We went as a birthday party of 8. Lot of lunch items tried, plus dessert.

Our server was great. Appetizers came hot and were delicious. We were here for happy hour. Had some wine. I wanted a pizookie but as always, no more room. Tip- start with dessert next time.

It was an neutral experience! Nothing above and beyond! My wife tried ordering four different plates, but then the waitress said that all those plates were unavailable. The restaurant was not cooking any street tacos and anything that had Mahi-Mahi. So, she had to decide for a 5th choice… Definitely not impressed! Not even one apology. Then the waitress took both our orders. She did not ask how did I want my steak cooked. And honestly I didn’t even think of it until I got it. It was kinda rare. Not my favorite, but I’ll still eat it. Food was still very good, very tasty, steak was nice and juicy, ribs were tasty, and my French fries were nice and crispy. Really good. No wait in line, it was 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon! Almost Empty parking lot!

Absolutely horrible !!!! This restaurant, it’s not about lack of employees. They have always been horrible service and cold food . Gave them another chance to see if anything change . But food was not just cold, But soggy . We have a choice to spend our money where we want, but when this chain is this careless. I won’t be eating here any longer .

THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD! I thought Popeyes had the best chicken sandwich but I was wrong!!! BJ's chicken sandwich was crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside, bun was perfectly toasted and it was flavorful. You need to try it! We also had their AVOCADO EGGROLLS and were amazing. SANGRIA FLIGHT was fun, tasty and gave me a pretty god buzz! ^_^. Other food we had was great too. And thank you to our server, a young man named LIAM who gave us the best customer service we've had in awhile. So nice, pleasant and effortless. Also their host and other staff were really nice too. We appreciate the Veterans Day menu. Great options and came with a soup and salad. Thank you! We will definitely be back soon! *We went on a Friday Night (Veterans Day) at 6:20 P.M.*

The best BJ’s I’ve been to. Service: Brendon was an excellent host. His menu presentation was giving 5-star dining experience. Kayla was consistently checking on me and when she went on break, Josh added a personable feel to my experience. Food was great the the queso does not cool well (does it ever, though?) Highly recommend a visit. Ask for recommendations for proven dining experience.

I fear this specific location will not be open much longer. Maybe all BJ's have totally shrunk their menu, but i doubt it. A long time ago, when this location opened, it was a "test menu" location (and named BJ's Grill). Eventually, it seemed to change to a pretty full menu. Well, now it is back to a single fold menu. At the same time, the choices are expensive for very little food. It started months ago with the dinner salads being shrunk to tiny side salads. Now, the bbq chicken salad is gone, and even the beer comes in a smaller glass vs. the old pub glasses, despite also being very expensive for even the in-house beers. Sadly, we will probably not be returning since there are nearby "expensive" choices that are now barely more for a larger and better meal :(

Worst Spaghetti ever! They forgot the Parm cheese. The meatballs are undercooked and bland. The sauce is boring. The breadstick had zero flavor.

Stacy K is the nicest, most attentive waiter I’ve ever had. She got our food exactly right, was very approachable, anticipated our needs so well, and just made our dining experience so enjoyable. She deserves major recognition and a raise!

Cameron was our server. He is an excellent waiter! He stopped by our table frequently to be sure our meal was good and to check if we needed anything. I give Cameron a10 out of 10 stars. ⭐️

Went to BJ's for lunch on Father's Day. We all had very good food. And we finished our meal with a pizookie. Before we left, one of the servers was handing out pint glasses for Father's Day.

Typical BJ's restaurant. Once we were seated, we waited and waited for a waiter. After 30+ minutes I let the hostess know that no one had come to our table, and she said she will send someone. Once the waitress got there, she seemed annoyed that besides our drink orders, we were actually ready to order. You can tell she didn't want to help us. We were celebrating a birthday, asked if they'd sing, and she said no. It wasn't about them not singing,it was about the way she said it. She seemed so annoyed. We're never going back there again. There are plenty of other restaurants.

Had the chicken club sandwich with fries and they were very tasty. Coworker got the chopped salad and he also really enjoyed it.

The food took a long time; however the server JJ was in constant communication and Manager Hailey stopped by to secure expectations and was really funny and fun to speak with. Sally was an excellent hostess and very knowledgeable!! How is she not a server?? She helped my sister and Mom navigate the menu and was fun to talk to. Ian was efficient and I appreciate his attention to detail when delivering meals to us. So grateful for these people as they added lots of value to the dining experience. People matter and are the most important asset to a company. Thank you BJs for blessing us with beautiful service.

Liam was our server...great attitude with this guy. You could see him hustling, always checking in. Food was good too. Restaurant work is some of the hardest out there,,,this kid made it look easy

I love this place! Great food and great service! My favorites are the avocado egg rolls and the wings! Ask for extra crispy wings and they are even better!

Our server Keyera was amazing last night! Best service experience I've ever had at a BJ's, and better service than I've had even at some high-end restaurants. Keyera was friendly, attentive, and proactive, which was a welcome change. Many times at this restaurant the condiments and extra plates for shared meals have not been delivered until quite a while after the food came, but Keyera brought all those things to the table ahead of time, so they were already available when we got our food. We didn't have to wait to get drink refills; she was right there offering. Best of all, she paid attention, so it was easy to catch her attention when we wanted it. I hope management recognizes what a great asset Keyera is to this restaurant!

I usually come here at lunch, Anaheim hills location. In the last 2 instances, I noticed that servers here are not so nice. It looks like they do not want to work there or without zest. In Brea location, before pandemic, my family and I ate there for dinner, after they serve our appetizer, the main order never came. After 45 minutes of waiting, we just asked for the bill, paid for it and left. Our server was busy chit-chatting with his friends on the other table.I hope they improve. I like their food.

Good resturant but the way its run is absolutely horrendous. If you plan on going here to watch any game goodluck getting them to change the television. I had to ask around 6 different people including the manager who still could not change the channel after saying they were "working on it". Waiting 25 minutes for a table on a regular day could be a big problem but even after sitting at a table the average wait for actually talking to your waiter and getting some water to drink is usually 10 extra minutes. After receiving our food we had to wait an additional 5 minutes just reciveve silverware so we got to watch our food while we waited. Not really worth it for how the food is priced when wood ranch is literally around the corner.

This is the second time they have let us down. They are understaffed and undersupplied. The first time we went during the week. They only had 2 cooks so all cheese items were not available. Other people left. We stayed for the beer. Tonight my wife and friends went. It took 3 HOURS to have dinner! Food items were served at different times. Beer was served 30 minutes after it was ordered and was warm. Their restaurant management has lost us as customers forever. Too bad. They used to be a good restaurant.

beachwood's newest location, it's Beachwood I don't think anything else needs to be said, but I will anyway. Not a black IPA guy but that one I can drink pretty darn good. Of course the other three are IPAs as well all of them very good. Now the problem is deciding which one I'm going to get a point of 🤔

Wow! Redeemed! This was our 3rd visit to this location. After our first 2 visits, right when they opened, we never went back. Frozen salad and cold meats. This visit, years later, was just awesome. Megan was our server. She was friendly, smiling and made sure our visit was 100%. We took the time to thank the mgr, Casey. We will be back!
