    My family and I love chili's. We don't have any in our area so we get excited when we find one to eat at. Unfortunately, after making out way into this one we were met with a less than friendly hostess that flatly told us the wait would be 30 minutes. After telling her that it was fine, we'd wait, she jotted down our number with a grumble and just stared at us as we walked out of the restaurant into the lobby area to wait. When we got the text our table was ready, the waitress unenthusiastically tossed a menu onto our table and said our waiter would be by soon. We asked her if we could have another menu or two (family of 5 here) she snapped at my wife and said "we only give you one" and walked away. A sour start to the experience. It's a shame this is the first person you are met with at the door as it set a poor tone for what would otherwise be a great spot to eat. The waiter was excellent and friendly (and he even brought us another menu) and was quick with our order. Here's hoping the food is good.

    Great service. Sat in the bar area so we can watch sports. Multi TV.s My kids love Happy Hour. Can't go wrong according to them.

    Went with a party of about 15 gave about an hour notice waited an extra 30 mins outside only for our party to be called with 10 seats reserved. After pointing out we didnt have enough seats they basically just said "oh no sorry" so we just got up and left which they didnt seem to care. Kinda silly for a buisness to reserve a number of seats over the phone only to not do that exact thing then offer zero solutions and let hundreds of dollars walk out. I get that certain places can get packed but its not like we didnt give notice, I guess if they dont care not much the owner can do

    I went last Saturday, that being said it was not as busy as i thought it would be for a Saturday afternoon. We got seated as soon as we walked in. The good and service was good. So what more can i say, Great food, great service= 5 star!

    4 years ago my review was so different. Now, it's just ok. An ok meal, with ok service, and ok prices. Not the choices it used to offer and not the samw quality. We had the 3 for Me deals which is a decent price, but only a couple choices for the low price. So burgers and mine was a chicken sandwich. Comes with an app and drink which makes it an ok deal. But not what it used to be. Used to be able to get the same deal with more options. My chicken sandwich was ok, not great. Just eont be going there much anymore since eating out is just more expensive now, and this experience was only "ok". Bummed. My favorite margarita chicken is not an option anymore on the deal menu.

    We used an app to order from the Katella location. The fajita combo gave us choices so we went with the steak and shrimp. It came with beans, rice and tortillas. There was also sour cream, cheese and salsa packaged separately which was nice. The chicken Alfreda pasta kids meal was a plenty with a lot of sauce. This meal included mandarin slices but you can choose something else along with the drink. The food arrived hot and the meat fajitas were also tender. The only thing that needs work is packaging the items so that they don’t spill because we had to clean items before placing them on the table and the holes in the bottom of the bag allowed the liquid to drip out.

    Waited for a host to show, no employees acknowledged us, didn't have the advertised drink, didn't provide silverware or napkins... Place looks like the owner doesn't care how it looks. Only saving grace was the appetizers were still tasty

    It's New Years Eve, and there was a hockey game close by. We went after the game, and the restaurant was about sixty-five percent full. There just wasn't enough staff for the rush. The food was good and the staff was great. They were just slammed. We didn't mind as we were having a good time. We will go back. I am sure it will be a good experience

    Was taken there for my birthday. Everything was great from the start. Awesome waiter and food was delicious. My 8 year old daughter loved how they sang Happy Birthday and brought ice cream.

    The person I went with was 3/4 finished with their cocktail in a Pint glass before I received my cocktail. My food arrived ahead of the person I was with by 10 to 15 min, so I held back from eating mine. Therefore, my meal turned cold. Very noisy in the building. Food was good and prices fair.

    This particular Chili's in Anaheim needs some regular maintenance and upkeep to the interior of the building. I understand that it hasn't rained much in the past few years but the were water leaks in the dining and women's bathroom (which i imagine create unhealthy molding in the ceiling tiles). It was busy and the service was a little slow but the food was good.

