Very mediocre food. Not worth the money. Waitress got impatient explaining the difference in pizza sizes. If she had done a better job to begin with she wouldn’t have to repeat herself and show us her displeasure. Pointing to three stacks of pizza pans doesn’t help when they are all in the same location. You definitely can find better pizza else where. We ordered a large pizza and it was soggy in the middle. But that’s individual preference so I know some people would appreciate it. We also ordered the calamari which was very average. I would skip this place.

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday night around 7 PM and added our name to the list. It was about a 30 minute wait. We ordered the Caesar salad and spaghetti and meatballs and shared it between me and my husband. I thought the portions were a good size to share. The service was quick and pretty good. However, the food itself wasn't all that great. I think the spaghetti was definitely meant for kids to enjoy. The meatballs were a good size. The salad itself was also just okay. The cost for both items were close to $50. I wouldn't come here again if I wanted a really good Italian meal. In conclusion, it's a touristy place, so food may just be mehh, if you know what I mean.

Great food! We did a last minute stop here and waited about 30 minutes for inside seating at approx. 6:00 pm (not too bad). We had great service from Cory and the manager on duty was super friendly and stopped by our table to check on our experience (first time this happened in So. Cal. so thank you). We had the gnocchi which was amazing, and the fried pizza dough cheese thing which was terrific for kids and adults alike. The cocktails were spot on as well as we had the Sicilian Sunshine and and the Vodka Blush. Kids cheese pizza was pretty good too. I highly recommend this restaurant if your in Downtown Disney and it’s worth making a trip if your not in the area. I was told they have a restaurant location in Orlando and I look forward to trying and reviewing it next time I’m in WDW. Highly recommend and will be returning but in Orlando.

The drinks were really nice as well as the food. The pizzas are wood fired and authentic. It is a crowded place and with a lot of tourists from Disneyland. It’s a very lively place. We went for early dinner. But you should definitely go for dinner around 8 or later and the vibe would be amazing. Indoors are good and you can actually see how the pizzas are made, but outside you’ll get an amazing vibe with fairy lights and downtown Disney view. If you are lucky you might see the fireworks as well.

Very delicious food! I ordered the Lasagna and it had all the cheesy goodness flavors that you would expect it to have. Nice size portions as well as the flavors. My wife ordered a four-cheese pizza and it also had great flavors! Service was mediocre. We probably won’t be coming here again.

Caesar was awesome! The pizza was so delicious 10 out of 10 would recommend. The food and service was worth every penny. If you are looking for yummy pizza and cheesecake this is your place for sure. Thank you Caesar for the great service. Another wonderful dinner and Brandon was wonderful. We will definitely be back. The best pizza ever ❤️ another wonderful dinner at Naples Brandon was awesome. Tonight we tried the eggplant parmigiana and the lasagna. The eggplant was delicious but I don’t recommend the lasagna. Dakota was great and very helpful. Love the pizza 🍕 ❤️❤️ the boocino was kinda crazy kinda looked like vomit on the top but coffee was tasty.

The pizza is surprisingly good (even compared to my NY pizza standards)! Service was good. Atmosphere was ok/could be better. I wish they were more generous with their toppings for the pizza. I would have liked more onions on my pizza, meanwhile the kids pizza was loaded with pepperoni. My wife and friend enjoyed the spinach salad and the Italian chopped salad.

Took the family for dinner while at Downtown Disney to get out for a Saturday evening. I had the Gnoochi and rest of the family enjoyed the pizza. Service was top notch and the food was quite tasty. Looking for Italian food and want to try something other than a chain when in the area go to Naples.

Big fan of this restaurant, tend to come here often when I visit from FL. Food came out fast and was sat quickly (we got there right before a rush of ppl, lucky us!). Food was great! Salad was spilt amongst 2 people and 3 people for the pizza. Had about 3 slices left to take home! Typically get the same pizza every time I come here, the pepperoni is fantastic. Love how they have a separate area for quick mini pizzas

We came in last night (Sept 26, dinner time) after a long day at Disneyland, and we were exhausted and ready to eat! Juan B. gave us a 10/10 experience at Naples. He was quick to bring us (a party of 7! including 4 kids) iced waters and immediate refills, due to how thirsty we were. He continued being exceptional with putting our orders in promptly and without any issues. The food was all delicious (especially the burrata, a pleasant surprise) and Juan B. also brought out an ice cream sundae for our 7 year old birthday boy, and he was so thrilled. The ambiance inside the restaurant is brightly lit and it has a cozy feel. The restrooms are upstairs (you can take the stairs or elevator) and it’s beautiful up there! Thank you for a great experience! We will be back!

It was our first night at Grand Californian Hotel. This restaurant in downtown Disney was literally right across from the hotel. We were welcomed by our server Brandon. He greeted us with warm smiles and recommendations. Our 5 yr old twins are picky eaters so Naples Ristorante E’s super kid-friendly kids’ menu was perfect. They ordered Mac and cheese, along with their refreshing strawberry lemonade. My husband ordered the truffle pizza, while I ordered the eggplant parm with spaghetti. The white pizza along with the red sauce on my plate were a great contrast in flavors. They definitely balanced each other out. The red wine recommended with the parm was smooth and crisp. Brandon checked on us often, and filled our water cups when needed. We highly recommend this restaurant for families. There’s also a nice bar I would have totally checked out if I was there, sans kids!

