I step up to the bar, and the female barkeep is two feet from me and she's making a drink. She doesn't look at me or acknowledge me. She walks down to the other end of the bar and gets another person's order. So I go sit down at a table for 4 and Crystal does a fabulous job as my server! Within moments I get my drink and guess who straddles over? The barkeep . . . she interrupts me as I am watching my game and says, "There were two people ahead of you so I had to get them first!" Duh . . . that would have been nice to hear when I was standing right in front of you five minutes ago at the bar! No one wears name tags but she walks with a limp! I would have preferred to use a name --- but c'est la vie! Someone please train her up or make her a bar back until she learns the subtle intricacies of being a successful bartender and a gracious representative required of a Hyatt hotel employee!

Very pricy food for basic meals! I paid $26 for a breakfast burrito WITHOUT meat!!! I was disappointed, to say the least. When needing service, the servers seemed to be busy, although they were standing around chatting. I'm not impressed.

We are here for convention so had lunch here with the family. There is a area for the kids with TV so we were able to enjoy our meal. The food was average with but the service was little slow, had to waive down a server for extra water and other other stuff and it wasn't really busy at all. Overall it was a nice to to grab some food while staying at the Hyatt.

My wife and I ate here for lunch while we were at the hotel for a convention. We ordered the fried shrimp and calamari, and the Brewhouse burger. The Brewhouse burger was pretty damn good. The Caesar salad that came with it was also very good. The fried shrimp/calamari was good, but the aioli sauce wasn’t a good pair. The food was good, but expensive. The service wasn’t that good. The wait staff didn’t seem organized because they gave us someone else’s order, I felt bad for the folks, but we already started eating until they realized they messed up. They also didn’t bring us the shrimp/calamari until we mentioned it. On top of all of that, I also noticed that the wait staff didn’t really pay attention to drinks and people looking for their checks. I would expect better service for what they’re charging. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the bad service.

Good restaurant. The bartenders were friendly and they recommended the NY strip . It was really good. You can also order room service from here. However you have to go downstairs and pick it up at the little deli by the elevators or you can pay an additional $10 to have it brought up. I paid the ten bucks. I ordered a pepperoni pizza it arrived quickly and was really good.

We arrived back at the hotel late at night, the restaurant served delicious meals. The pasta came out fast and it was tasty. The pepperoni pizza was a thin crust, it was crunchy and delicious my sons enjoyed the meals.

Miso Glazed salmon was amazing, burger was cooked to perfection, and wings were fresh! Would definitely recommend! Megan was our server and she was super nice as well!

Waiter was horrible, waited about 5 minutes to even get acknowledged while sitting at the bar and there were not many customers around. Asked for a napkin that never came. Once the bill came and I paid there was no word from the bartender, just took the money & walked away.

Hyatt guest…grabbed a late night bite and a beer with our friends. It was pretty dead when we first sat down. Right off the bat, the server leaned in to take my drink order and his breath smelled very strongly of alcohol. Took about 20ish mins to get our tap beers. Our food was not good, dry and flavorless. A second/different server stopped by immediately after we got our food and asked if we needed anything, we said we were alright. We sat there for at least 30-40 minutes, maybe even longer, empty beer glasses and food barely touched. Finally my partner went to politely tell whom we assumed was the manager on duty that we hadn’t been checked on in quite a while and we’d like our check. 10 seconds later the second server comes over and reprimands us “I DID check on you!”….ok, 30mins ago? Spend your $$ elsewhere. Poor customer service and inedible food. Would expect more in a Hyatt.

Amazing staff! The first night we stayed we had some dinner and the server was extremely kind and attentive to our needs! The following night i came down to the bar after a long day of Disneyland and enjoyed a delicious drink and had a great conversation with the bartender.

Food is pretty good, had to move from the seating area to the bar at 10pm to get service. The waitress was just standing at the bar, loudly complaining about how tired she was. Liked the bartender though.

There is a lot of seating area and the bar tender was friendly and fast to serve. The food was delicious, we had wings, salad, and the avocado burger, four stars because my fries were cold when they came out.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency while in town for Thanksgiving. After a long day with family, came in for a few beers. Good selection of local craft brews. I chose Beachwood Citraholic. The beer was good and the service was excellent.

The place was really slow seeing me. I actually had to wait about 10 minutes until I decided to just go to the bar and order. I was surprised because the place was practically empty. So, I will say it is meh.

We ate at the OCB multiple times while on our latest trip and the food was pretty good, although the gourmet grilled cheese had a weird flavoring that didn’t jive well. The staff was very friendly but were a bit slow at times.

Came in on Saturday evening. Asked if we could sit anywhere, were told we could then no-one came to our table for 15 minutes and we were the only people there. So went to the bar to order drinks. While there server then went to our table. After she was told we were already ordering she got upset. While at the bar I over heard her tell someone she was going to ignore us the rest of the time, as she did. Bartenders were cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! We came in for dinner earlier, and our server, gabby, was polite and good at her job. Later in the evening, we came back down stairs, to have a few drinks, and some dessert. This time, nick was our server. We were asking about the beignets, and nick was extremely honest , in that the dessert was great, but if we wanted the best to go down the road to Disney. His honesty made me even more motivated to try them(and they were delicious). At the end of the night, there was a small mistake on our bill. We told nick, and he fixed the issue very quickly. All in all, the food was amazing, apps, entrees, and dessert. The servers where were quick and attentive, and the only mistake made was resolved extremely quickly. Whether staying at the hotel or not, I highly recommend a trip here, it was a wonderful dining experience

My wife & I were looking for a nice place to relax, while or daughter was at a concert at Honda Center. We had the best service, an awesome dessert, & drinks for 4 hours. Our long evening before driving back to San Diego couldn't have been more enjoyable!

the servers and bartender were really nice and drink was fine so if you are just going for drinks go ahead. worst chicken sandwich ive had i dont think ive ever not completed one anywhere else and I had to return it. bao buns were ok but cold until i got a mouthful of hot pepper seeds. I like spicy food but not surprise hot peppers bursting with seeds.

Solid burger, an OK beer selection, good service, decent prices. Great overall for a hotel restaurant!

Erika makes one of the best GnTs I've had. She has an extensive knowledge of cocktails and very lively. Will be back!