    Food: No issues spot on with what you expect from chillis 2nd time in a row with at different times of the day that the service was absolutely non existent. Both times it looked like there where only two servers for the entire restaurant. Everything from ordering to refills to food coming out took forever. This applies to all the tables looking around the room everyone has the same expression “what’s taking so long we are ready to go “ Most likely will only be ordering to go from this location in the future.

    The food was great. However, my 2 stars are because it took over 40 min to get our food. The place needs to keep up with some cleaning, not just on the tables, but the floors too. Then, to top it off, the lights went out on the entire side of my sitting area, and I was eating in the dark basically. I'm surprised you guys are short staffed on the weekend, definitely I suggest get more people at peak hours to help reduce the long wait time to order and serve.

    I've been to so many Chili's in California, but my experience at this location was above and beyond. Teo showed my daughter and I sooo much hospitality during our visit. Thank you very much, your appreciated. Our waiter Logan was amazing, never had to ask for refills, he was already on it, checked on us frequently and good conversation. Definitely coming back to this location...

    Overall, I LOVE Chili's and will come back... even to this location. The employees are all very friendly and professional, but they are sooooo understaffed that it's frustrating to watch, let alone trying to get order/drinks/check in a timely manner. I honestly feel bad for the staff. That said, they did an amazing job with what they had to work against. I just hope management takes some action before these great people get fed-up and quit.

    First time we experience a bad service. All managers were there today but none that could help us out. I think they were having a party close to our table because only managers were enjoying pizza during this time. We were told that all managers were there when I asked for one. Food quality was poor. Patricia our waiter gave our table to someone else when we arrived. Took about 25 min to get my coffee which was very watery. Chicken Enchilada soup was awful too and trio skillet was not sizzling hot as usual. It was cold after 5 minutes. But, Abby our server tried her best and kept a very good professional attitude about all this she checked on us very often. We didn’t complain about food because it took forever to receive it and we were hungry and wanted to leave already. Manager checked on us at the end when we were paying. Don’t think we will visit again this place. I gave it 2 STARS instead of 1 because Abby was really nice and kept a smile through all this.

    I think burnt was an understatement for what I received. I ordered a medium rare ribeye. I received a burnt piece of meat that was so tough and dry and bitter from all the charred bits, it was basically inedible. This is kind of ridiculous considering the ribeye cost $20+. I basically wasted money on a dinner I couldn’t even eat.

    If you get Jose H as your manager, be thankful. Jose was the best Chili's manager, and just best restaurant manager in general. He was so attentive and made time to check in with every table and made sure everyone was having a wonderful time and the food turned out perfect. He is not only a good manager but a fantastic person with a heart of gold. His happy attitude is super contagious and is what made this visit amazing.

    Probably the worst ever here. The waiter was new, good attitude and pleasant. Thats about the only positive thing. The restaurant was dirty - a large number of tables were never bussed the entire time we there (about an hour and 45 minutes). There was a napkin on the floor, which nobody made an effort to pick up (including the manager who walked by a few times). We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer - took probably 15 minutes before they were served. We both ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers - horrible. Tasted like maybe they changed the recipe, almost sour. The corn on the cob was cold in places, otherwise just warm. We have been coming to this Chili's for years (probably every month or so). Can't say after this visit that we will return 😕

    Our server was great, wait time was alil off. Told us they texted us 10mins prior, but we had no txt. Food was good, my burger although plain was good, but odd that the "Just bacon burger" had ONE piece of bacon broken in half on it 🤔😅

    Chili's has been busy lately which is a good sign, wait was about 30 minutes and the estimated time on the app was pretty much perfect. Let's start by saying this wasn't the cleanest chili's I've been to, had a weird smell when we first walked in and the seat was pretty sticky but that could be from the sanitizer they use. But let's get to the POSITIVES, as I'm getting older, service is HUGE for a positive experience and our waiter was very attentive. Food was out quickly, I mean like we ordered, went to wash my hands and the appetizers were at our table. My wife said the house salad as good, skillet queso was pretty bomb, tenders was good and brisket quesadilla had a nice bbq flavor. Never had a problem with chili's quality in food. Would go back for a nice meal.
