We have stayed here going on 7 years for almost every trip we taken to Disneyland. I have always had pleasant interactions with their staff. They provide a full continental breakfast and the rooms are always clean. The pool and hot tube are a great amenity as well, my son always loves it here. While it’s nothing fancy it’s certainly worth the money and the quick 10 min walk to the parks. They did some updates to the room over the last few years that are very appreciated. The value of this hotel is a real gem and we will continue to stay here for years to come. I do recommend asking for a room away from the parking garage as it does get really noisy at night on that side of the building. But otherwise we really enjoy staying here!

Stayed here this past week for a 4 day trip to Disney and glad we did. It was exactly what we were looking for. A close to the park, affordable place to sleep at night. Took us about 10 minutes to get to Disneyland main entrance via walking. We stayed in a basic queen room on the top floor. Staff was friendly and quick. Room amenities could be a bit bigger as they may have been the smallest shampoo bottles I've ever seen and no conditioner but we made do. Hot tub and pool was nice to have but we wish the hot tub was open later as it closed at 10pm and that's the same time the parks close so tired feet at the end of the day would appreciate it. We will be back.

The Kings Inn was exactly what we were looking for, a clean place to sleep in between long days at Disney. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the curtains were black out which was nice! You also had control over your AC unit which was helpful! The walls were thin, but the walls are thin at even the most expensive hotels in the area. The location was great, we walked in about 10 minutes to the park gate, at night there are a lot of other people walking that directions so it still felt safe. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean. Would definitely stay again for the price!

Nice updated rooms. Decent size with nice large fridge, but no in-room microwave. Parking is charged, vs. free a few months ago. Got a pretty good rate, allowed me as a magic key holder to spend 3 nights instead of two nights at hotels of similar location and quality.

Great location for Disneyland. My wife and I were impressed by the updated rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms, and really enjoyed the walk before and after going to Disneyland. Took us about 12 min to get to the park entrance. The reason for the poor rating was that it was almost impossible to sleep in our room. The beds and pillows I’d give 2.5/5 rating, but I can generally sleep on a hard floor if needed. The main issue was that our room faced the Garden Walk parking garage. The first night, there were car alarms going off from 11 PM to 4 AM. Almost nonstop. There were people yelling, fighting, laughing, etc from 1-4 AM on the second night (along with some other car alarms). The rooms have no sound proofing at all. To add to the struggle, the AC (although it was powerful) would kick on and off constantly, and was VERY loud. Woke us up nearly every time it went on. I could hear the people above us taking showers or flushing too. Overall, the hotel was great except for the one thing that matters most to me… ability to sleep. Really unfortunate, as I was pretty pleased about the parking situation, how safe we felt, and quality of people working there. Hopefully they can address these noise issues.

Great choice for anyone visiting the area or Disneyland. Check-in at the front desk was fairly quick, they had two employees working the front desk so I had no wait. The employee that checked me in was friendly and professional. The rooms are good, not perfect or amazing but they aren't dirty or smell bad. They are a little dated so there is some wear and if you want to use the tv, it's a little old so not too great. Towels and sheets were clean and white, no stains or anything else, like I have seen in similar hotels. Overall room was clean, even the unused corners had no dust. Parking was free which I'm glad of since I found conflicting information from different sources. There is also plenty of parking all around the property and buildings. They have a pool, convenience type store, and laundry for guests but did not use any of those. It is fairly close to Disneyland about a 10 - 15 minute walk. Also, right next to the Garden Walk which is a little empty but I walked through twice to get coffee. Overall, this will be one of my top choices when visiting the area.

