The entrance ticket is 3$ per vehicle. This is per entrance even on the same day. So you can go out and come in again using the same ticket. We went on a Tuesday morning and end up stuck in the farmers market crowd. We stay in the line for like 45 mins. We did not get the parking near to the zoo area. But found it along the road side. The bike ride is extremely good. The whole family enjoyed it. If you go before 12 pm on the weekdays then it is half price )20$ for an hour). The train is not all that great. It is 6$ per person and just going around. But kids will enjoy it. Did not get a chance to paddle boating. But it looks interesting. Overall a great experience. We will go there soon.

First time here. Huge, we were in section T near the zoo. Really remarkable and beautiful. Lots of space and the rental spaces are far apart plenty of space for on the day visitors with picnics and play. Did not feel crowded. This park is the most visited in California and it till felt spacious. Check it out

This park is awesome, the scenes are beautiful. So many activities to be done there: - Swings and kids area - Gym area - Tutu train - Horse back riding - Beautiful trees - Spacious greens - Zoo is very amusing - The nature museum - Lakes - Hiking trails I really love to go there. And I recommend this place to anyone want to have fun or even seeking some relaxation.

Lovely park to spend the day outdoors. If you watch their social media, you'll find deals on rentals/rides. We only wish there were better marked routes designed for bike traffic solely.

The Park is one of my all time favorites, as it’s a beautifully great place to have picnics, workouts, games, hiking trips, meditational respites from the urban world and good times with the kids! Wheel Fun Rentals rents bikes and paddle-boats for riding around or on the lake. The zoo is well worth a visit for all ages and the train and pony rides are memorable experiences for young riders. Fall decorations adorn the paths here, with special spooky Halloween displays to be seen here and there! There’s outdoor class area for scouts and private space available for groups by reservation. Weekends are usually busy for the train and zoo, tho weekdays are less crowded. Because the park is so large and somewhat remote, it doesn’t seem to get so crowded on any day, as with other local parks!

Wonderful and well maintained park. Clean toilets, working drinking fountains and plenty of benches in very scenic lakeside locations :). There is a railway, bike and cart rental. On the lake - rental of catamarans, but, firstly, only double (not four), and secondly, without sunshades :( A stunning small zoo of, if I understand correctly, rescued animals. Very good, I can write about it review separately :) The cafe is a bit expensive, 1 serving of ice cream costs $5... In general, the park left a very good impression, we will come there again!

This is a very popular park and it's huge. You either come here early in the morning or late in the evening, otherwise you might spend some time waiting in the car for a parking space. There are so many to explore. You can walk, rent a bike, or just find a spot for the picnic. There's even a small zoo attached. We love this place a lot.

We love this park! We enjoy the trails and grass area to walk our dog. It's clean and doesn't feel crowded like some parks in the area.

This place was amazing! We from LA and had never heard of it, it is a must go for families with kids or couples that like outdoor adventures! It's super cheap to get inside ($3) and all the activities are cheap as well, and they have so many! Water bikes, regular bikes, all different bikes for 1 person to 8/9 people! Ponys, horse riding, zoo, a train through a "western city" huge areas for picnics! I can go on and on. It's a must see!

Irvine Park is the number one park in California. It has hiking trails, a horse riding club, an orange county zoo with only $2 for a ticket, lakes, water recreational vehicle rentals, bicycle rentals, a variety of barbecue areas, and children's play grounds. , there is also a small fun train, a large and beautiful turf, and the entrance ticket is only 3 dollars per car. It is a leisure place suitable for all ages. If you have not been here, you must come and see it.

This place makes me happy. I had one the best days of my life here, got to ride the train and those funny pedal bikes with my family. The peacocks were great, too, they yell every once in a while and reminded me I was somewhere nice with my favorite people. Oh, and they had ice cream! And lots of parks and playgrounds that are spaced out so you can really do your own thing if you feel like it.

Today we took our son to the OC zoo within Irvine regional Park. It was a great day The park is beautiful. They also had a free pumpkin patch for kids and adults. Lots of cool activities beautifully set up and pretty inexpensive. You couldn't ask for a better location or a better day.

Great place for the entire family. You can rent horses, ponies for the Littles, bikes, or even hike. The zoo is also available to spend a little time with the family there as well. My kids love this place.

