I was able to get an appointment with Katella Animal Clinic on short notice. They were more than willing to help me get the appointment unlike many of the other clinics in the area. On the day of the appointment, everything was great. The staff was welcoming and courteous. Dr. Kim was very thorough and didn't rush through the appointment.

Very friendly staff who really cares for your pets. They always follow up to see how your pets are doing and calls ahead to remind you of appointments. They take the time to explain what’s going on. I bring all 3 of my dogs here

I took my dog Roxy to get her check up Annette who was assisting my dog was so amazing she was very gentle with her Roxy took to her very well. if you're ever wondering where to take your dog Ketella animal clinic is the best place to take your pet they treat your pet as like one of there own love this place.

This is our first experience here with Katella Animal Clinic. We knew our Boba, the chihuahua, had some dental issues so we sought care here. Initial visit determined Boba needed dental cleaning and possible teeth removal. In addition, based on the blood test results, Boba is suspected to have some kidney concerns. Dr and staff educated us on the results and let us know about preventable treatment options. We scheduled Boba for her dental cleaning after she cleared the initial exam.Easy drop off for treatment. Treatment was completed. We picked up Boba and discuss the service charges. Although there were some concerns with the bill, they worked with us and we were able to resolved the service charges. Also, they went above and beyond by trimming Boba's nails. Appreciate that. We will be taking Boba back for urine testing to address the kidney concerns. Thanks again Katella Animal Clinic Dr. Kim and stafff.

Dr. Lopez and her staff went way beyond their “duties” to save our Christmas therapy kitten. Because of their incredible compassion and commitment to doing ALL they can do for our animals, we have happy, HEALTHY kittens to love and enjoy for many years to come. Two dogs for blood work and sample to see if they have cancer. One has large lumps but no cancer, and the other has breast cancer . These results took less than a week, at a cost of about $1300.00. Very expensive, but knowing gives us peace of mind.

I have had a very positive experience with Katella Animal clinic. Dr Lopez is very caring and knowledgeable She is through and offers all the information However there is no pressure to perform everything but do what is necessary Things are expensive and they understand The staff is very good and respectful I did have to take my dog for further treatment outside of Katella at the recommendation of Dr Lopez and it was clearly the correct approach! Good place to go!

This is hands down the best vets office I have ever been to! They are the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful people I have ever met! They took me and stinker (my kitty) in immediately after i had seen blood in his urine. They are like cat whisperers ! My baby LOVED Annette! she is the best!!! She helped me with everything from start to finish and Stinker is now on prescription food and SHE BROUGHT SOME IN FROM HOME !! Just for my lil Stink so I could try it ! Please go here ! They will treat you right! No over charging, or pushing you to buy things you don’t need ! They genuinely just LOVE animals ! If you love your baby .. Take them here!

Katella Animal Clinic is truly the best veterinarian care that we've experienced. The staff and Dr. Lopez are knowledgeable & prepared, invested & compassionate in the animals well being. Our big boy was tail waging happy to see his girls, and guy! They are ready to help with any concerns and their follow up was quite personal and genuine. Annette drove to our home and personally delivered what we needed for Jackson. Such tender care. We are grateful to have found this gem and will continue to make the 30 mile drive for continued health of our animals. It is worth it!🐕💞

I can't say enough good about Katella Animal Clinic. It's been a tough year on us with our fur babies. Their kindness and comfort and most importantly the time during our having to euthanize our Gidget and our schnauzer Elsie. They send out a sympathy card not just with signatures, but with notes of sympathy. Our husky has a rare disease and they gave us great advice. They weren't open on Sunday when we needed them, but they took the initiative and got the necessary information from the emergency vet. The staff is friendly and personable and I don't say that lightly. They really are. The vet got down on the floor to look over my husky because she would have flipped out on the table. They inform you of cost so there are no surprises. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The appointment process was smooth. Reminders and follow up the the procedure was welcome. I felt they took care of our baby well. I've never had any animal Spayed so the cost of the operation which included medication and removal of the stitches seem rather pricey. I did call a few other Vets and it was in the ballpark. A neighbor recommended this particular Vet saying they did their job well so I chose them.

The team at Katella Animal Clinic is always very attentive to the needs of my pet. They make him and me always feel welcome. Of course, their care and expertise is the best.

I was able to make appointment for my 7-month-old dog to have neuter surgery as soon as within 1 week instead of 3 months at my previous pet clinic. Price was reasonable for surgery. Parking is not an issue, and exam room is clean. Staffs are also nice and know how to handle big dogs. Also, I was able to get discount on purchasing medication on their online pharmacy website. My dog Miso developed a skin allergy so I wanted to get him looked at. The first vet I called told me to take him to emergency right away. This didn’t feel right to me as I do have some past experience in vet technology, though it has been a couple years. Miso wasn’t in anaphylactic shock or anything, so this seemed a little off to me but still worried me as a doctor is telling me this information, but also without even seeing my dog. Since this was all done over the phone. So I found Katella Animal Clinic on google and called them for a second opinion. They didn’t have room for Miso until the next week, but I had told them what the last vet had just told me over the phone and it had me feeling uneasy as I don’t know what to do if Miso can’t wait until the next week to be seen and needs to go to emergency. They fit us in for the very next day to give me peace of mind. They gave Miso a couple injections, sent home medications including a medicated shampoo. Within a week he was clearing up. And after two weeks he was all better. This was such an incredible experience and I just wanted to say thank you. My dog means so much to me and Katella Animal Clinic really treats your Pets with such love and care. I had never seen him so excited to be in a vet office! I will recommend this place to anyone with a pet😊.

I brought my two furr babies here for the first time and I really liked it. The prices are reasonable I can honestly say I found their new vet clinic. 😊

My dog had a foot injury with two open wounds. I took him in. They charged me $450 for x-rays and appointment. Picked him up in same condition I dropped him off. They didn't clean wounds, shave foot and probably needed stitches. They told me Dr would call me Monday to see if foot was broken. Monday?? No tomorrow. What kind of vet can't tell a broken foot from x-rays. She called next evening said he has hip dysplasia. Yeah, for the last four years! They tried to charge me an additional $80 for Galliprant, which he's been on for 4 years and has at home. The Dr is new and has seen my dog three times and IVE NEVER MET HER. They prefer you drop off and pick up so they charge for services they don't do. They did absolutely nothing for my dog, oh and charged me $35 for Neosporin. (Dermavet) I demanded copies of x-rays. There was four and only one side shot of the foot in question. The others were of his hips. You get a free nail trim with a five star review. So that explains the reviews

The staff here is wonderful! So friendly, professional, and loving towards the furry clients. We are happy with the care we've received here and would definitely recommend to others.

Making the appt was easy. I got there a few minutes early. Waited just a bit, as we all do waiting for the doctor. Then the doctor came in and was very nice and thorough. The staff was busy, but they helped you right away to check you out. Great experience and I would highly recommend.

I have been here multiple times and have had great experiences. Setting up appointments are easy. They do quality work and we are in and out quickly. My dog can get very stressed. They do a great job with her.

I had a very good experience taking my dog Bruno to this vet clinic. Celine really took care of us and was extremely polite. The doctor was very informative and did not feel rushed like other vets.

My dog got hit by a car today and we called every local hospital in my area and this hospital wasn’t able to do anything because they are not an emergency hospital. However, they were able to give him some oxygen which was more than any hospitals offered. We drove around for 20 minutes looking for someone to help us but unfortunately our dog died.
