It takes 30 seconds. From the inquiry, to the walk-in availability, to a visit with an actual M.D., the process is streamlined. Everything about this business is good. The intake employees are personable, knowledgeable and sharp. The medical assistants are the same. Dr. Gutierrez was precise and gave me information that a 2 hour visit to my primary care clinic could not. If you read this far, I highly encourage you to either call or skip it altogether and show up. All walk-in patients are serviced with equal respect. They took my HMO insurance. I paid $15 for a diagnosis, medication and peace of mind. Invaluable. There is a very obvious reason why this place is rated as the best Urgent Care clinic in greater Orange County.

Do not trust their appointment time they are absolutely careless about your health. I come to this place just because I live in the neighborhood . The front desk with fake eyelashes she’s really rude and mean the funny thing is she thinks she’s beautiful and cute oh my god , a smile and nice off couple nice words it means a lot for your customers.

Great urgent care experience while traveling. They offered to call me due to long wait time, so I didn’t spend anytime in waiting room. Care moved quickly once I was seen and was thoughtful and thorough.

The physician Heather here is absolute trash. The first time I went in she completely disregarded all my symptoms and said the white spots on my throat is "food" and didn't give me any prescription, refused to give me a doctor's note, and told me to just take over the counter medicine and I'd be fine before I have to go into work. My symptoms worsened and I went back 2 days later, saw a different physician and was told I have strep throat! I got a doctor's note and prescription following this, but it was really frustrating that I had to go in twice and that I was given such a ridiculous diagnosis from a "professional".

I didn’t think a pleasant urgent care visit was possible, but today exceeded my expectations. I came in today on a Monday morning and once I checked in, the wait time before I got called back was very short. (I was at an ER for 6 hours one time, so I was expecting a long wait time.) Once I was back, the woman who took my blood pressure (she was wearing purple Crocs) was very kind and pleasant. The RN confirmed I had a sinus infection and wrote me a prescription for a Z Pack of antibiotics. When I told her Advil cold and sinus made me feel anxious, she explained what was in it that did that and encouraged me to try something with other specific ingredients. The last guy I saw named Kevin was also very friendly and wrote me a doctors note per my request. My only complaint was feeling a bit rushed with the RN, but she was informative and answered my questions. I would come back here again.

pretty nice place. staff is kind and jovial and as someone lacking insurance at the moment the out of pocket was relatively cheap. the doctor was kinda indifferent but overall come to this place 1st for your clinic needs. pros/cons: +no appointment necessary +walk ins +kind staff -slightly longish wait time -doctor was kinda mean -

Today, I had occasion to visit this Urgent Care. During my visit I needed to have x-ray services. My review of the X-ray technician is 5 STAR +, most excellent services and his bed side manner was also 5-star +. He work in conjunction with Dr. tom Vu at Urgent Care, Euclid, together their information was excellent. Highly recommend. Dennis B.

Went for my son 6 days long sore throat. The front desk service is ok and to check up you do it thru your phone, so no paper wasted or filled up forms. The wait time is decent as i mentioned before. The service from the drs on the other hand, is the worst! The lady Dr could not figure out what was with my son's throat! So inefficient! She took tests after tests after tests and nothing, at the end she ordered a test that would be sent to the lab and that would take three days for the result, guess what? The results where normal! When he obviously had red al inside and white dots in his throat! At the end I made an offer the phone consultation with his actual doctor and she prescribed antibiotics and more. This is the worst place to come for any urgent situations. I do not recommend. Go somewhere else! The lady dr is the worst! They take medical insurances or credit cards. Only open during the day tho (8am to 8pm) parking and waiting room is small but is not busy. But I do not recommend this place if ever an urgent health situation arrives.

I have been to this facility before in the past and everyone was great. However, this time the experience was amazing I didn’t feel good and haven’t felt good for weeks and they truly made me comfort. They listened and allowed me to talk about what was going on so they could treat me properly and I really do appreciate them for that. Dr. Trombley was amazing and very kind doctor and the nursing staff were excellent! Thank you for your service and help!

Staff is very friendly and professional. My provider Heather was amazing. Listens, answers your questions and doesn't make you feel rushed. Best bedside manners. This is second time she's been my provider and has been on point both times. Thank you all for such good experiences my family and I have had in your office! Office has always been clean the numerous of times I’ve gone for my self and family & wait time is reasonable!

the staff was very nice to my 6 year old daughter. we're not from the area and i was so relieved to be in a place that treated you like family. the best urgent care i've been to. thank you to the multiple staff members who really made my daughters visit a breeze.

