When I looked up places to eat using ART, I knew that this one would be at the top of my list. It had been a long time since I had shabu-shabu and was looking forward to it. I arrived a little over an hour after they opened and luckily there was no wait. I was sat down at the counter and elected to try the premium all you can eat shabu-shabu for $40. The server helped select my combination broth a Thai coconut with Spicy Szechuan and my two sauces Citrus and Sha Cha. Service was pretty good, they frequently checked up on how I was going and were overall nice. The food was overall phenomenal with my favorite being the New York Steak. The green tea ice cream was also a great end to the meal. By the time I finished my meal there was a long wait line. If you want to try it out I definitely recommend going a little after opening to avoid the rush. While the all you can eat is on the expensive side I do rexommend giving it a shot if you want to treat yourself to a nice experience. They give you a time limit of 2 hours but that should be plenty of time. Just make sure you arrive hungry and remember that the restroom is on the ground floor near the ice cream place.

Love this hot pot place inside Anaheim packing District. very reasonably priced, and the servers were really nice to me. Maybe a casual conversation, and helped me with amazing recommendations on flavors. gave me a free shots of sake, and we talked about good places to visit in the area. Food was good, and I really enjoyed my time there. Got the Hot pot: New York steak, salmon veggies & brown rice in a spicy szechuan, Thai coconut combo broth

I was from out of town and came to the packing district for the first time to eat after an Angels game and had the best experience at The Rolling Boil. AMAZING food and the best service from the owner. He loves his job and is very knowledgeable with what to order. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This place was fantastic and a great surprise! We did the "all you can eat" with rib eye and salmon and it was fantastic! We ate the place out of Salmon between three of us. The bartender/waiter was great, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I had the "meat" sweats for 2 days, but it was totally work every bite!

Amazing good. Very authentic ramen place with a great bar and friendly service. All the meat was very fresh and the broth is excellent. It's a little bit pricey but you did get a large portion.

Loved the food. It was sealicious. Flavor, quantity, quality, and price were all appreciated. The hanging noodle was a fun presentation. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Some of the best shabu in the area run wholesomely by Simon who tailors your meal to your appetite perfectly. A friendly welcoming experience for everyone. On top of that, the food is outstanding with fresh vegetables, handmade noodles, and fatty, rich beef. I recommend going at lunch times for faster seating as there are only a handful of tables.

We had a pretty great experienced nce here. The place is a little bit small but the staff are nice and helpful which helps a lot. I like coconut Thai broth with beef belly the most. Not really special hot pot spot, but a decent one which acceptable meat quality. The menu is simple so I would recommend not getting the premium ayce. Instead, you can order separate meat plates and enjoy would be less expensive. Not bad at all, but the menu is not spectacular.

The food, the people, the atmosphere, the service. Everything was amazing and the time passed so fast being in that restaurant. Seriously a great place and experience.

This was my fourth visit. Every time it has been a great meal. The food is always wonderful and the folks working there are always friendly. It almost feels like hanging out at a neighborhood bar.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was delicious! Had their rare steak pho, their sausage anti-gravity noodles and the Cajun shrimp. All of which were delicious, I’d recommend any of those meals. The line is a little slow and the food comes out as it comes out, not all at once, but the environment kept us entertained and the food was superb. They’re friendly and have great customer service otherwise.

Used to come here bc they served udon noodles with the dish but for whatever reason they took them off the menu! Now it's a thin smaller noodle that isn't very good. Been over a year and they still haven't brought it back. Won't be coming here anymore.
