😠 The hospital is great. But the ER is the worse. I was there cause I was bleeding to the point that every 30 minutes I had to change my pad and tampon. I ran out of supplies and was given a puppy pad to sit on for the remaining time I waited. I checked in at 2pm. Did not get seen until 10pm. I didn’t... People often mention hospital, hours, waiting, told, pain, time, care, Kaiser, staff, wait,

The hospital is great. But the ER is the worse. I was there cause I was bleeding to the point that every 30 minutes I had to change my pad and tampon. I ran out of supplies and was given a puppy pad to sit on for the remaining time I waited. I checked in at 2pm. Did not get seen until 10pm. I didn’t leave until midnight. I was humiliated beyond belief. To sit in my own blood. Having to get up and take my puppy pad with me. And sit back on it. I asked for supplies was given none until I finally got seen. Then to be denied an OB in the hospital and was told to make an appointment with one. To get a call saying ER is supposed to do it. I am not going to go to an ER just to be wait all over again in my blood. And be told they can’t help me. I was sent home with no explanation as to what is happening with me. And no solution. So for all I know I can be bleeding out. But I will never know since they keep telling me I need to go to the ER. And the ER tells me I have yo make an appointment with a DR. And then I call the splint line and get told a DR can’t help me. Only the ER can. So I guess I’ll just bleed out until I die.

I cant beilieve the lack of care and disrespect that i just went through at this Kaisers ER. I was laughted at and refused care for over 5 hours when i asked to leave the nurse told another nurse i wanted to leave and that nurse stated "Ohh Good" when i explained how i was feeling they said theres nothing they can do untill i was in a room. At this point i was in so much pain and they could care less. When i made a comment that this is the care i pay for the nurse laughed sarcastically and said good bye. To top it all off the pain was coming from a surgery that they had just performed a few days before. Somethings obviously wrong if im in this much pain and they wouldnt do anything about it. No one should ever have to go through what i wnet through at this ER especially when ur health is a factor. Kaiser please look into who your staff members are they should care about their patients not laugh at them. Also when i called kaiser to complain i was put on hold for over an hour and a half.

December 2021 They sent my bill, that I shouldn’t even have, to collections. TWICE! The Billings department is a joke. The infusion center is also a joke. I haven’t had my infusion in months due to financial reasons yet I tried calling. They answered then hung up. You are screwing with your patient’s life. August 2023: A male nurse disclosed my name to his patient while I was getting my infusion. Why are you telling other patients others’ disclosed information?

Probably one of the longest waits for a PCR test. There are no obvious signs directing to the COVID testing area. You will get to see the back end of the hospital and their receiving area (yippee). Be safe everyone!

Here, with my six month, old son, who is having breathing issues, throwing up and then waiting five hours without seeing a doctor and being told, I had to wait another two hours. This is ridiculous.

I wouldn't wish this hospital on my worst enemy. Do not go here for labor. Go anywhere else. You have been warned. Poor translation system for starters. Unfriendly doctors. They suggested birth control to my wife and I, even though we're both in our early 40s and have been trying to have kids for years. Then, after my wife gave birth, they had a social worker ask my wife a bunch of questions in private, like we were being interviewed by the police, it was unbelievable. We're sitting here, two highly educated individuals with good incomes, living in orange county of all places, and this social worker is interviewing us after labor, like we're gonna be unfit parents or something. It was unbelievable. Go anywhere else, seriously, even if you can't afford it, just go.

My first & last time going to this hospital! I called Kaiser and they told me to go here because it was closer to my house I usually go to Kramer in Anaheim, but I went ahead and listened . My daughter broke her wrist and it was bothering her so I took her in, we waited in a line to check in approximately 45 minutes! I recently broke my ankle so I can’t stand for too long, but they made us wait . Finally after waiting and checking in they told us to wait in the waiting room! I was there for about another 40 minutes and I needed to use the restroom I went and both toilets were clogged and someone had peed on the floor. I asked if there was another restroom I can use all the guy said was I’ll have somebody clean it . Now I have to wait even longer to use the restroom. It took a minute so I just got up and left! Went to Anaheim & I was in and out in about 30 minutes ! Never going here again! Beautiful big hospital but overall disappointment

Our local Hospital although not so local to us. They offer many services including radiology and emergency at this location. It's a pretty good size complex with two main buildings containing medical offices and speciality offices. Plenty of parking at this location, freeway close with restaurants and an inexpensive Arco gas station near the freeway on/offramp. Unfortunately their emergency room is severely under staffed. Several times we've waited between 3 and 5 hours. I have chosen to go straight to the Sand Canyon Kaiser for immediate help in an emergency. It may be a half hour or so farther away however the service is usually Within 30 minutes.

Dr. Ihara and his staff show genuine care and expertise. Their experience is evident. Others at Kaiser know of him and all agree he is an outstanding person and professional. Much loved!

Clean no waiting to enter. Check in staff friendly. Only issue is restrooms near lab/pharmacy need to be cleaned more often. Some where pretty dirty and not stocked with paper towels.

