GO TO THE LOCATION (1228 Magnolia Ave, Anaheim, CA 92804) INSTEAD, IT HAS LOWER PRICES AND IS ONLY 5 MINS AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE LOCATION!! I kid you not when I say avoid this location at all costs and the extra 6 min drive is worth it. This location desperately needs a renovation and a re-evaluation of its entire staff. What was supposed to be a peaceful and quick coffee trip, turned into a chaotic 40 min interaction where I left with no coffee and a fraudulent charge from them LOL. Love Lee's Sandwiches but this location is the most ghetto and unprofessional place ever. The lady at the cash register was getting yelled at by two different customers with seperate issues when I walked in and I started to feel bad for her until I realized how much she was in the wrong. Apparently the card reader wasn't working and kept refunding the amount charged to our cards, as clearly shown on the receipts. The lady at the register kept demanding that we owe her cash because she thought money was just being put into our cards when really it was reversing our card payments. No matter how many times me and the other random customer were trying to explain that to her, she would just go back to saying that we owe her money??? I just left to get coffee at another Lee's location that was 6 mins away where the atmosphere and customer service was much better. Then 2 days later I see a manual input credit card charge from the first Lee's location I went to where I didn't buy anything!! I called them and they said to just come in because they were too busy lol. Didn't have time for that so I just called my bank to claim it as a fraudulent charge. I'm a pretty sympathetic person and usually always side with the employee because I know how tough customer service can be, but this employee really went out of her way to be immature and rude. Avoid this location at all costs! This interaction happened on 9/17/20 at around 3-4pm

Unfortunately, they were understaffed and that's why my experience was probably bad. They only had 2 people there. I ordered a couple sandwiches as well as a few spring rolls. Spring rolls came out so bad. The vegetables in it were not fresh. The meat was ok. The major problem was they put no rice vermicelli in it. Needless to say, the wrapper fell apart and the spring rolls sucked. Sandwiches turned out to be good so that's why I gave an extra star, but I did wait 20 minutes to get my order.

Coffee is as good as all the other Lee's but the sandwich was sub par. I repeatedly asked for turkey and Swiss and they still gave me yellow cheese which was not even good.

Made an online order with a specific pick up time. Came to get my order, stated correct on the receipt. When I got home order was completely wrong. Added some extras to a couple sandwiches that weren’t added. Meat was wrong, sandwiches that had cheese, had the wrong cheese. Who over 5 years old eats American cheese, barf. This was an online order so there was no language miscommunication. We had to go somewhere so I wasn’t able to go back and get a correct order. On top of everything the place is hot, humid and dirty. Not a great place to be preparing food

The worst customer service with the lady in the front. She is so bad with her patience before even greeting her customers. I hope the owner recognizes this and either fires her or corrects her ugly attitude.

A go to place to get a baguette after taking the kids to school. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. Every time I get my food it's always fresh especially if you get a tai tea with #6. I would have given it a 5 star but the area doesn't look too good and they are always understaffed.

They have the wrong information about this Mr. Lee sandwiches they don't take EBT AT THIS MR LEE SANDWICHES. I was sadly informed and that sucks because it was the closest one to me

My sandwich was #1 combo sandwich and it was good.

The iced coffee is very good. Best I've had.. not enough for me in the large cup. So I get the concentrate bottle. Then I add into my cup. It is very good. Also I like their sandwiches there bomb. I recommend the barbecue baguette. Also the fried egg rolls are very good all I know it's a pretty good place. PS this location takes EBT SNAP or food stamp benefits. Which is very helpful to all the homeless and low incomes families. So they're able to eat well. very nice Lee's!

The boba in my Thai tea is hard. The cashier didn’t take my order correctly and then he was upset at us. I told him we would like to cancel since we need to leave and he was very angry at us.

The person kept forgetting what I ordered. It was too busy for him.

I love their vegetarian sandwich. Good quality sandwich. coming back again . Good customer service.

Staff is rude and unprofessional here. May I suggest a staff meeting at this location? Look at all these terrible reviews. There’s clearly a problem here
