if I need to stay in the area. Staff also super friendly, seemed like everyone wanted to work there

We have stayed here two years in a row with our choir (touring from ID). They are so accommodating and always have everything ready when we arrive. We have a family member that comes early and sets up a dinner for us (this year it was set up in the breakfast area due to the rain and arriving late due to backed up traffic). We utilize the bbq and pool area when we arrive and it’s a nice break after a long bus ride. The rooms are very nice and having the kitchens helps so we can make lunches before long days. It is located reasonably between several activities we do including theme parks, beaches, and Hollywood. Would highly recommend!!

Great place and location. Convenience near shops and plaza. Unfortunately, I paid for a suite room for the long weekend, and the air conditioner had a problem, and The Toilet was flooded. Ruined the wonderful weekend away from home.

The room is more like an apartment, with its living room, dining are, kitchenett, full size fridge, and separate bedroom. Just a beautiful stay!! Would definitely recommend to anyone, beautiful spot for a fraction of the price you'd pay elsewhere.

Very nice ground and the ruins are good as well. I miss the happy hour in the evening they used to have. The rates did not go down just less service for the same money. Still a good place to stay

My family (daughter, granddaughter, son in law) stayed for 6 days. We found out our room did not have many needed accomodations; sink drain, dustpan, broom, fire poker, shovel to clean fireplace ashes, garbage bags, sponge for dishes) we understood no maid services due to COVID but how could we clean up without those items. The toilet also had several dark rings inside. Our family was closely watched and listened to by security and hotel staff which made us feel like we were doing something wrong just existing. When we asked staff for needed items they said "they didn't have any". When we requested to extend our stay we were told we couldn't because of "confrontation" and other issues they would not explain. I am a black woman who is disabled and was expecting better treatment. The breakfast was also disappointing. Only positive thing is the location was nice as well as the pool and hot tub. I wouldn't have minded these issues if staff had been kinder.

😠 I’m not one to write bad reviews but this out a bad taste in my mouth…Horrible service and management of the hotel.