Upon entering you are greeted with a smile. The registration was quick and easy. We only waited about 20 minutes, and that was due to the insurance verification. Our insurance is a new one and not well known. All the staff was great and helpful.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. The website clearly says that they do close at 8 PM. I took my child today due to an ear ache I got there at 6 PM and first of nobody greeted. I wanted to check in and the girl who was at the front desk declined service because according to her they had reached max capacity. I asked where was this info at since when I looked it up online and inside it had no notice of that kind. She ignored me and kept on typing on the computer. It is very upsetting to see this type of service in a medical field, whatever their condition is they can't decline service to a child who needed medical help. Super upsetting and this will definitely get reported to whoever needs to.

I have been to this urgent care twice both experiences were good. This place has friendly staff and compassionate providers.

I arrived at 9AM opening on Sunday and was called back by 9:35AM. It got much busier after opening but for me personally the wait wasn't too long. The nurses and doctor were professional, listen to my concerns and quickly diagnosed and treated my ankle problem. The male nurse that did my x-rays in particular was very gentle and thoughtful in helping me in and out if the wheelchair and putting together my ankle brace. I'm feeling much better today and can see improvement in my pain, inflammation, and ankle mobility. So their treatment definitely did the trick!

I took my younger sister (who I have custody of) to get a physical yesterday 2/2/22 and Dr.Alterman was very unpleasant. I’ve never had a bad interaction with a doctor before. I have small children so I’ve had my share of interactions with doctors as child and with with my children and when your patient is a minor I think having a little compassion, and empathy are qualities you should have. He was very rude and reminded me of a grumpy McDonald’s cashier who didn’t like their job or people. You are supposed to make the patient feel comfortable. He questioned my age (as if I wasn’t already identified at the front desk before we were able to be seen.) I look young but he did it in a way where he thought I was a minor and shouldn’t be able to sign off on her evaluation to give to the school. There were a few other things he did while she was being seen by him that made her and I both feel he didn’t like his job or that he didn’t like us. If you have a health condition or not in good spirits DONT COME HERE. He will make you feel worse.

The best urgent care I’ve ever visited. Dr. Fischer is thorough and time efficient, I didn’t spend less than an hour and half for my visit. Definitely would recommend, they accepted my insurance and let me know where I was next in line.

Clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I used online check in for same day walk-in which made it easy and efficient when I arrived. I was seen by Dr. Fischer who was really amazing! He was sympathetic to my complaints about my symptoms, he was thourough with the exam, and patient as he took the time to explain my diagnosis and verify my understanding of his aftercare and medication instructions. Also, their in-house rapid testing ability to rule out flu, step and covid right away really helped put my mind at ease and made me feel confident that they had me covered and well cared for! We were a family of 6 on vacation at Disneyland , when our son started to have symptoms of an ear infection. We googled which urgent care was closest. The staff was very helpful. Once we got there the staff was quick an efficient and we were in and out in 20 mins.

Great front desk service. Reasonable wait time, approximately an hour. Dr. Sean Fischer was excellent and because we are traveling on a cruise tomorrow he provided ‘just in case’ medicine in addition to what is required right now. I appreciate the forethought! We are from Canada and this clinic took our insurance to direct bill.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to get covid tested and since I was using insurance card I had to see the doctor on staff. Waited 2 long hours for my test results. Waited almost 1 hr for the doctor to come into the freezing room. Front desk girl had an attitude as well as the one who charged me. Don't EVEN BOTHER giving this place your business...take it somewhere else!

Great customer service provided first by the front desk!!! They’re awesome!! Five stars alone. Dr was great eye contact, tone, relaxed, confident and friendly. I drove too far and didn’t know what I would experience. But they made it worth my time.!!

I was very nervous about going to an Urgent Care and was pleasantly surprised! Everyone in the office was wonderful. The care and professionalism was amazing. The doctor took his time and didn't do any unnecessary testing. Highly recommend this office if you're in need of medical care.

