Went to Anaheim Applebee's, they took about 40 minutes to serve us our appetizers, main dish wasn't cooked as requested and they served us RAW salmon. The only thing they did right was give us drinks. The manager actually came out from the back and comp. our food ordered . We had to pay for the drinks. This location is out of control and needs help. I hope corporate reads all comments so they know how their business is doing.

First time here and the wait to be seated was 40 mins. We asked hostess Emilee about the bar area and said there was a wait as well. Right before we got seated she sat another couple at the bar who had just arrived. We asked for the bar and she took us there, so I asked her if there was a waiting for the bar as well why she sat the other couple that literally took 3 mins to seat just because they wasn’t going to stay because of the wait, her response was “well you didn’t asked about the bar” and walked away. Like yes we did asked about the bar as soon as we walked in. Not coming back!

Horrible experience…. Delivery Order of a steak meal with a side order of mozzarella sticks and a child’s cheeseburger. We received a corn dog, Mac and cheese, soups and a Caesar salad which costs way less than what we paid for. Needless to say we immediately asked for a refund and hope who ever got our steak enjoyed it. Called the restaurant only to be told that apparently there were two names similar…. I had the receipt and our names were not even close. So disappointed on how they handled the situation and will not order from them again.

The wait staff and service here was really nice. Very accommodating. The inside was very well kept and orderly. Would come back here for sure. I just wish the kids menu was better. You can tell most of it was just microwaved frozen stuff.

Horrible service. They forgot to give us silverware when our food came. After waitress disappeared in the back for a long time. Always passed our table when she came out and never stopped by to check on on us. We had to wave her down for refills. The place was not even busy.

Wouldn't seat 6 of us in a booth even though the restaurant was 75% empty on a Wednesday night at 745pm. We were willing to wait in a booth and have a drink, But they said no, kitchen was behind in orders.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. This was my first time at Applebee's and I was REALLY disappointed. The place wasn't even full and it took over an hour for us to receive the Bourbon chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and a medium rare steak. The staff wasn't attentive at all and just kept walking past us not asking if we needed anything which we did. We wanted dessert and containers which took awhile to get as well. Then it took us forever to get our check and forever to get them to pick it up and charge it. I had to flag another waitress down and give it to her. It was absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure whatever they were all talking about next to the kitchen entrance was soooo much more important than paying customers. The food was ok but I'll never be back to this restaurant.

It was my first time visiting Applebee's, and the service was terrible. I sat in the bar, and the guys never took my order. I'll wait for over 20 minutes to get a margarita mix drink. The manager Jeremy was with a bad attitude, and his helper never looked at me. Everybody was drinking and eating except me. I asked a waitress, and she's very nice she took my order, the food was cold, i didn't get the guacamole, and there were no condiments, and I would never go back to that restaurant. I have a bad experience, and I'm not recommend this place to nobody

As always this Applebee's is a success for any kind of celebration. In the last two weeks we have gone for dinner and the food is good, the service is excellent and the price is very good for what you are getting in return. I will keep going whenever I'm around here.

The food was greasy but edible. The coleslaw is flavorless. Our server disappeared for nearly a half hour while we sat without drinks waiting for our check so we could leave. When we left there were less than 10 people in the restaurant. Had to flag down another server to get our refills. When or server finally came back we payed him with a 100 bill. He came back a few minutes later and said the bill was counterfeit then handed my wife the change, which we discovered after we left was incorrect. My wife told him that's not a funny joke to make especially when you've been ignoring us. Probably won't be going back to that location.

We placed a group order a week in advance and they brought our food out 30 minutes late. The part that was the most upsetting was that they lied to us by saying that they were ‘just packing up our order’ when we arrived to pick it up our order. If they would have said they messed up or were short staffed and that they were running very behind, that would have helped us plan better and come back in 30 minutes. Instead they said, oh it will be about 5 minutes… 10 minutes max. Very disappointing that they weren’t even apologetic about the mistake.

Only stopped for quick appetizers, and it took over an hour. Keep in mind there were hardly any people in the restaurant. Food is usually great. However, at this location, we had a few drinks, mozzarella sticks, and stake nachos which, by the way were not that good.