Just stayed here last night. The proximity to Disneyland and the price is why I booked here and we were not disappointed. The room was clean, there was ample parking, they allowed me to leave the car while we were in the park, even though we checked out earlier. The bed was comfy and we had a great night’s rest. Not sure why stay anywhere else that’s more expensive in the area. I’m very happy that we stayed here

This is my second time visiting this location and I would return on my next trip to Disneyland. The walk is really short (we were two adults but I think kids could do this no problem). We had a 2 bed room and it was clean! This has been increasingly important since COVID. They'll provide you with as many towels as you need so that they don't need to come into your room unlike you want them to. The bathroom is small which was fine for us but would be difficult for a family with kids. The door stuck, which again is not a big deal for us but with kids may be difficult. The pool is really nice! Plenty of room for many kids to play in and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The water was salt water (I'm not sure if this is the norm in California, but I appreciated it over the smell of chlorine.) Check in and check out was really easy, but make sure you check out a little early. The room key was shut off 10 min before check out time. (We got stuck at breakfast but made it back just before 11. Fully packed and just needed to grab the bags.) Overall, I'd give it a 9/10 just because of the room key issue at the end of the trip. Very family friendly and a great location!

Booked a 5 night stay at Kings Inn Anaheim, I'm so happy I found this place, I booked via a third party but staff at Kings Inn were always willing to answer my questions. The room was clean when we checked in, and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for a Disneyland trip. For this year they are waiving parking so I also was really happy about the free parking. The room was quiet and there were no suspicious people lingering about like in other hotels that I have stayed at. They also had security at night which was great.

Good room, clean and comfortable bed! It was a cozy place to stay; if you don't mind walking a bit you can trek to Dosneyland by foot! At night it would be more comfortable with more than one person walking back to the hotel, but with someone whose in a group or likes being alone walking, this is for you! Pool looked nice, didn't get the chance to swim this trip thought. The room smelled good and has coffee!

We really enjoyed staying here at Kings Inn. It's about a 15 min walk to Disneyland, and there are shops nearby, including Starbucks. The room was small but recently updated and very clean. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the sheets were changed every day, and the pillows were soft. The hotel store was very convenient, as was the laundry room. There is also a nice upstairs patio that we spent some time sitting and relaxing. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Disneyland.

I booked this hotel months ago, but checked the reviews once a week and didn't know what to expect. This is a really good hotel. It's clean, the rooms are a decent size and even though the pool is in the parking lot there's quite a lot of privacy once in there. The walls are pretty thin, but other than that I have zero complaints. I cleaned the room before entering because my son is medically complex and the rag didn't even come out dirty. A lot of people complain about it not being up to their standards, but it's a budget hotel near Disneyland and 100% better than a Motel 6 or any other budget one. Will differently stay again!

I gotta say, we’ve been coming to the parks for many years, and we’ve stayed at many hotels, but never decided to stay at Kings Inn. However, we were pleasantly surprised during this trip, at the cleanliness, and the proximity to the park. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean. At the rate that we paid, we would gladly stay here again, anytime. The girls at the front desk, Diana and Jessica, were also very helpful to us with a request that we had, and went above and beyond to accommodate.

This place is one I’ve stayed at before. Some things are solid: - hot tub and pool are well maintained and great after a long day of walking - location is close enough to Disneyland - cleaning services were efficient and consistent The bad: - legitimately the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been in. There’s no sound proofing anywhere. Barely slept every night, you can hear literally EVERYTHING from other rooms. A crying baby meant we did not sleep at all one night, but even someone watching tv means you will hear everything - the noise is not limited to lack of insulation, the AC unit (as others have mentioned) and the fridge are both super loud, and are not consistent either. It’s not uncommon to suddenly wake up because things kick on temporarily with a loud bass-y boom - the pillows are insanely cheap. Also so uncomfortable and inconsistent. Not unusual to have a terribly lumpy pillow one night and have no alternative. - at one point a light literally turned on in the middle of the night and would not turn off. Never experienced this before and could not believe it. I doubt we will stay here again. Despite the price it’s simply too loud. No sleep is not worth it

As mentioned, the proximity to Disneyland is superb. Being able to walk there and back was such an added bonus to the trip. The rooms had the basics and just what was needed. The water pressure was pretty terrible, but of all the amenities, that was the only one that stood out as a negative in any form. The laundry facilities were easy to use. Bring earplugs for a good nights sleep, as others have addressed, the walls are thin and with people coming and going from Disney it can get louder than is ideal for a nights sleep. If we were back in Anaheim and going to Disneyland, we would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Kings Inn and as usual it exceeded everything. Omar and his team are outstanding and their customer service and attention to detail is beyond anything you would hope for. This is not my first stay, it is my go to hotel when I am visiting from Australia. The Kings Inn is by far better than the on-site hotels and you will never meet a more friendly trustworthy crew. I can not recommend this hotel enough. It is exceptionally clean and well kept, it is in a good area even though they have 24hr security. The treatment you receive makes you feel really special, I will definitely be spreading the word to and Aussies heading to Anaheim. Once again, many thanks Omar and team.

