Drinks tastes okay, not the best but the service is pretty terrible. We saw a coupon to upgrade our drink size shortly after making our order, asked the manager if we can use it and she basically was too lazy to do it and just went around how she had to cancel the original order and redo it. We constantly spend at this business location and I even tip everytime. Definitely won't be tipping anymore and may not come here again.

Amazing food amazing service. I get the banana berry açaí bowl without the banana on the base and no banana on top, no granola for low carb option and they always get it right.

This store seems to need additional staffing. Always a wait longer than it should be for a shake. I always order ahead and usually still have to wait when I arrive at the designated time. I'm in the food industry and we cook entire meals for families faster than it takes for a shake to be done with Nekter. This last experience took almost 30 minutes for my shake to be made. I don't feel it's the employees fault, I only ever see two people working and it gets busy and they get slammed and since they are understaffed there is no time for good customer service, just enough service to take an order and get it out. They need support.

Long wait times and bad costumer service. This location is the worst. Even when ordering ahead for pick up, the order never seems to be ready on time. Some of the employees I’ve encounter have been kind but a couple are rude and have a bad attitude. It seems like you’re bothering them by just walking in. Also, the hours of operation on the door is apparently incorrect..it states they open at 7am Mon-Fri but they don’t open until 8am.

Got the coffee smoothie, tasted like sh.. I think I have to try a different coffee one next time. Bad coffee flavor. Worst part is I got the biggest size they have, so I was stuck with it. The one at movita is so good only problem with that one is they don’t give you option to buy bigger size. (Mr coffee)

This Nekter location is close to us, provides prompt service and has very professional and courteous employees. We'll continue our weekly visits...

Heavily understaffed, and the loud music didn’t make it smooth. Felt bad for the Poor guy prepping drinks by himself. Love your product but you need to support your staff with mgmt resources

Love the atmosphere for the store and location. The staff and nice and attentive. Ordered a peanut butter açaí bowl and two smoothies are they were both delicious. Love the elderberry wellness shots too, they bring me back to life!

If you're looking for a healthy and tasty snack, Nekter Juice Bar is the place to go. Their acai bowls are amazing, and they have a great selection of juices and smoothies. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

I love Nekter. I have tried many acai bowls in my day, and for the quality of Nekter and the price, you just can't beat it. Some places charge $13, $14, $15 for acai bowls, which makes it basically unaffordable.. Nekter finally did raise their price post-pandemic, but it was a small increase. I will continue driving out of my way to get that Nekter goodness. PLUS, I love the App and the Discounts, Rewards, and Offers they send!!!

Mobile order was easy just go to the pick up window and get it. I came quickly after placing the order so it wasn't quite ready yet. Ordered the Açai berry bowl no banana inside or on top with added peanut butter topping. Requested granola on the side. I like that they replaced banana with the other fruit for the inside when I mark "No banana inside". The mobile app doesn't allow you to have notes or comments but I usually ask them when I arrive to be sure. Have to check or you'll end up with runny soupy açai bowl! I also said no banana on top but they said they do not sub it with the other fruit that is already included. They only do it for the inside, not top. I guess they leave empty space where the banana would have gone? They should fill in with other fruit. It is a berry bowl so just fill in with the other berries. I still liked my bowl but it turned soupy so fast! Did not get much interaction from staff to rate the customer service but my order was made exactly as requested and came with napkins and utensil in a togo bag. Glad I didn't have to ask for a bag as other locations, you have to. Varies by store. This has now become my 2nd favorite Nekter location! Hopefully, when I do interact with the store staff, it will be pleasant and welcoming!

My first time at Nekter Juice Bar. I usely get from the Pressery. I was surprised I liked everything I got.

Love their smoothies. Just enough flavor for me to stop craving sugar. The staff has been very friendly to us. Ordering online is a big perk.

By far my favorite Nékter! No matter what day is it the manager Danny always makes it a priority to acknowledge me as soon as i walk in the door. He’s super nice and always has a smile on his face. I recently fell in love with juices so I’ve tried every juice they have displayed beside the beets one. There hasn’t been one i didn’t like! Yes the juices like all out there are a little pricey but i have the app which always gives me alerts when they are on sale or if i have any rewards! So i highly recommend getting that. Oh & the location is perfect because there’s always parking:)

Nice place it’s clean the employees are courteous and greet you with fast service, I usually order ahead on the app I earn coupons and discounts all the time it helps and best of all they have good product, the juices and smoothies are great, I love the fresh juice the best and I like that I can add in some extra fruits complimentary which I appreciate. I always enjoy. Recommend.

While waiting for my order I had time to read their entire menu. Lots good choices I want to try.

This Nekter is skimp with their Acai Bowls. I even had a health nut smoothie a different time and it was basically all cashew milk with very lil of the other ingredients. If I pay $12-$13 for a smoothie I would like more than cashew milk.

Not just a nice place, I ordered online and my order was ready when I got there. One of the drinks where frozen and they didn't have to but they made a whole new drink for me. Greatly appreciated 🙏
