Service and food weren't great. Had a cajun chicken sandwich which was to tough to eat. Had to go find out server for the check.

If I am able to give this place 0 stars that would be it. I have no idea why this is 3.5 stars cause this is not worth it. Experience is poor. 1) Hygiene is a no go. 2) Waitress does not take away dirty/used dishes. 3) Coming into NORMS there was drama (yelling) with another patron and so much of the energy was not put into greeting the guests coming in and seating them. 4) Food waited at the window for longer than 5 min. 5) no refill was given or offered for water. 6) hectic energy of staff. 7) waitress spilled condiments on our parties food that was served to us. 8) another party did not receive their complete order. 9) very unorganized here at this location. My whole party was even suggesting that Denny's and IHOP have better service and dining experience. EXTREMELY dissatisfied and hope this gets reviewed by corporate.

Delicious French Toast! Perfect amount of fluffiness and soft in the middle. Highly recommend trying them out! The service here is great 😊

Like any other Norms, it's outdated furniture and interior gives you 90is feel. If you like that then good for you. For me to go back there again, I want to see some improvements. The service was very slow. I don't know if they were short-staffed or got busy very quickly, it took over 20 minutes just to order the food. Food came rather quickly, but missing some parts of the order. Food quality was average. Coffee ☕️ only one type. Asked for a tea 🍵, same one kind. For the amount of money we spent there, for me it didn't worth it.

We went during the pick hour. But the staff remain cool and friendly. The food was really good, specially the onion rings. We also got their stake comb and the price was reasonable and the food is good. The woman’s bathroom was very dirty.

Love that Norms always open and it was a big plus to dine there on New Year Day. I tried their spicy mole omelette with hash browns and it was decent.

Staff has Bad attitude, they put my family of five in a corner so smelly no AC , and when they came to take our order the waiter said I’m here just to take your drink orders I said we are all ready to order, he said no I’m here just for your drinks , he was so rude I said , no thanks and we all walked out. Homeless people outside asking for food money, that is not even the problem , but I noticed if they like you they’ll put you in the hood corner you g they don’t like you they’ll put you in the nasty corner . I definitely walked out the restaurant after waiting for over 30 min my money will be spent somewhere where they appreciate my business.

So we have been going to Norma for many years. It gets quite busy so I understand. But please clean the dishes and the seating area. Also if you are asking a question as wait staff stick around for 1 second so that we can answer you. All that being said. Prices have gone up obviously in this world we live in but quality hasn’t. I only ate the hash browns that came with my kid’s breakfast but loaded. The wife had a omelette which she said was fine. The boys had over medium eggs with pancakes and beacon. The eggs were super runny which we believe led to both our boys getting sick all night at our hotel. The wife and I didn’t get sick we also didn’t have the over medium eggs. The hash browns were great well cooked and I definitely recommend getting them loaded. Staff was so so this time around. The waitress was not very helpful nor did she stick around to hear our answers when she asked us questions. The cashier was a story in itself my wife waited nearly 25 min to pay the dude just had no clue even when she asked to pay. Like I said we have been here many times this was by far the worst experience. Norms is a pretty good diner with relatively good diner food. I would recommend you try it out. My Dad loves this place so I am sure we will be back.

4/25/2023 = 4 Star = I order steak , chicken and fries in the picture Sirloin Steak are round and thick , when i got it's thin and long . Will try again next time .

If you enjoy delicious comfort style meals than Norm's is what you want. Food is amazing and inexpensive. Split Pea and Gumbo soup is the best. Salads are always crisp, green, cold and tasty. Employees are accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. My kids also love to eat at Norm's. Family friendly. Great atmosphere.

Waverly is a great server! They finally got Iceberg lettuce back, spring mix was yuck! Steak dinner was great! Anaheim location.

Horrible experience at this Norms. I placed an online order, but it didn't let me do special requests. So I called, got placed on hold, and a few minutes later they hung up. I tried calling again but no one answered. I picked up my food, mentioned to them what happened, but it seems they only had excuses and sorrys to offer. I arrived home and had no ketchup and steak sauce as requested. Furthermore, I'm here having to re cook the hash brown and reheat all my food. I'm disappointed and angry. I wish I would have gone with Denny's as originally planned.

Excellent value and excellent service! Stopped in on our way home from six flags. Very friendly staff, great service, delicious food and all at a great price. We will definitely be stopping here everytime we go to six flags.

For a Norm. This is surprisingly pleasant experience. Food is very decent for a chain diner. Service is very good. Better than some of the "higher end" restaurant. Ana, our server is very nice and care. Checked in with us twice and one more time before she go on break. She noticed we needed a box and bring us a box without asking. Not expecting that from a Norm! Food portion is very reasonable. Pictured a kids meal burger. We actually ordered their house burger too and looks and tasted very good. We came on a Thursday night around 6. Not too crowded. Definitely will be back again.

It was my first time going there, and I had a hearty breakfast. The unlimited refills on drinks were great and the food was delicious. The French toast I received for $3 extra is enough to make me want to eat it every day. The potatoes were also shredded, so the potato taste was fun. It was the best morning ever.

Been visiting this Restaurant,for quite sometime,our server and manager is absolutely so kind and sweet,she really took the time time to wait on our table take our order ,cater to us,so I really understand her job and patience,stop by say hello eat something and feel special, jimiblingbling Google maps 4.3M

A table for 3, all meals good. Mostly meat. Had a steak plate, loved the crispy char on a well done steak. Had fries and carrots, since that's all they had that day. Cut everything up and had it all as finger food. Before that was a salad, and the soup of the day was gumbo. Good stuff. Salad had a bit too much ranch. Split a platter and took leftovers for lunch. Filling and meaty, if a bit unhealthy and oily.

The last time I was at Norms it was with my ex's mom, I invited her to have brunch with me as I knew she liked this place. In the photo I am sharing I will not have her face show as a respect to her. The place has big parking lot, plenty of parking. The service was excellent, from the host to the server. Our server was super friendly and attentive with us through out our brunch. Food was delicious I had not been there in a while but it was definitely nice to eat there again. Her plate was very big in portion that it surprised both of us as we were expecting something more on the average serving size lol but I had a small piece of her fish and it was perfectly seasoned. It did not need anything else added on top. My steak was medium rare and it was juicy and tender. I did not need to put a fight with it when taking a bite lol. I will definitely be going back soon. Overall it was a very nice day that day and it was a fun conversation we had.

I've come to this location over the years and they've manage to keep their food quality great over the years. The only weak point to to there selection are their steaks, but everything else is good. Great family style restaurant and never gotten tired of the place. I've definitely become a loyal customer!

The place is well lit, clean, and lively. The servers are warm, friendly, and attentive. The food was fine. I just have to remember though to order my steak rare so that I will get it most likely medium when it comes to the table. Aside from that, things were peachy. ✌

Bathroom is a bit below par compared to other norms I've been too. Parking is a bit dark if parking in the back. Other than that food was good and service was great as well.

This NORMS location is so busy! And for good reason too! The service is quick and efficient. They are extremely friendly and check up on you many times despite being busy. As for the food, my girlfriend absolutely loves the country fried steak. And I got a special ham and eggs for only $9.99! This place beats Denny's any day!
