If there was a way to give ZERO STARS that would be awesome. How do u forget the cheese. This is two buns and sauce. This location is always backed up I mean literally, I live next door at the complex. The garbage is overfilled. What do the employees do all day long. And I’m not trying to discredit any hard working individuals there’s but where is the effort? Be careful not to ask questions about their menu, as u might get attitude while ordering from worker.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through, got our food & it was the wrong order. Went inside, they took the food, made us wait another 7 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets & iced coffee. Food wasn’t good right and still soggy. Waste of time.

This place is filthy. Trash on the floor , trash cans overflowing tables dirty. I took photos of only a quarter of the restaurant didn’t bother to walk around.

Yes, this is, in fact, McDonald's. What is the to say? Sometimes, as a 42 year old grown man, you need to get a happy meal to score the latest Pokemon cards. Or, better yet, revisit a bygone era when you were young and remember your grandfather getting you a happy meal in an orange pumpkin pail. Sometimes you get hungry, sometimes you need mass produced, unhealthy fried things, MacDonald's delivers on all fronts. This location is typically fast and accurate, just avoid the lunch rush at the drive through.

Was headed to with at the Angels stadium so I stopped here for sober homework done and made it to work stomach satisfied. Great location and great customer service. Had a new guy that just got hired busting his butt cleaning. Add and the place we spic and spam clean

My husband waited 45 mins in line. Then had to go back through the line twice because they gave him the wrong drinks. How do you mess up giving someone 4$ hot coffees instead of their frappes. So meanwhile the first time through he got all of our food for us and our kids and 30$ worth of items was all Cold, soggy fries, food made incorrectly. Just extremely disappointing.need to figure out how to get my money back

By far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered 12 McDonald's ketchup only received 11. On top of it they put all of our burgers and fries in 1 bag and smashed everything. I asked that 1 of our 3 large fries was made salt free due to a dietary research and it got 3 heavily salted fries instead. Drive-through is completely rude and inconsiderate when I ask him to please double check on the dietary restriction I was told "I know what I'm doing you don't have to tell me." I would recommend if you want McDonald's google the address for another one.

Waiting inside lobby for 7 minutes and was never acknowledged. Finally, when manager went by I called out to her but was ignored. I left and went to the Carl's Junior on opposite of street. I was treated with dignity and provided excellent customer service. This McDonald's in Orange is by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Woman at counter was extremely grumpy and not friendly. She truly looked like she didn't like her job. When asked about our order she just said wait for your order. Plus she got our order wrong but figured not worthy saying anything to her, being in a bad mood and all.

This McDonald's clean inside and outside, I would give it a 9 of 10 for cleanliness. Service always prompts. The restroom is not open to the public.

This McDonalds is in a great location. Easy access. Drive thru should have an exit if U need to leave before ordering Ur food (they have room for it). Employees always friendly. Orders have been accurate.

Very clean lobby and the customer service is amazing, definitely didn't feel like most McDonald's when I walked in. Michael took my order and was very professional and helped me save as much money as possible, never thought I could feel such a friendly welcome in a McDonald's 😂 I asked for my food to be made to order and one of the managers noticed i had my almost 1 year old baby with me (since he screeched and struck a "conversation" with them) and they offered him one of their toddler toys for free, definitely became his best friends since he smiled the rest of the day playing with his new toy. Tends to get busier in the lobby around 9pm and they close their lobby at 10pm but drive thru remains open until 1am. They are very quick about their service while also keeping it clean (unlike other McDonald's I've seen where sandwiches seem to just be thrown randomly together) if I ever want McDonald's again I will definitely make an effort to come to this location again

This McDonald’s is nice.I’ve only eaten there twice, and Im impressed with how comfortable the restaurant is. There was a mellow crowd and it was fun to “people gaze” I cant forget to tell you how perfect the Fish fillet was! It also had a very clean dining room that did not have a overly powerful soap and bleach smell.