Spent 45 minutes of my time only to get the run around. Ultimately, they won't accept new patients with medical. My son, who's experiencing seizures, can't be seen by any of their doctors. Their own website specifically states that they do accept medical. What a travesty.

Very nice hospital with excellent staff and wonderful facilities. Parking is a bear, but six stories of parking structure means you'll eventually find a spot to park.

Not a great place to take the elderly. Two hours into an 8 hour ordeal my father started hallucinating, but since he has dementia they didn't take it seriously. Their doctors need to be trained in how to recognize and treat delirium. They also said the pain in his chest was due to coughing too hard when I specifically told them he wasn't coughing. Three days later the PCP diagnosed him with a lung infection, gave him a z-pack, and finally 3 days after that he finally started to improve. The reason they get 2 stars is because I brought him for chest pain. I assumed it was pneumonia again, but the first thing they did was tests to make sure he didn't have pneumonia - which I hadn't thought of.

They were really patient and supportive with me when treating my mental health with a bad migraine. They treated me with calmness and respect while in a manic episode with psychosis. And thanks to the doctor and security guard that talked to me so kindly. Everyone was Very professional! Thank you!

It is very sad to see the ER service that this hospital provides, I was there and for the first time I saw a ER that puts their patients with a emergency waiting outside in the cold weather to take their vitals before they can enter to a warm room to me that’s inhumane and care less facility of this country and difficult to believe that you people are not aware of this problem and please there is not need to reply to me. Just go in a wheel chair and pretend to be a patient and wait there now that is cold an rainy then you will feel my point

Horrible Emergency Room .People are waiting outside in the cold including babies and elderly people coughing vomiting for hours .The waiting room inside people waiting for hours coughing vomiting. You can die in the Emergency Room .There is no justification for this.Kasier cut their medical staff in 2010.In hospital service is horribleThere is no justification for a lack of doctors in the in Emergency Room. Especially!People started leaving because they realized they were not going to be seen!It is not right that you have to be in a very high income level to get quality care!Kasier gets financial contributions from millions of employers from millions of people!WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING WITH THE MONEY!?

My compliant is about the OB/GYN department at Anaheim Kramer, and Kaiser's terrible grievance review process. A nurse in the this department gave me an injection that caused nerve damage. I have been in a LOT of pain for over two months. I can't get out of my car without pain. When I get up from my chair, I experience significant pain. When I walk there's pain. And it's difficult to stand in one place for a while without pain. Kaiser really needs to take responsibility for the harm they cause their patients. I filed a complaint about this and Kaiser did nothing! The case manager, Tricia had terrible communication and didn't return any of my calls until I escalated to her manager. Even her manager didn't call me back. Basically, the lesson I learned from this is Kaiser DOESN'T care for their patients, even when it's their FAULT! Kaiser does not want to take responsibility for causing me nerve damage. There are many, many stories of Kaiser's neglect and lack of accountability. I'm seriously thinking of leaving Kaiser, even though I've been a patient for 15+ years. I've just had it with Kaiser's constant neglect and having to fight for my healthcare needs!

This is for the Breast Imaging Department.. They keep calling me at an inconvenient time when I cannot answer the phone and even though I told them via voicemail that I am only available to answer the phone in the early morning, they still call at times when I am at work (today they called around 11 when I was at work and yesterday around 3:30 when, again, I was at work) and do not answer my phone during work hours, and when I try to return their phone call I am ALWAYS rerouted to a voicemail, they never actually answer the phone. So how can I even set an appointment with my referral from my primary Dr if they don't answer the phone?

I was there with my 3 old daughter. After waiting for about 3 hours, my daughter needed to go to the bathroom.... SURPRISE: THERE'S NO BATHROOM in the ER waiting area. You need to get on the hallway towards the hospital area and then you are NOT allowed back in the ER area, you need to get out of the hospital and get screened again and then back into the ER... The security guard there I think they pick the rudest one and screamed at me and my daughter that we need to be screened again! Moreover the low IQ guy ask us "why did you go to the bathroom?" as he was not happy that they have to screen us twice... Drinking water? Forget about it! Make sure you bring at least 1 gallon for the time needed to wait there. In the end, they refused to check us out as my intention was to call 911 and get an ambulance there to take us to the nearest functional ER room and told us that they are short on staff (probably since they fired all personnel who refused the so called COVID vaccine). We ended up driving with 80 MPH on Tustin road to Placentia-Linda ER were we were taken in no time. Avoid this ER at any cost!

We would like to say thank you so much to all the staffs, the nurses and Dr. Lau for their outstanding work they’ve done (outpatient) on our 3 years old son on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. As a parent, we were scared, nervous and just heartbroken not knowing what the outcome would be but the words of comfort from the staffs and our faith held us together. The procedure went better than I expected and within few hours after we got home, our son was back to normal...playing, jumping, eating and drinking milk and juices...Thank God, what a relief...once again, thank you every one for your outstanding job and caring to all patients...God blessed.
