Very disappointed bad customer service. I felt like i was bothering the waitress. I asked for my steak to be medium well it came back burnt. I ordered hot wings they brought back some wings that wasn't even on the menu. I'm sure my service would've been alot better if i wasn't African American. I looked at the waitress interactions with other customers and mine was completely different. I was also sat near a register where he stood there until i paid.

Update: 5/28/2023 Someone told me it was National Burger Day so of course I had to change my order to a burger lol BJ's Smokehouse Burger: the crispy onion strings was great for the presentation and gives this burger some added texture. The applewood smoked bacon was tasty but I would have preferred longer pieces so that it didn’t fall off the burger. Overall, this burger was delicious and satisfied my burger craving. Turkey Burger: this burger was very good and topped with so much baby field greens. Oven-roasted salmon fillet: this is one of my friend’s favorite go to dishes! It’s a good sized salmon and perfectly cooked. The lemon chardonnay butter sauce is so delicious! Enlightened Barbacoa Cauliflower Pita Tacos: the Roasted barbacoa cauliflower, roasted red peppers and sweet corn were a great combination. The Seasonal Bistro Grains were very tasty! My friend loved these tacos. One of other my friends was so intrigued by this dish that she also ordered this to go. Great service. I was craving their Power Bowl 😉😋 - Enlightened Lemon Thyme Chicken Herb-roasted chicken breasts with a Big Poppa Smokers’ Desert Gold rub, brown rice, sautéed red onions, fire-roasted red peppers, tomatoes, Brussel sprouts and a lemon thyme sauce - Atlantic Salmon Oven-roasted salmon fillet, lemon chardonnay butter sauce, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli - Cauliflower & Quinoa Power Bowl with Blackened Salmon Roasted barbacoa cauliflower, Peruvian quinoa + brown rice, black beans, corn + fire-roasted red pepper, succotash, cucumbers, pickled red onions, pico de gallo, feta cheese, house made guacamole, Greek yogurt crema, cilantro. I never get tired of this Power Bowl! Tip: if you’re there for their late night happy hour, sit in the bar area.

Great food and service! Loved that old architectural building feel, dark but very warm and classy. Servers very friendly. Great place to hang out with family or friends and chat it up. You don't feel rushed like you may with some places. They have a couple patio area top sit at and a great bar area. There's a lot of TV's, so if you're looking to watch the game and not have to clean up after yourself Ann's just relax, this would be a great place to go.

Lots of variety of food, it's all really great. Just make sure to order the happy hour items for good discounts.

My recent trip to BJ's restaurant was a complete disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible. The staff was rude and uninterested in helping us. To make matters worse, the food was terrible. The corn dogs were burnt, the fruit was gone bad, and the fries were oily and uncooked. It was clear that the kitchen staff didn't care about the quality of the food they were serving. The waiter didn’t care to answer any of questions nor even try to help… couldn’t get their attention or water or help… As someone who values good service and quality food, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at BJ's - I don’t typically go to these types of business, and this is exactly why… poor quality, service, and ingredients, but high prices.. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like it's important to let others know about my experience. I won't be returning to BJ's anytime soon!

Giving it 5 stars based on the price range. Reasonably priced and enjoyed the food. I also appreciate the local beers made. If someone enjoys reasonably priced food and good cool beers, you will be satisfied with the experience. The staff was nice and courteous.

Food was delicious we had the classic cheese burger and the meat and bun were so good together, we also had the trio pizookie brownie,salted caramel and strawberry and no regrets about it. And don't want to forget about the best fries I have ever tried!! So good 10/10 eecommend.

My daughter and I came for a late lunch on a Friday and sat at the bar. Loved to see they had $13 weekday lunch specials (food always so good!) and had the BEST service from Emery! Will definitely be back soon.

Always a friendly place for lunch. Great diverse menu and everything I have tried I enjoy. Service was excellent and friendly. We ordered spinach artichokes dip with salsa as an appetizer and it was delicious. Had a pizza, chicken salad and cauliflower pitas tacos between 3 of us followed by a trio of their pazokkies.

First time at a BJs 😂 #actually Pretty standard for a chain bar/restaurant. The menu has something for everyone and the beer options are plenty! It was also very clean there and if you have a sweet tooth, they have a secret menu of pizza sized cookies (straight out of the oven) with a mound of ice cream!

The place was very clean they sat us down right away. The staff was amazing really friendly. The food was delicious will definitely be back again.

We had a few glitches with the curbside pickup. It took way longer then they said it would to get the order. They forgot one of the side dishes and the topping for some of the pizooki. BUT the place was very busy and I'm sure they are still getting back up to speed after the pandemic so I'm giving them a pass on the misses this time. The food was delicious and the portion were very generous so we'll be back.