Huge park for events like birthdays, family gatherings, picnics, or just a day to relax. They have a pond for kids fishing. There’s a Train ride that drives around for 10 minutes describing the history of the park. $6 dollars a ticket. What i wanted to try in this park was the “paddle boat rides”. I must say it was a good work out and it’s easier with 2 riders. Rentals are $20 for half hour and we’ll worth it. There’s a small zoo $2 per person and you can finish viewing everything in an hour. There is beverages, snacks, and foods such as burgers and hotdogs being sold just in case you decide to visit without any food. There is much more things to do but I ran out of time. I will try horse back riding next, pony rides for the kids and a BBQ picnic.

One of the best parks I've ever been in. They treat everything perfectly and keep the park clean. The activities they have there are amazing! They have water bikes and land bikes of 4 seats. And the best part is the zoo, they have a lot of animals and a feeding zone to feed goats!

Loved the horseshoe loop trail. Quiet and peaceful except sometimes there are many mountain bikers. Amazing place for birdwatching and to bring kids.

Great place to get out. Unexpected workout on the surrey (bicycle kart) wasn’t expensive and was a fun way to explore the park. There was a small zoo with $2 entry, bummer didn’t make it in time.

This park has a long history and has activities suitable for children. You can spend $2 (adults) to watch small animals in the zoo ,u can ride horses. There is also an outdoor barbecue venue that adults like. You can go hiking after a lunch or dinner 😍, on weekend. A good choice for family outdoor recreation

Awesome park to spend a whole day with the family. There is ample space to setup your area and there are plenty of activities for everyone. There is a small zoo for the kids as well as horse rides. You can rent bikes to experience the park and also rent aquatic bikes for the small lake. Pretty great overall. The train is also a must if possible. Great place for picnics and pictures.

This is a great park. Something for the whole family. I did some bird watching and even helped rescue a barn owl that had fallen out of the tree too soon. The Rangers are great the bathrooms are clean there are paved trails and hiking trails as well. There is even a little ZOO with wildlife that could not be released back into the wild after rescue.

Nice park during the week when it's not crowded. Holidays are no go. Haven't tried that in years. The last time I tried going for Easter, it didn't even look like the United States. So I can only imagine weekends are the same. Week days are good. The O.C. Zoo inside the park, has plenty of animals to entertain your toddlers. They're currently making some improvements and plan to add some more animals in the near future.

Entry for car: $3 on a normal weekday, $5 weekends. Free by foot. Lots of parking Gone to this park for almost 30 years, not much changed other than improvements. Still has fishing and foot powered boats. There is a small zoo that is fairly cheap. The Park has pea fowl, ducks, geese, hawks, eagles, crows and other birds. There is small train for little kids and parents. Has horse stables, hiking trails. Worth the $3 River rarely has water, I went after a large storm and there river wasn't passable without wading through the water.

Nestled in the hills at the intersection of Chapman Ave and Jamboree, this beautiful park is great for walking, picnics and celebrations. Treat your kids or grandkids to a ride on the miniature railroad or a visit to the OC Zoo. Just a $3.00 per car entry fee for a full day of enjoyment. Restrooms and a Snack Bar are on site.

A hidden gem near a small ponds with diverse wildlife. A serene retreat where birds fills the air. Great place to connect with nature. Ample seating areas to relax and enjoy nature's symphony or to hang out with family and freinds. Easy parking and convenient access.

Visited from Ohio and spent a few hours there in the morning. Rented a 4 person bike, which was a fun way to see the park. We were able to loop the park in 1 hour. Zoo was nice and the kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt. We went on a Saturday morning and there was plenty of parking available. The park had a train ride, fishing pond, pedal boats, horseback riding and more!

We've been to Irvine Park on and off for many years. Primarily for our youngest's birthday, we had made it a tradition to rent bikes and stroll through the trails. We recently started making the most out of the park in the form of walking our dog. Admission is $3 or so during the weekdays and $5 during the weekends, but it's worth every penny. You get nice shady, paved, dirt or actual hiking trails with lots of options. Dog-friendly, although your Doggo has to be on a leash. You see staff members all around, and they're pleasant. The folks that visit the park to walk their dogs are nice and approachable. You get a nice view of wildlife, beautiful sceneries in the form of gorgeous trees or flowers. The park is used by many for parties and events, so we must not be the only ones who think it's a hit! Highly recommend this place!

My kids and I went this memorial day weekend, had a great time. We went to the zoo, railroad, walk in the park, pony rides and had a picnic to boot. Had a great day with my twins and it didn't break the bank. Awesome!👏🤩👏🤩
