Not only did they get my order wrong, but apparently they have a strict 30 minute policy. I have 3 kids, so sitting down to eat and trying to finish in less than 30 minutes is ridiculous to expect.

A steak quesorito, some potato soft tacos, and a baja blast freeze is always the go-to. Service was adequate and food was tasty for a quick meal. Pura Vida!

Honestly don't care you were rude to me. But the elderly gentleman you dismissed that was beyond unwarranted. Just remember one day you will be that elderly person.

The night shift playing around to much and not packing the order right taco had barely any meet and just thrown in the bag

Mediocre at best. Food was cold....blah! Very sloppily put together and quite greasy. Only edible because we were starving!

All of the crunchy taco shells were broken in our order. It's Taco Bell so it tastes what you expect it to taste like. Stopped after a Disneyland visit so we were just looking for something quick. It did the trick. Drive thru was fast.

The woman that was in charge of the drive-thru on July 7 at 6:30pm was by far the most incompetent individual. She hardly opened her mouth while having to pull the words out of her. I also asked for hot sauce & napkins, but it seems she couldn’t process such a simple thing because she never put them in the bag. Fortunately for her she wasn’t the only incompetent individual working that night. All the items were a complete mess. The person who made the food needs to be taught how to wrap the items because everything was falling out.

Horrible location. My order is always incorrect or items are forgotten. Customer service is horrible. Food portions are way too low for the price. Usually cold. The drive thru line is too tight. If you're forth in line, you block anyone from leaving a parking spot or leaving the drive thru exit. This has been a horrible location for YEARS

Don’t waste your time ordering here. Taco Bell forces you to use their app for “online exclusive” but the food is never placed in the pick up box. Waited 7-10 minutes with someone constantly telling me they’ll help me in a second. Ended up getting my food which was already made and waiting for me but cold and soggy. Sauce packets are never in the bins and you have to wait additional time to get those as well.

They gave me the wrong order only one burrito bruh paid 16 dollers

Such a hit or miss. Gave beef Mexican pizza when I clearly ordered a veggie one. Now I have to waste my gas and go back and change it

The drive thru attendant was courteous, repeated back my order and professional. The location is in a clean, professional looking area with a cool little drive thru. The Mexican pizza was phenomenal, so glad they brought it back. But I've always been cautious about taco bells "beef." that comes with their tacos. I prefer soft tacos so I can only comment on those. They have a weird, chewy texture and I eat ground beef on a regular basis. It just doesn't taste like cow beef. I'm not sure what it is but someone should test the beef to see if it actually is 100 ground cow Beef. Besides that food is Allright and actually a little overpriced but what isn't these days.

I love the beans much better than Del Taco for sure!

I've been to dozens of Taco Bell locations, but this location served me the HOTTEST food that I've ever received. I never realized how much better it tastes when it was that hot and fresh. Kinda weird right? Keep it up. Great customer service.

Cannot read menu at drive thru letters are too small. Had to just wait in line to drive thru since I could not order since I could not read menu. I had my dog with me so I could not go inside.

The nacho loaded fries and the nacho fries burrito are so bomb! Lol. I'm not a fan of taco bell but my kids wanted to go one day so I decided to try the new , new! It's was so good. I went 3 days in a row. Lol

Honestly I didn't have a bad experience here. Order was right and ready quick. The Issue I have is with the phone. I placed an order online for some homeless people out front but was unable to change the name of the person picking up. Just wanted to call and let them know it wasn't BS they were picking up an order under my name. But the phone was set up so that it only said "we're sorry it's our peak business hours and we can't take your call." Well I don't have any other options of contacting you so I'm hoping you guys figure it out.

I came to this taco bell @ 12:20am and it was closed. It says this store closes @1am. This store should update their hours.

I like to say I appreciate Priscilla so very much! Not only did she help me in the drive thru, I needed to use the restroom. Walked-in. She kindly assisted me while talking on her head set, helping the drive thur. Came out, she was helping customers who walked in. Far as I was aware SHE was running that place, WELL VERY WELL. This is the nicest and cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Outside, the parking lot, dining room, bathroom & even the area of the trash bins were very clean. My food was fresh and hot. Very good customer service. I do not know this area but if they keep such a close eye on the bathrooms, my experience has been that the area is not so great. It turned out to be true because when I was leaving the restaurant, there was an actual drug deal going down in the parking lot. I do not know if I will be returning.