BJ's Brewhouse is a chain restaurant that is known for its pizzas, burgers, and beers. We have been to this restaurant several times, and our experiences have been mixed. The good: The chicken Santa Fe salad is delicious. The chicken is grilled to perfection, and the dressing is flavorful. The Oasis and Jeremiah Red beers are both excellent. They are refreshing and have a great taste. The service is usually excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is lively. It is a great place to go for a casual meal with friends or family. The Pizookie is a must-try. It is a giant warm cookie with ice cream and toppings. The bad: The wings were cold and had no sauce the first time we ordered them. When we asked them to reheat them, they brought them back with more sauce, but they were still cold. The vegetarian options are limited. There is only one vegetarian pizza, and there are no vegetarian burgers. Overall, we would give BJ's Brewhouse a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Overall, we think BJ's Brewhouse has the potential to be a great restaurant. However, it needs to improve its consistency and its vegetarian options. If it does that, we would be more likely to recommend it to others.

Audrey was a really nice server! She kept checking on us and making sure we were doing well!! She was super friendly and the food was great!!

awful. we waited an hour for our food my mom food was cold. waitress forgot about it all she did was talk to the host and stood around. then took almost a hour for our dessert worst experience ever.

just nowNEW I ordered togo! Get all the way back to my hotel room, my tortilla soup has no tortillas. My lentils soup has no liquid. There is no fork or napkins. I placed my order a 8:10pm. So, it is not the end of the night. I orginal list this as a 2 but after talk with a really attentive manager, I understand that even good places have off nights. His high level of customer calmed my anger. The salmon and Quinoa is good!

We went for a nice family dinner after a couple of months apart. Our serve was Kyle. He was very attentive and checked with us numerous times throughout the meal. He offered refills when our glasses were only half empty and made sure our orders were delivered the exact way we ordered them. It was very nice that he checked in with us multiple times after the food had been delivered. The food itself was very good. Lots of flavor and very good sized portions. It was a very satisfying and delicious meal. We look forward to coming back again in the near future.

Had a little hiccup with my online order but the staff got the manager and made things right! Very good selection of healthy food for folks on that path. Really appreciated the commitment to making our take out order perfect. Will return often👍💯

We have always enjoyed BJ’s, which is why the family comes here. Frustrating as prices go up, when customers come and receive this! We asked about the lack of quality on the whole pizza, we’re told “we’re sorry”. BJ’s, just do better please. Patrons spend their hard earned money happily, but with subpar quality, they will go elsewhere easily. A few extra cents for quality or lose consistent customers….the money debate seems easy with which one to choose.

BJ’s never disappoints. Great food and drinks! Fast, friendly service. No matter what you eat, you can find something you’ll love!

All my favorites get removed from the menu. The pizza was just barely cooked, very doughy and gummy. That"a what I get for ordering pizza from a place that doesn't know or care what it tastes like. The service... a little slow, but not terrible.

My experience was as if I walked into the twilight zone. As I entered the greeter station 2 women were there and never greeted us since one women was talking to the other women and asked us to wait for 10 minutes and they would be with us and after 10 mins asked for our name, there was no one waiting to be seated. We stood there bewildered and thought why don't they just seat us. There was ample tables and I noticed other staff standing around chatting. We sat at our table and the server explained that he was not our server but would assist us? He then took our food order and then came back and said none of the specialty salads were available at this time and our choice was house salad or Caesar salad? Wait what, why didn't you tell us that before we made our choice, unacceptable!! Then I got up and went to the greeter station and asked if the manager could come to our table. We waited for 10 mins and the manager never arrived. I then walked over the the server who was at the computer correcting our order and told him to cancel since we are leaving the restaurant. This was around 4 pm on July 5, 2020.

Not a fan of chain restaurants, but the staff here makes it hard to be a hater. Seriously, everyone behind the bar is terrific. The host and to-go stands up front could use some help. Must be 6 girls manning those stations all the time, and it's still rare to get a hello when you walk in or a thank you when you walk out. But overall they do a great job at this location with their food and service. Especially in the bar area.

BJ’s has become my favorite go to happy hour spot! They have great deals on beer, appetizers and food items depending on the day of the week. I usually tend to sit in the bar area since service is fast. I was assisted by Jill and she had great customer service skills. I recommend ordering any of the burgers that they offer. In my opinion they have some of the best tasting french fries.

BJs is a classic! Been coming since birth. We loved our waiter, Regent. Got the BJs classic wings boneless, slayed. The california flatbread is a comfort food! Perfect if you want something classic. The pizookie’s always hit! Salted caramel is my favorite. Got the boba-licious mango sparkler with rum and it was amazing! Highly recommend!
