Great Experience! The staff are knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and patient. My 5yr old has a very sensitive scalp and they were great at putting her at ease and distracting her with an Ipad, drinks and treats. So grateful for lice clinics of America Los Alamitos location!!! My nightmare of my kids getting lice came true. In a frantic panic I instantly called and the gentleman on the phone was so sweet and calmed me right now and talked me through what I thought was going to be an awful process of getting rid of the bug. He was able to get my entire family an appointment to be screened. Once we were at the clinic the girls working were so welcoming and sweet. Again calming me right down from my nightmare. The girls were so wonderful with my kids and made the situation I was dreading, a breeze. They were super informative and answered any of my thousands of questions I had. Plus knowing we are walking out 100% lice free with a 30 day guarantee made my momma heart at ease even more. Highly recommend this place if you happen to get the “bug”.

Great place to come to get checked and well cleaned up. Also very helpful workers. I felt very welcomed and not embarrassed Stephanie did a great job cleaning. I felt fresh and clean. We called and were able to get an appointment right away. Both ladies were so super nice, checked my wife and son at the same time so we were in and out in 20 min. Place is very clean and has toys, TV, and tablets to keep kids occupied. Would recommend it to everyone.

Just called this morning at 8 am lice clinics of America, they were able to get me in at the very first available appointment which was 9am for my daughter and myself. Very friendly and knowledgeable in the services. The rep also gave me tips as to what to expect for my first time here , as well as how the process goes. As I arrived the office is very clean. And staff is ready to get started. The process went smoothly and staff Griselda help me in getting me prepare with any questions or concerns I had as well as after care. They also accommodate the kids as far as having items for them to be distracted with.. example..ipad , coloring book and crayons. TV. Books. And also snacks which is awesome. They assured me that the service I was getting ( the signature treatment) is 100% lice free . Thanks again for all your help!!! Definitely recommend and don't waste your time anywhere else. They will get this nightmare Done✔️

This place is great. We’ve had to come twice and each time they have been professional, made the visit a breeze, and are quick and great with little ones. And they really educate you on what you need to know and what to do when you go home! I would highly suggest going here! I always leave feeling confident that my kids are lice free

Highly recommend this place, staff are very nice and very honest in what's best for you. I took my daughter in with a head full of lice her experience was great they make the kids feel comfortable the office is super clean the staff offer snacks and drinks and also have Ipads to entertain the kids. Happy to say my daughter is lice free not one live one on her head. Thank you lice clinic.

This clinic saved us! They were so kind, and efficient. They were able to treat the ones on the family that needed and confirm the rest of us were in the clear. The kids were comfortable and entertaining the whole time. Grateful to have a place like this to turn to!

Stephanie was awesome! So informative and was very patient with all of our needs. We have a large family but still took her time and made sure we were all comfortable. She offered snacks, juices, iPads, coloring and toys! In a time of complete stress having a handful of girls with lice, lice clinics of America in Los Alamitos was so helpful!! I hope I never have to come back!, but if I do this will definitely be my stop!

It's awful when your child gets lice. I'm glad there was a clinic fairly close to me to get rid of these pests quickly and painlessly. The nontoxic approach is the way I wanted to go. Those pests were killed instantly. I was able to get my daughter in the same day. Staff was so helpful and nice. They explained everything thoroughly. I hope my daughter never gets this problem again but if she did I would definitely bring her to the lice clinic again.