My Big Mac and fries were barely warm, almost cold. Now I know why that was my first time eating at McDonald's in a very long time. Prices up quality down just sad 😔.

I ordered with the McDonald's app; hot mocha and a sausage Mcmuffin, for curbside pickup. It took 10 minutes to get my order. The Mcmuffin bun didn't fit the sandwich, the mocha didn't have flavor. I will not be returning here.

So…. When did McDonald start selling pizza?

To be fair, we were a large group. Even though we gave the some heads up, my food was lost in the shuffle but it was good and hot. Thx. BTW, parking there stinks. No bus parking...don't even try it

This place has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. There were 6 cars in the Drive-Thru when I entered. I didn't get to the front for 40 minutes!!! I would chalk it up as a fluke if this didn't happen everytime I go there. I instantly regret it the second I pull in everytime but get trapped in that line. Would never recommend this place.

Took way too long to get through the drive thru line. Longest wait I've ever had at a McDonald's. The location probably has a lot to do with that. They weren't making anyone park. They didn't give any sauces. The fries were soggy. Overall bad experience.

My son and I were in this today and the customer service was spot on. I had one issue with the cashier who took our but it was taken care of with the best management care. I have to say that the Manager who runs this McDonald's is very friendly and understanding and professional.

I passed by the drive thru and we got 4 mc chickens and 4 caramel mocha fraps. The food was good but what was the best was the coffee. I just think they should improve their headsets because I had to rephrase myself over and over again in order for the person taking order to hear me.

This McDonald's location always provides fresh food quickly in their drive thru. Employees are always cheerful. They participate in all the promotions but you have to ask for them. Their prices are a little higher but it's probably due to being near the airport.

Karla, an employee at this location was no help for mobile orders after hours. They couldn’t come to the door and help me out with a doordash, another customer was waiting to be helped because they had forgotten an item on his order, and another customer had ordered just 2 drinks off the mobile and they didn’t want to even help him out. Could definitely use some more considerate employees who know how to communicate rather than responding with negative emotions And I understand their side too. Under paid, most likely understaffed, lines long as hell, but it would be nice for someone to kindly take a minute or two to come to the door and explain themselves better.

1 star is way too much. Waited 40 minutes in drive thru, and there were only 5 cars ahead. Couldn't imagine how it could be so slow. Found out why at the window - all the card machines were down and they were cash only - but the manager chose to let everyone order and wait, and wait, and wait, then act like it was MY card that was the problem. The poor staff working for this awful woman explained it was happening to all customers. They must have had a pile of waste food from all the orders they took and knew customers wouldn't be able to pay for. The manager just barked at me that there's nothing they could do - but there was. How about a "cash only" sign to spare customers a 40 minute wait? A low bar for McDonalds, and an awful manager.

We placed our order online for pickup. Because of the nostalgia of the Halloween pails our happy meals were not available. Had to keep messing with the app only to finally not get any happy meals. At least our fries were hot

We have been waiting almost an hour for food. They say that they are understaffed but I see at least six to seven workers in the back and one at the register. Order was placed at 5:25pm we received it at 6:15 pm. If my boys wasn't hungry I definitely would have left. To make it clear the fries were cold. One of the kids meals that was supposed to have fries had apples. Long story short, if you're really hungry stay away from this McDonald's because you will be waiting...

Brand new. Large interior and large parking lot. Unfortunately it’s always super busy. Doesn’t matter the day or time of day. The drive through is basically always a 20 min wait as the line starts on side of the lot and goes all the way down, around, and back again. It’s like the longest drive though I’ve ever seen.

I understand that the importance of drive-through needs to be handled. I stop here often when in town visiting. Use the restroom want to order at the counter but no one there because they have to worry about serving serving diamond meals and help with the drive-through rather than me to use the key ask just for 2 drinks and stand there for 5 to 10 minutes. Sorry I'm impatient not my fault you changed your business routine.
