Dropped
in
for
a
week,
somy
review
is
coming
from
5
days
of
workouts.
Overall
great
gym!
Warm
up:
a
little
bit
longer
than
other
gyms
and
more
intense
than
other
gyms
I've
been
to.
Not
a
good
or
bad
thing,
just
different
than
what
I
am
used
to
and
you
adapt
to
it
quickly.
Strength:
Did
a
5x8
squat
EMOM
while
I
was
there.
It
seems
to
be
more
of
your
traditional
metcon
crossfit
gym
though.
They
do
seem
to
have
the
ability
to
come
in
and
work
with
the
coach
for
extra
strength,
skill,
extra
work
which
is
awesome!
Metcon:
moderate
ability
programming
for
most
gym
goers.
It
will
be
a
challenging
workout
for
advanced
and
beginners
alike.
I
got
a
great
workout
every
day.i
went.
Post
workout:
something
that
is
overlooked
by
many
gyms
but
they
did
have
coach
led
stretching/mobility
post
wod
which
is
great!
Coaches:
SUPER
inclusive
and
friendly.
Even
as
a
drop
in,
I
felt
like
I
was
welcomed.
During
the
workout
i
was
not
pushed
to
the
side
for
the
regulars.
Very
knowledgeable
on
proper
movement,
technique,
and
mechanics.
I
did
notice
that
the
coach
made
appropriate
substitutions
for
the
athletes
that
couldn't
do
RX
movements,
so
new
athletes
won't
be
overwhelmed
coming
to
this
gym.
Community:
so
I
always
say
that
the
personality
of
the
coach
and
the
box
community/inclusiveness
is
what
make
people
stay
at
the
gym.
The
regulars
were
SUPER
friendly
and
made
me
feel
welcome.
From
the
moment
I
stepped
in
it
felt
like
I
had
been
going
there
for
years.
Was
super
great
to
feel
that
way
walking
into
a
gym.
10/10
would
recommend
you
check
this
out
for
a
drop
in
or
as
an
option
for
your
home
gym.