I needed non-emergency medical care when I visiting from out of town. I went to Urgentmed based on their proximity to my location and positive on-line reviews. Parking was convenient. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and was provided a link to my cell phone for easy registration. Soon after, a pleasant and efficient assistant showed me to an examination room, took my vitals, and gave clear instructions for the next step. Once the assistant had completed preliminary procedures, I was seen by a very personable physician’s assistant. She understood my concerns immediately, conducted an examination, assessed my needs, and was able to send a prescription to a local pharmacy. The entire process took about 60 minutes, and it was a great comfort to be attended by staff who were personable and clearly skilled at their jobs. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care - knowing that this resource is available will be a positive factor when making travel plans that take me away from my regular physicians.

The reception staff was friendly and I was greeted at the door. Although I waited for a while in the waiting room, once I came back in to the exam room, everything went quick and smooth. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was seeing a doctor. I'm very used to, and do not mind, seeing a PA, but it was nice too see a doctor. The medical assistant that helped the doctor clean and dress my injury was also very friendly, gentle, and kind. I love that I can check in online and wait for them to text me to come in. And I really love that they accept my insurance.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to and I’ve had to gone to quite a few unfortunately. The wait is only ever 10 minutes max. Jennifer was so efficient, personable and friendly. Dr. Fischer gave me stitches effortlessly and quickly. Hopefully I don’t become a frequent guest but I 110% recommend this urgent care

I had a great experience at this urgent care. They were super busy, as most are, but they communicated with me every step of the way as to my wait time and apologized for unexpected delays. Everyone was kind, friendly & informative, and made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. I was there for an injury to my arm from a fall and they took x-rays right there and read them relatively quick. All in all I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

The provider & staff are amazing! The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming & helped with all of my needs. Every staff member & provider showed empathy. It was an amazing experience and wasn't a long wait. Keep up the amazing work you ALL do you guys are a blessing.!

It was my first time going to this urgent care. The 2 women working the front desk were so kind and welcoming. I literally went in so close to time they were supposed to close, but they still saw me due to my issue. The doctor and nurse also explained everything well and clearly. I would definitely go here again!

This urgent care has come a long way since when I used to go years ago. It is definitely my favorite again! I love the option to sign in on your device and wait in your car until a room is available. Everyone is kind and prompt. I am very impressed with all of the staff and Dr Iskandar. Being a DO is very important to someone like me that loves the holistic lifestyle approach. Thank you all!

I want to thank all the stuff from the front to the back. The PA is amazing. I was so happy to find her. I have gone to many doctors for my eye condition and she was the only one that cure me. She is also a caring doctor that listen and care for her patients. I wish there were more doctors like her. She is totally amazing. Thank you for all you do. You all Rock!!!

The doctor was absolutely awesome, as good if not better than my doctor, Dr. Richard Aldana. The nurses were equally awesome and extremely helpful with their information on how to conduct myself when I'm sick.

As an RN myself who works with critical patients in a Hospital, this place should be ashamed of the way their staff works. Waiting here with my fiancé we were told there were 8 people ahead of us. 2 hours later there are still 4 people ahead of us. The Dr. here is either wildly incompetent or moves at the pace of a sloth, there is no reason it should take 2 hours to see 4 patients this is entirely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and do not come here, do not bring your loved ones or family here. This place is a complete waste of time.

A severe bronchitis plus other symptoms forced a visit on Dec. 22, 2022. Every person who handled my diagnosis and treatment was helpful, kind and had a sense of humor. If I need a doc-in-a-box in the future, this is choice #1. FYI, check in is a new routine. There is a QR code on the wall that starts the entire process on your phone. I’m sure if someone doesn’t have the technology, a person can walk you through it. They were very busy but I was able to wait in my car and text updates kept me apprised until the call to come in. Once there, no time was wasted. My wife had to go the following week and had the same excellent experience.

I've always brought my lil ones to this location because the service . But today was horrible to say the least. Walked up signed in was waiting to be greeted but not one of the four girls said a thing but look at me . I understand if your busy but acknowledge a customer and let them know will be with you shortly instead of staring awkwardly at someone hoping they leave.

Been coming for year here, and came yesterday hr wait wassup over 4 hrs so we left, next day (today) I called prior to coming was given an hr wait time ( I live down the st) I show up I ask again wait time I'm given an about an hr so we check in myself & 2 kids! It's been 3 hrs & still waiting to be checked in they say due to only having 1 provider ???? It's an urgent care !? We wait and finally taken to the back & still have 4 people ahead of us??? Plus the girl with the glasses completely rudee!! Might as well have taken the kids to choc urgent care. 🤦🏽‍♀️
