Horrible …. After a long day at Disneyland wanted to grab something easy and quick. Mind you it was 11:38pm hardly nobody in restaurant. Waitresses standing around laughing, giggling while 4+ groups and online order pickups waiting. The hostess Zaira told us it would be a 15-20 min wait. We waited 20min then decided to order Togo. Thirty minutes go by after placing our order and no one has been seated since we got there. An order comes up and it’s for a couple that placed their order 10 min after us. Mind you all We ordered was nachos and boneless wings. Manager came over after now waited a little over an hour. He went and got our food and this is what we got. Chips and dip that were cold and cold wings. We had to reheat at our hotel room right next door. I definitely won’t be returning and hope this location turn their customer service and sense of urgency around for the locations sake. DONT RECOMMEND… Carl’s Jr. right next door. Not to mention as we sat there waiting we saw numerous of families leave without paying due to having to wait so long to just pay their bill. while hostess and waitress giggled with each other over by kitchen instead of attending to customers that help pay their wages.

Nice place where we could take a late dinner. The burger my friend had was really fresh and juicy and my chicken breast was so good and flavored. The service was good and the atmosphere friendly the only bad part was the Wi-Fi that didn’t work at the moment.

Everybody is entitled to a bad day and perhaps that's what was wrong with our waitress? I did not receive the service I've come to expect from Denny's at this particular location. From the start we knew it wasn't going to be good when my husband and I chose water with lemon instead of a paid drink and our son of course got one of their mango icees or smoothies My husband ordered grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup, my son ordered the Philadelphia cheesesteak omelette that is nothing like Philadelphia cheesesteaks but rather it is like roast beef but it is delicious, and I ordered the bourbon chicken skillet without potatoes adding extra veggies I also ordered a side of sourdough toast but when it was delivered it ended up being warm bread which was gross so we sent it back to get fixed and toasted which is the waitresses fault The food was mediocre at best. It was not sizzling when the skillet was brought to my table though I was warned it was hot it was not. The rest of the food was delivered at the same time it came out pretty quick from the kitchen so kudos to their kitchen staff. However the waitress did not come back to check if we were okay and only before we got the bill did she offer to refill our water. I stacked up the dishes at the edge of the table assuming that any waitress would know when people stack up their empty dishes to come and pick them up which she did not do and they stayed there until we left to go pay the bill at the front I was just really disappointed that the waitress didn't know how to have a fun conversation with people across the street from Disneyland pretty much and she didn't know whether we were visiting from out of town or not! If this was the first time I visited Denny's I would never go back. The lack of choice in the menu at this particular Denny's will assure me never to come back to this location again and I'm sure the same is for my family a truth It seemed to my husband that their job was to get people in and out as fast as possible. That's sad because I used to know Denny's is a place where you can hang out and have a good time but not here It's the first time in a long time I did not leave a tip. I should have written down a note saying next time you see that people stack up their dishes on the edge of the table they are expecting you to do your job and to clear them? I didn't even feel like complaining to the manager cuz it wasn't worth it but $60 later I will never go back to that location again if I ever go to Denny's again that is. Good luck if you decide to go here the food is not as good as it used to be their menu is very limited now and you'd be better off at IHOP in my opinion

Came here on Tuesday noon at 12 pm, whole restaurant only has 1 server and 1 cook, we waited 30 minutes in the restaurant, and food is not up yet. Can’t believe this is a 24/7 restaurant by Disneyland, no people to serve, cannot even accommodate 4 tables of guest. Food that served 45 minutes after I come into the store, I ordered a medium steak and he came here 120% cooked

Please keep in mind, I’m reviewing a Denny’s. My wife and two sons (aged 8 and 9) and I decided to take a few hours away from Disney as a break and after relaxing at the hotel and taking a swim, realized we didn’t have much time to trek far for food and this Denny’s was literally the only restaurant on the way to and from Disneyland from our hotel. We aren’t really into Denny’s and would normally not even consider it. But convenience won us over, and we ended up very happy with our food (the kids options were fantastic) and thought our server Benjamin was great. Such a nice guy, and he went above and beyond to make us happy. Our kids want to return and frankly, so do we. Denny’s you’ve exceeded our expectations and earned our business!

Really great Denny's! I've been to many of their establishments and this one is really good. The service is good, they're obviously understaffed though. The food is great, flavor is good and food came as I wanted. The price is a great value. The location was also great since it's so close from hotels and Disneyland. If I am around I will definitely come here again.

Martha was an amazing server. Our cups never went below the halfway point before she was back to refill it. Food came out super fast and was delicious. Props to her and all the other servers. They were also as attentive as Martha. Best service we have received in a very long time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love Denny's but today we were lucky to have a not so ideal waitress (Irene), she was pushy and so in a rush that our orders (5 of 8) were wrong. I get it sometimes it's gets overwhelming w big parties but front the get go she was sarcastically rushing us. Noticed my daughter had eggs & she doesn't eat eggs, my little one said the waitress didn't give her a chance to order a different side for her meal. We all enjoyed the meal & atmosphere but after we seriously had to do some rearranging of our own meals & swap items from each plate. Plus Irene made itvout like it was our fault. I had to stop here since the beginning when she was taking orders from my blind mother & deaf father & had to explain to her their situation & to please slow down. Apparently she did it with them but continued to be rushed with the rest of us.