We loved our stay at Kings Inn back in June so much that we want to come back this year already! Over our many trips to the Disneyland Resort, we have stayed at other hotels and nothing compares to this. As long as you are okay with a short walk (and it really is short), this is the one to choose. The outdoor pool is perfect for the midday swim break. The rooms are a lot larger than I expected. The staff are all kind and generous. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are heading to the Disneyland Resort.

Stayed here for Disney. Walked every morning and evening no problem. ~10mins at a brisk pace. We used this as a place to sleep ultimately since we were at Disney all day. The room was fairly clean and spacious. Motel style parking was convenient. Price was cheap, so it gets 4 stars. Other reviews mentioned a smell. Our room did smell pretty musty, but its the kind of smell you get used to after being in the room for a few minutes. Would stay again, if the price is right.

We stayed her on our most recent visit to Disneyland. We usually stay at one of the budget hotels across the street from Disneyland but this year we wanted to try something different. Kings Inn was half the price of our usual hotel and the rooms at the Kings Inn were more spacious. There is a little shop you can essentials in. The pool and hot tub were nice to have on our last morning there. We ate lunch on the roof top patio. There is a Starbucks across the street that we mobile ordered from and then ate our breakfast while we walked to the park. It is a 6 lane street, so you will want to make sure you use the crosswalk. The Walgreens is right next to the Starbucks, we bought snacks and water from here to keep in our mini fridge. There are also several affordable food options in a strip mall down the street. We used the toy story shuttle bus one night to get back to the hotel. It drops you off across the street in the Toy Story parking lot. It did cut down on walking and was easy to manage after we figured it out. We loved the affordability of the Kings Inn. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and kind. It is about a mile walk away from Disneyland but for the price, it can't be beat.

For the price this place is above the others! Family owned so better attention to details. Room was great, nice and clean. We got there early and was able to check in no problem! Easy walk to Disneyland, stopped at the Anaheim inn on the way for a beer! Only complaint is our room was way in the back, so that extra walk at the end of the day was long and the noise from the parking structure next door was extremely loud. Sounded like late night car races and very drunk people lol. Would definitely stay again but only if a different location of the room.

We were very pleased with our stay at Kings Inn! We stayed Dec12-14,2022 and everything was great! The ladies at the front desk checking in and out were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. Housekeeping was very nice and gave us any extras we needed. The location is perfect for walking to food, clubs, Disneyland. The viewing deck was great for the fireworks. We will definitely be booking here again on our next stay in Anaheim.

For a budget room this place is great. Hot tub jets are strong and saline instead of chlorine. Showers have acceptable pressure for Cali, but don't get quite hot enough. Beds are comfy enough, bedding and rooms are clean and well maintained. "Room service" options that won't blow your budget (or mind). Staff is very nice. 15 min walk to Disney, 2 min to restaurants. If you are differently abled don't stay in room 193 as the ramp access is very far away. They said it would be much closer, but it's all the way down and back to get out past all the rooms on that wing. Other than lack of wheelchair ramp access I'm quite happy with this place.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our Disney vacation. It was within walking distance of the parks around a 10-15 minuet walk. The hotel staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The only issue we had was no microwave in the room but was fixed by having a microwave in the Lobby if needed. The hot tub was great to use after a long day on your feet at the park. We will for sure be returning and staying with kings inn again!