There's something here on the menu for the whole family to enjoy. We decided to sit at the bar instead of waiting on a table. I will say, the lighted bar in the evening in the open air just had a special ambiance. The hustle of downtown Disneyland passing by and even hearing fireworks from the park from here really let me know I was on vacation. The bartender made me a really delicious chocolate martini. The food was just as delicious. All the staff here were friendly and helpful. We did request a little more basil for our caprese salads, but the server obliged with no problem. It was enough to share, but it was so good that we each had our own plate. My salmon was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. I was told the chicken parmasean was also well prepared. It's expensive here but good-sized portions.

We arrived walking and luckily we got a table almost immediately, with a good location on the second floor where we had a great view of Downtown Disney. The staff is quite attentive, warm and fast. The place is quite nice, excellent decorative theme, I love the natural trees at the entrance. My husband and I shared the Individual Pepperoni Pizza and the Chicken Parmesan, both were super delicious although in my opinion the portion of pasta with the chicken was quite small (when I was going out I saw that another person ordered the same and the quantity was more big) so I don't know what happened here but it was delicious. The service was really fast, I feel that in this type of restaurant they are ready to serve a large number of people, that's why I applaud not only the servers and all the staff, but also the kitchen team for preparing these fast and delicious dishes. Great restaurant concept.

We had such a delicious meal here and the service from Wesley was amazing! He is so personable and funny, he respected our time while eating and gave great suggestions for food and drinks, as this was our first time here! Highly recommend, ask for Wesley’s section next time you eat here :) we had the pollo pizza and cheesecake!

Naples Ristorante offers a nice dining experience for both kids and adults. The restaurant provides both indoor and outdoor seating options, and it's convenient location within walking distance from the park adds to its appeal. The day the stopped by they just opened and there was no wait to be seated. The food arrived in average time and was enjoyable. Our experience at Naples Ristorante was positive, and we would definitely consider dining here again.

I have always walked past Naples and never saw the appeal to eat here. I decided to take the chance and listen to recommendations as I heard many great things about this place. My family and I had a great experience and we really enjoyed the food. I was happy with the attentive and respectful service as well as the atmosphere. I was even more delighted once the pizza came in, the food was very delicious and exceeded all of my expectations. I will be coming back to this location again.

Calamari is cooked perfection. Crunchy outside, soft and tender inside. Naples style 🍕😋 They have an adult version size of macaroni & cheese for teens who ❤️❤️❤️ comfort pasta 😉 Make reservations as this place is crowded all the time

Delicious mushroom pizza on super thin crust...paired with specialty drinks....Gr8 way to take a Disney theme park break , before heading back in for fireworks. Our server, Corey was awesome and provided spot on recommendations (since it was our first family visit). Thank you Corey for making our meal Magical!

Came here yesterday for dinner with my fiance. The interior is really cool, I like the mosaic fire. The service is really good too, Corey was excellent and was honest with his recommendations, which is always appreciated. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The flavor is wonderful and the texture of the crust is perfect. We really enjoyed this and were glad we stopped here for dinner.

My daughter has wanted me to try Naples for a long time. We finally got a chance our last trip to Disneyland Resort before Oogie Boogie. It was pretty hot so sitting outside was not comfortable. The shade & seating were nice. A perfect place to people watch. The service was extremely slow considering the place was half full. The best part of the meal was the bread. The pasta lacked a lot. I’ll go back to try other food because it’s a perfect rest area while enjoying Downtown Disney.

I’ve only been here a handful of time but I must say the pizza is good. I really love the mini pepperoni slices that they use. Me and my wife usually get pasta plates and a personal pizza for use to share and we usually get full with that. The environment is ok, since it’s in downtown Disney it is very packed anywhere you go so be aware of that Naples is the same especially if you go during the weekend ( that’s why I’m giving environment 3 stars). But overall highly recommend if you are in downtown Disney after a long day at the parks.

The Perfect Spot for: couples, families , and even single folks. This full bar italian restaurant “pizzeria” vibe makes for a feel of a somewhat “ fancy feel” while also a comfortable family vibe . They have outdoor and indoor seating. The tables and seats were very clean and the service was wonderful! Our Server: Luis R was great! he went above and beyond for us. Beautiful modern atmosphere .

This place always does a good job. It is a welcome oasis to sit in a shady spot after walking around in the sun for the day. The food is authentic. The pizza and Italian sodas remind me of Rome! The Gnocchi needs a little work but still tastes good.

Kelsey was awesome getting us a table quickly and with a smile. Corey was the best waiter, great energy and enthusiasm. Giovanni was a manager who came by to greet us so nicely. Pepp pizza was delish! Fun atmosphere outside on the patio. Tons of helpful staff.

The staff is super attentive. As soon as we sit down, table water is served. The waitress who took care of us always come back and refill the fountain soda without asking. Food is really tasty, a little pricey but definitely worth it. Might as well enjoy the experience while you’re travelling. Will definitely be back for our next Disney visit in the future.
