I
came
across
this
place
through
social
media
(FB
to
be
exact)
and
I
decided
to
give
it
a
try.
I
had
gained
a
bit
over
20
pounds
in
the
last
8
months
and
I
had
lost
my
motivation
and
couldn't
seem
to
get
back
into
it
and
had
a
hard
time
getting
back
on
track.
I
went
to
their
orientation
and
I
heard
what
they
had
to
say
and
basically
if
you
have
the
$500
deposit
you
can
join.
I
know
it
sounds
a
bit
shady,
but
really
at
the
end
of
the
day
that
can
be
a
big
motivation
part
to
complete
the
program
in
order
to
get
your
money
back.
I
signed
up
knowing
that
I
may
not
get
my
money
back
but
it
was
what
I
needed
at
the
time
to
get
myself
back
into
the
groove
which
I
was
having
a
hard
time
with.(no
disrespect,
but
I
was
not
impressed
with
the
owner
I
met
only
once
at
the
orientation.
He
seemed
a
bit
rude
and
even
annoyed
with
some
of
the
questions
-
just
an
observation
)
The
Program
I
think
is
great
and
the
diet
they
have
you
on
is
strict
but
manageable
and
it
helps
you
get
used
to
food
prepping
for
the
future.
At
the
end
of
the
day
you
have
to
want
the
results
in
order
to
get
through
it.
It
wasn't
easy
at
first
but
right
away
I
started
to
get
my
energy
back
and
feeling
great
which
I
had
forgotten
how
that
felt
for
a
few
months.
Lately
I
was
tired
and
feeling
blah
and
with
out
energy
and
this
program
gave
that
back
to
me.
The
staff/trainers
are
great!
ALL
of
them
were
amazing
though
a
couple
of
them
really
stood
out
and
I
think
were
even
more
amazing.
I
think
they
were
very
helpful
and
they
genuinely
helped
you
and
would
answer
any
questions.
I
do
think
that
after
this
program
you
have
to
continue
if
you
need
to
loose
another
20
pounds
or
need
that
type
of
support
to
keep
pushing
you.
It
is
easy
to
gain
back
the
pounds
if
you
are
not
careful
so
you
have
to
keep
that
in
mind.
The
only
thing
that
I
think
they
can
improve
is
keeping
the
facility
Hygienic.
I'm
not
saying
it
is
dirty
but
I
think
that
area
needs
improvement.
I
think
they
need
to
provide
paper
towel
dispensers
with
special
disinfectant
spray
like
they
have
in
some
gyms
and
maybe
have
a
group
after
each
class
grab
towels
and
spray
and
give
a
quick
wipe
to
some
of
the
items
after
each
class
and
of
course
do
a
through
job
every
night
at
close.
There
are
to
many
people
sweating
through
out
the
day
that
I
find
a
bit
gross.
The
gym
mat
they
have
is
like
carpet
and
they
do
wash
it
once
a
week,
but
I
really
think
that
is
not
enough
and
they
should
change
that
to
another
material
where
is
can
be
mopped/disinfected
every
night
and
maybe
even
a
quick
wipe
after
each
class.
Same
goes
with
synthetic
grass
they
have,
non
of
these
are
the
best
items
to
use
with
the
amount
of
people
they
have
going
in
and
out
.
With
all
this
being
said
I
am
not
saying
I
would
stop
going
to
their
gym
of
course,
I
would
just
be
extra
careful
and
probably
not
touch
your
face
at
all
and
bring
a
tower
and
wash
your
hands
immediately
after
the
class.
Again
this
is
just
my
personal
opinion
and
I
still
think
this
place
works
and
I
would
100%
recommend
it
to
anyone
out
there
that
needs
a
jump
start
to
get
back
onto
track
or
if
you
find
your
self
lost
and
are
tired
of
having
that
extra
weight
(which
is
not
healthy
for
you)
and
you
want
a
life
changing
experience,
well
this
is
a
great
place
to
start.
I
want
to
thank
everyone
at
the
camp
for
their
support,
I
really
enjoyed
my
time
with
you
guys.
By
the
way
I
did
meet
my
goal
and
I
will
be
getting
my
money
back
:)
Lastly,
I
must
say
the
food
they
sell
is
pretty
yummy
and
you
should
definitely
give
it
a
try.
