Stopped here on a whim and so glad we did! Restaurant was clean and even though there were a lot of people there picking up and placing orders, there was plenty of space. The food was so good! Super flavorful good and the chips and medium heat salsa hit the spot. The corn was really grilled (as you can see) but it was really tasty. I don't recommend it if you don't like the charred taste of corn. The only thing that wasn't so great was the corn tortilla on the carnitas taco. Maybe we didn't eat it fast enough but it was quite hard.

I recently ate Grilled Gormet Tacos with Steak and The original fish tacos. Those are really fresh and tasty. I think it is one of the best tacos.

Love this Rubio's! Been coming here since 2009! It's always busy so I like to go before the lunch and dinner rush. Most of the time there's only one employee behind the counter taking orders, getting online orders ready and delivering food to dine in customers. Not any fault of employee, but it can be slow. Despite that, all is good! The salsa bar is back! Love their mild red salsa the best! Original two taco plate with chips and beans is my choice. There's a special on Fridays too.

Watered down salsa, and they’ll get your order wrong even after you tell them more than once, and even if you’re the first order of the day. No other customers or line! I love Rubio’s because the food taste great, always usually good customer service and in my line of work. I work crazy hours that my lunch starts around 9-10am which most if not all Rubio’s open at 10am. So the convenience for me works! However today I didn’t get my order right, and in fear of them doing something to my food since they offered to make it right. I opted to eat the “Chipotle Honey Shrimp” Burrito I received (How can you misunderstand my statement “ATLANTIC SALMON BURRITO”????) and I realized it only had 2 shrimps, the burrito was skinny, and the chips had zero taste! To top it off the Green Mild Salsa I had was watered down badly. Kacey was my cashier and Receipt no. 44554 I’ll still be going to Rubio’s! But not this establishment!

$14 bucks for what seems to be a half empty bowl. The service is great but the portions are very poor. I was expecting a little more food for the price.

I ordered a classic chicken burrito with fries and they packed it with rice and beans it was so disgusting super dry and I couldn't even eat. It was just a big mess and only 3 fries end it up throwing it away $12 burrito

Rubios Coastal Grill vs Rubios Fresh Mexican Grill.... I prefer the old name and the older Burritos.... The portion sizes seem smaller and the burritos are just not filling.. Still the best fast food Mexican joint out there.. I appreciate the self-serve salsa counter. Their fresh chilis and salsa is good.. The original fish tacos and burritos are still their best... But I do suspect they are giving smaller portions overall (like many restaurants today...) Maybe it's the higher minimum wage they have to pay? We all lose...

Im very disappointed because my review seem to disappear, my last review was not good experience it included not getting my order correct even though I kept repeating what I wanted a few times even offer to pay more and also made a tip before I got my Food. I also ask nicely who was the manager and seeing that she heard me ask....because the girl pointed behind her, but neither did the girl offer to get her nor the manager seem to care to turn around and ask what I needed...so I left. Before this I had between 3 to 5 star Service mostly 5. Price and portions are not great but flavor does it for me. I love the hot spicy salsa and customer service had been ok und sometimes even great untill this last time.

I get the California bowl at other locations all the time and it’s usually great but this location was disgusting. The chicken was nasty pieces of fat and the rice wasn’t cooked and there was maybe 6 small pieces of lettuce. When you spend $12 on a meal it’s not fun getting something you just have to throw away… I really hope the manager reads this so they can do better.

They advertise lunch specials until 2 pm everyday, and I arrive at 1:50 pm to stand in line. The 2 gentlemen ahead of me are older and need explanations of salsa, fish, and garnishments. I step up to order precisely at 2 pm -- not 2:01pm -- to order, and the manager says that lunch specials stop at 2pm, no exceptions. I will not patronize any Rubio's here or anywhere else from now on. There is a Wahoo's right down the street, and I will go there instead because I do not tolerate bait and switch tactics.

We've eaten here many times and tried the take out on the APP this evening. EVERYTING was wrong! The quinoa bowl as we ordered didn't get the chicken or the dressing whoopsie! My wife's mango avocado salad never got the veggies, and she received MY CHICKEN. Talk about not even close. I recommend NEVER using the the online app at this location. Review stays until we hear from management or corporate for a comped meal at the least, it was right there for them in writing. Hard to get wrong agree? Thank you...look forward to hearing from you..

Food is good and made fresh, so it can be a bit slow to come out. The salsa bar has a good variety of flavors and spiciness. They serve beer. But the bathroom at this location was very gross when I was there in December of 2023.

Service and food quality have gone done terribly in the last few years. Classic shrimp burrito taste disgusting now, re train the cooks.

Yesterday was the first time in this excellent restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the finest cooking and fine drinks and with the decent payment. We will surely come back in a short time.

I got a buy one entree, get one free for my birthday last week. My girlfriend & I came for offer. She got two items. I got the Burrito Especial with Chicken which I am still eating. We were assisted by Serena.

I place a online order I like rubios very much but the burrito I order wasn't it's best. I'm a bit disappointed since I always tell people that there pretty good.

As always, the food was delicious but we were VERY disappointed with the girl at the counter. This was the second time Angel helped us. She seemed disinterested when we called in our order and said they couldn't do the beer batter shrimp burrito. When we told her we had ordered them several times before she said ” ok I'll do it”. On another visit she tried to charge us $20.00 for a shrimp burrito, insisting that was what it cost because that is what showed on the register. She said ” what do you want me to do about it?” We asked for the manager and he was able to charge the correct amount. This was very disappointing because our family has been eating at Rubios several years.

I had a superb experience in this spot. We enjoyed the excellent atmosphere and the meals. The staff were super welcoming. I’m glad we ultimately managed to visit this spot.

So, after getting our order incorrect and sent back twice, we got no apology, no compensation and it took a pretty long time before we were able to eat. Also, even though she seemed to be a manager she came across as flustered and unpleasant. So here's a tip, take a couple deep breaths, let it go, then speak to your customers with respect and be honest. Simple way to avoid people being upset and hungry at the same time 😉
