Had a rough experience actually getting to our VIP area, as we previously payed online for a spot. The first two men who were running the front of the building and the front of the VIP room were sort of rude and didn't check the list to further help us; however the night drastically changed when a nice lady helped us and checked the list for us and lead us to the room and showed us all the amenities. We had a very nice bartender and the food was pretty good, the Korean Fried Chicken was excellent with the Bao Buns. The venue was even bette , with a server girl constantly checking on us during the performance to see if we were doing good and accommodated . Aside from trying to actually enter the place and get their online list checked , this was a great experience and is worth the time for some good food, music and drinks.

Sublime, upscale, intimate one could go on and on. Perfect for intimate gatherings, concerts, company parties. Finely furnished and can hold up to 180. Lots of parking and alternate venues in the gardenwalk complex.

hit or miss. I've been there about 5 times in the last 2 years. sometimes the live music is good, but they don't always have live music on the weekends. bar service is slow and price is high. there were multiple times when the bartender made the cocktail wrong and try to pass it off as right. crazy considering how much they're paid plus tip. California minimum wage rule means everyone gets paid at least $15+/hr and they still expect 15% tip on top of a $20 cocktail. not my first choice by any means.

The first time there, it was pretty cool

The entrance has big speakeasy vibes. Absolutely love the influence in the design. All of the Buddhas had incense burning in the lobby before you walked into the bar. I performed at the comedy show, It was packed. It would have been nice to get paid for the show seeing it was "sold out". Thus is the life of a stand-up comic.

Special VIP room. Special events for full time members. Live music, mixed drinks and food in a themed secret area of the House of Blues restaurant and music venue run by Live Nation. Membership has other privileges like reciprocity with the Magic Castle in Hollywood.

Great food and service, but they blast music in the restaurant louder than the concert.

Had the best time there Jean the hostes was great. She is very people friendly person. Great asset to the company.

Great vibe, live music, chill spot. Food portions were small, and drinks were pretty small. But good quality.

Been going to bars for many years, this place had the worst bar tenders I've ever seen at a bar. They love to chat and ignore the customers needs. These two girls were so bad at customer service while it wasn't even busy that I just got up and left.

Amazing place for pre and after a show fun!! VIP for a day is worth every dollar spent!!!

There is just something about the House of Blues that is amazing, no matter which one your at you feel like you are part of history (where legends are made). Such an iconic place and a great overall vibe. When you roll up to the great big beautiful silver door at the Foundation Room, you feel like an instant rock star. Members have their own private entrance and elevator which takes to a beautiful lounge separate from the main House of Blues. We were invited to an event being held in the Foundation Room. We were able to reserve a table for the event. Ryan was very helpful and friendly, he even took the time to find me to introduce himself which we thought was pretty awesome. We had a great booth close to the band. The entire staff in the Foundation Room we're fabulous. It was pretty crowded yet they never missed a beat. The bands sounded amazing, the room was lush and comfortable and the staff was amazing from the point we checked in to when we headed out for the night. Being a Foundation Room member comes with various perks based on your membership level. Compared to other memberships it is a pretty good deal, especially for music lovers.

Great venue for live music. We saw Blind Justice last night. They had set list they included a lot of thought provoking and inspiring songs. Everyone in the band was first rate! Bartender needs attitude shift but opening bands and headliner was exceptionally good!

Music was pretty loud (so it was tough to carry a conversation) but our meals and the staff were Excellent.

Affordable, clean, and safe place to see a show. Drinks and food are great for venue. Sound is awesome. VIP is upstairs although floor is alot better. Plenty of room to dance, move around, seats available without VIP downstairs.

There is a magic door at the Foundation Room to watch the concerts. DJ starts at 10:00. Very chill and relaxing place. Food is great as an appetizer, not many big meal items. The beef skewers with the sauce is amazing! Get there early to get a couch.
