I regret to say that my visit to the hokkah lounge was marked by a disappointingly negative experience, primarily due to the subpar customer service. The encounter left a lot to be desired, and unfortunately, it's not a place I can recommend. Not safe here the guy was using abusive language in arabic he didn't knew that i speak arabic Also refuse to refund for the hokkah never arrived From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff were not particularly attentive or welcoming. The lack of acknowledgment made me feel like an afterthought rather than a valued customer. As I settled in, I observed that the service remained consistently lackluster. Requests for assistance were met with disinterested glances and slow responses. What truly exacerbated the situation was the tone and demeanor of the front guy. The dismissive attitude, coupled with a noticeable lack of patience, indicated a significant gap in customer service training. It's disheartening when simple inquiries are met with irritation, rather than a willingness to assist. In any establishment, communication is key, and it's unfortunate that this hokkah lounge fell short in this regard. It's difficult to overlook the fact that the staff's interactions left a sour taste, overshadowing the otherwise appealing ambiance and offerings. A successful establishment not only provides quality products but also ensures that the entire experience is positive, from the moment customers walk in until they leave. my visit to the hokkah lounge was a stark reminder of the impact customer service can have on one's overall perception of a place. While the lounge may boast an appealing atmosphere and a variety of offerings, these factors are diminished by the inadequate service. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and strives to improve their customer service, ensuring that future patrons receive the attention and respect they rightfully deserve.

I arrived @2:25a.m. only to be told at 3:25a.m. that they were closed, but they allowed over 35 people to enter. All they could say was sorry for the inconvenience. If you are going to throw private party’s , you should just say that instead of having a female stand outside for no reason. That’s horrible business and zero respect. You guys have your security apologizing knowing we aren’t going to get in. What makes it even worse they have their entourage sitting and smoking by the side giving your customers mean and unreasonable stares. Now I understand why you guys have such a low rating on google.

The lounge itself is good. The workers and atmosphere is great. Malik, Charles, Carlos and all the other workers do an amazing job. Reason I give it 1 star is because of the "Manager" Dean. He has probably the worst attitude I've ever seen in any business I've been to. He yells at his workers and at some customers in front of other customers. When he has his little "car meet" he forces people... especially his paying customers to move their car or else he'll get them towed. He has no RESPECT for anyone. Don't trust his smile, cause I'm sure it's a fake smile for "business". Also, on Fridays and Saturdays during DJ night, even if you've been at the lounge for a certain amount of hours, once the DJs show up, he'll remove you from your spot so others can take it. Finally, if you get on his bad side, he'll ban you for "his personal reasons".

On top of paying $25 per person to get in, they make you get separate hookahs even though it’s just 2 people. One hookah for husband and wife is more than enough, no need to charge $50 just to get inside. Its 12:22am and We asked for drinks but were told it will be another two hours before they’re ready to sell alcohol drinks.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We came in at midnight and when we asked for drinks we were told we have to wait for 2hrs. We got in at 12:20am. We sat for 30min since we were told to get drinks we have wait for the waiters. Still No service for 30min and no one has come over to ask for even water. I don't recommend this place at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They also charge a $25 cover charge. One hookah is enough for me and my wife and was forced to buy 2. Hookah is trash. Does not taste like the flavor we asked for. They also pick and choose who they want to charge at the door. They literally just let 5 people come in and didn't charge them at the door allbecause they know ppl who work here.

Great place to relax and enjoy good hookah

First time hookah user. Incredible first experience. A friend of mine used to work at Dream Hookah Lounge so I knew about it, but haven't smoked hookah yet. Pretty good environment. Nice, and chill. Charles helped me out today. He came by and taught me how to smoke and everything. He even asked if I wanted another bowl, which I think is pretty impressive with the amount of people around. I definitely wouldn't remember times when a person comes in, lol. I'm kind of a hermit, so I don't like socializing much. So it was nice to go out somewhere, chill on my laptop and not be bothered much. I look forward to coming back.

We came here on a Sunday, excellent hookah and great coffee, our server was Mr. Ali who was very professional and provided the best customer service. We will come back for sure!

The guys that work here are Arabic and they don't understand the concept of customer service. They act as if, they're doing you a favor. This place is a rip off.

Awful experience at this club. Weird Cash/app only with no receipts for literally all expenses at this club. Waitresses that you had to seek out at the front since they never made the rounds. Awful 21$ drinks along with mixers that were either spoiled or not refrigerated. Only upside were that the bouncers are nice, aside from that I wouldn't recommend this dump

Avoid this place at all cost their gang member security personnel will threat you to not give your personal items back if you want to press charges total scam place save yourself a headache and a bad night

It's a chill spot. They have couches and tables to relax with a group. They are kind of rude and arrogant. It seemed a little expensive and they are slow with their service. It took about 10 minutes to bring our drinks out and it was only 2 drinks. They also threatened to charge us $500 if our group didn't move to where they were trying to seat us. Seemed pretty steep to me.

Had a good time - not jam packed like most hookah places. Good music and good vibe.

Hookah price is good, 2 people to one hookah $13 or $14 for debit card charge. $5 for a refill after 2hrs. But you won't need it because the hookah is strong, i believe they use starbuzz. And they have a happy hour until 5 with hookah at $8 and movies playing. Coal guys walking around all night if they see yours are low they get some more. You raise your hand and fresh coals are there. They also have a food and beverage menu as well. Live DJ on the weekend @10pm other than that its just a play list and they take requests! Jack the owner is chill and will treat you like family! Tipping is nice, but not required.

Cool place to hangout if you want a change from the bar scene Thursday, . Friday and Saturday are crazy so come before 2am