We did the 2 for $25 deal. Got onion rings as appetizer, hubby had a burger (fries were nice and hot), and I had the oriental chicken salad. Was good.

Togo experience is absolutely horrible. No accurate times and they're overloaded with orders. Wait times of about 45+ minutes. Servers are great it's just the need to do something to control Togo orders

Took my family out for dinner and wanted to finally try our local Applebees, the experience was disappointing. Our food was piping hot when it came to our table, that was a plus but, most of the food was very bland, starting with the appetizer plate on up and my chicken was over fried. We tried to make the best of it but three of us didn't finish our meals. In spite of everything, we did have a nice server, didn't get to tip him in person because he had left but we did leave his tip with Betsy. Hope he gets it.

I like their food, especially the mozarella sticks, they also have combo pack, with one apetizer and 2 entrees starting at 22$. But the service was not good there, food was slow while there was only 2 tables, we order a 3 drinks, the waiter came with 2 out of 3, they served the plates without cutlery, i had to get up to pick up my self.

$14.99 "all you can eat"....fries seemed reheated but good tasting. Riblets good. 2nd batch wasn't as good. With obvious pour over sauce ( not cooked in). And took 25 min. to get them. Shrimp was a little soggy. But considering what a Big Mac combo costs THIS is a real bargain. I would order it again, definitely!

Zero stars but can't apply no stars.Worst experience ever. This location lacks customer service and food is not what it should be. I am a big fan of applebee's but will not go to this location again. Food was cold and I had a hair on my food. Poor quality.

Hello good morning @ Applebees mangers and key holders I never write reviews but this is a HUGE AWESOME to BRYSON- ANTHONY this two GENTLEMAN are the reason my wife and I go here, we had previously never been to Applebees but , this two BRO”S” have change our perspective on going to grab bite and drinks there. I hope they B-A can get some appreciation ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 5 stars . (3 times we had lunch or dinner so I guess that makes us regular). because of them two good workers. BE APPRECIATE THAT U GUYS HAVE TWO GREAT EMPLOYEES. See. You guys soon from JUANITA&WALTER

Did we go on an off night? 1) Server was mia, had to go pick up our drinks that waited almost 10 minutes on the bat. 2) GLASS shard on one of the drinks(she only took a sip and found it, likely more than one). Didn't apologize, did remake it, but then I had to go pick it up AGAIN myself. 3) Food wasn't good. Veggies had what looked like mold, fries were, best I can describe, stale. How do you screw up fries? Very disappointed in this visit.

My first time at this location lots of people waiting it was around 8:00 on Friday the hostess said there was no waiting in the bar area walked right in bartender asked us if you wanted menus and took our drink order three different menus lots of happy hour specials what a deal we all got meals a couple of appetizers two or three drinks a piece food was out really quick order was correct drinks were good the price was right what more could you ask for will be returning

The food was served quickly, tasty and well served! Very welcoming hostess. Hostess Madison, server Maura and manager Michelle came to the table 2 make sure that everything was good!

Wow. This area needed a place like Applebee's. Plenty of parking. When you walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome, which is always a good sign. The food is good, they have specials and their regular menu, variety to choose from. The service is great. Our server was awesome. The atmosphere is fabulous, casual. The ambiance is cool, relaxing and good music.

Multiple orders came in incorrectly. They had to take them back and redo them. Then when they brought back our new orders, things were missing or still not how we ordered. The manager took over an hour to show up and only showed up after we asked to speak with him multiple times. He then went and got our receipt himself and tried charging us incorrectly for something we didn't order. Very unsatisfied.

We just had a 5 star afternoon at Anaheim Applebee's. Our server Maura remembers us we always sit in her area. Maura make our dinner special . All of the associates are great. Met the manager and he is friendly and wants everyone to be satisfied. This Applebee's should be busy in the afternoon and more people should check it between 1and 4. I promise you won,t be sorry and your to get good table. I forgot to tell you that the food is fabulous. Go see for yourselves0