Firstly, its a budget hotel, so you cannot expect 5 stars. But where budget goes, this one is a easy ons to choose to book again. Bed is clean. No bed bug experience. Shower is good. Hot water and decent water pressure. They swap fresh fluffy towels for you every day. My room didnt come with kettle. No bottles water. No toothbrush kit. Totally small things that can be lived with. Mocrowave is a common one tucked inaide tge laundry room. Plus point if you get the rooms where you can see the fireworks from Disneyland.

Staff was very kind and the location is great for Disney. Everything else was totally unacceptable. We were booked for five nights but bailed after one night. Beds were probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They’re obviously super old and extremely worn down. The air conditioning sounded like a jet engine. Floors were filthy. Shower pressure was awful. Maybe fine for one night, but there’s no way we could’ve lasted there a week. I’d definitely avoid.

Perfect location, about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Immaculate for cleanliness, hotel staff super friendly and very accommodating. They offer microwave rentals for your room if need be, we got connecting rooms, and they let us check in early. The pool and hot tub were so fun for our kids. 100% recommend this place to stay.

  • 3/5 Malary B. 5 months ago on Google
This is very much a budget hotel. No soundproofing at all between rooms, room was not carpeted, and next to no shampoo was provided. The room did seem fairly clean but we had higher expectations and moved to a different hotel. Basically, as long as you know what you're walking into, it is fine. I think it would be too loud to sleep but it is very close to the parks.

Stayed here in two adjoining rooms with my family and It was great. Reading previous reviews left a bad taste in my mouth and nervous that I booked. But it wasn’t at all bad and well worth being one of the most cost effective places to stay. Plenty of FREE parking, staff was nice and rooms were clean. Nearby lots of restaurants and shops as well.

  • 3/5 Maggie H. 9 months ago on Google
For the price this hotel was okay, but not great. The shower was usually cold in the morning and sometimes in the evening too. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat and lumpy. It was nice to be within walking distance to Disneyland, but this is about as far as you'd want to be from the parks if you have kids. The free parking is a big perk and we liked the larger and CLEAN room, but no free breakfast was a bummer. You get what you pay for, and honestly I appreciate the option of a hotel that doesn't cost $2000 for a few nights.

  • 5/5 Marisha B. 11 months ago on Google
Rooms were clean, beds decent. However the pillows were a little firm and worn. The housekeepers replaced our towels daily. That was very nice of them. The hotel was in a very convenient location, with just a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Parking is free and there is a lot of parking. We didn’t try the pool this time. It was a bit chilly for us. Other than that, this hotel is a great place to stay.

An older motel for those on a budget. It was the cheapest I could find so close to Disneyland. About a 10 minute walk to the front gates of both parks. Ample parking as well as a swimming pool and laundry room. Housekeeping was efficient and discreet.

This place is a hidden gem and saved us a significant amount of money on our Disneyland trip. It's nothing fancy but was an excellent budget option - clean, comfortable beds, reasonably quiet, great location, and free parking. The front desk employees were kind and professional. They even let us keep our car there after check out for free on our last day in the park. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the park along a well lit street. My husband and I stayed late at the park a couple of nights and walked back around 11:00 PM. There were still plenty of people out and we felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here when we made our trip to Disneyland and it was perfect for what we needed. We were at the park from 8am-12am the next day so all we really needed was a place to lay our heads down at night and this was exactly that. It is so close to Disney it makes for an easy walk to and from the park. They have a convenience type store located by the lobby with self check out open 24/7 which is really nice. There is a CVS, Starbucks, and 7-eleven on the corner next to the hotel which is perfect. This was a great place to stay and we will be staying here again next time we go to Disney.

  • 5/5 Michael S. 9 months ago on Google
It's about a mile walk to the park, if less. Didn't really have much interaction with staff, but they were kind. The rooms were pretty good and very clean. Loved the stay for the cheap price.

  • 3/5 Bradley D. 10 months ago on Google
It's as basic as they come. Bed is just a bed, don't expect too comfy. If you're booking this place its for the affordability. They do have a nice pool and hot tub, and the service is great! Small rooms, not that it's a bad thing just an FYI. Also, no tub, only shower. Quick 10 min walk to the parks. Uber ride from LAX was about 50 min for $85 usd