Dennys at this location Is okay. Customer service was okay. Pancake’s were good.Hash browns were not good they were so dry. Also the AC was too low or I don’t think so they had AC turned on the day I had been for brunch. Restaurant was crowded. But we were sweating while having our brunch it was too warm inside.

I remember it so crowded in the morning... So we go back to denny's for dinner. The waitress is very nice.

I'm not sure if it was because it was slow. I ordered this menu item that was healthy. Eggwhites spinach, fruit, turkey bacon, and English muffin. I got water to drink. The egg whites were okay. They put a slice of American cheese on it. It was interesting. The fruit was boarding on expired and was sweating. Strawberries were sour as well. The English muffin was burnt. The pancakes were good, though. The turkey bacon was really greasy and left a puddle on my plate. Service was okay. It looked like one guy was taking care of everyone, and he looked stressed. Food was okay for a Dennys. Expected a little better on management for staffing.

I should start by saying that this is my first time at a Denny's. I'm in the US as a visitor and in the UK, as far as I know, we do not have a Denny's. The experience was... decent. We were seated quickly. We were served quickly. The waiter was friendly and patient with our indecisiveness. But the food was pricey, in my opinion. A double cheeseburger meal costs about $15.99. $10.99 for some mozzarella sticks. A milkshake for $5.99. The mozzarella sticks didn't taste like much until we dipped them in what I assume was a marinara sauce. The burger was perhaps... the most disappointing experience I have had during my brief stay in the US so far. It was as boring as a burger can sadly be. It had 5 pickles but no pickle to taste. It had cheese, but again, there was nothing to taste. The burger was juicy and cooked well... but again, lacking any seasoning to taste. It was just bland. I would come here again if I were hungry, and it was the only option. It was certainly convenient.

I got the "senior" breakfast just to see what it included since the menu didn't. It was a small portion as expected. However, the server offer a toast or hash brown as included in most breakfast. When I received the bill there was a $3.49 charge for the toast. I asked the server why didn't she say it wasn't included. I didn't want to argue her answer. It just made me think .if I was on a fixed income and had to watch my $ . The senior plate turned into the price of the regular plate. The sausage lacked flavors probably because most seniors have to eat bland. My grandson enjoyed his burger, so that's all that matters really.

We were on vacation, love that breakfast is served all day. We got up late and had to eat next door to our hotel and lucky for us it was Dennys. Great service, good food, and convenient location.

Service was slow took 30 minutes to tale our order. Brian stepped in for our server, food was okay except for the fact that the cobb salad was all spinach instead of romaine(ran out)and to top it off it wasn’t washed and there were leaves with dirt still on them. This was after the skillet wasn’t made the way I ordered it so I opted for the salad. Not a great place to get food.

I really enjoyed Katie and her service Great food prepared! But I still don't like Mr Denny. I want to speak to Mr Denny himself.

Johnny offered good and friendly service. After a long day at Disneyland, it was refreshing to experience such a young hardworking person. Our meal was made to our specifications and there pancakes are delicious. I compliment the staff at this location.

The service was excellent and expedient and still managed to be warm and friendly! You have to understand that giving a five-star rating to Denny's when it comes to food is not about American food itself as much as it is about Denny's executing its product and menu very well. In other words - this particular cook at this particular Denny's did a fantastic job and all of us were very satisfied by the food.

Was kind of crowded but that’s expected it’s uper close to Disneyland. Got seated super quickly. Our original server was Hugo but he kind of dropped the ball, Tracy came and saved the day! She had great Customer service was so helpful. Very fast. Great attitude, you can really tell that she loves what she does. Thanks for a lovely breakfast :)

Great Dining Experience!!! Absolutely delicious food served at a busy weekend night. Will definitely return.

The waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our large family. She gave a few suggestions to save some $$. Food was delivered hot and complete. You could tell the staff was used to dealing with families all day. Can't complain.

Very courteous, friendly service, albeit a tad slow. They were busy though. My wife, son, and I all enjoyed our food. My fav is to do the build your own grand slam (hash browns, pancakes, bacon, sausage), then cut it all up and mix it into a hash then top it with eggs over medium and smother with country sausage gravy and drizzle maple syrup, top with tapatio.

Amazing experience here ! The staff was super friendly and attentive. We got our food quick and we kept getting refills without having to ask. Our server had a smile the entire time we were there. Super convenient and close to Disneyland. Plus they close at 2AM most days, which is great! You can visit after going to the Parks.

First time trying Denny's. Didn't know the brand but I was impressed by their dishes. Would recommend to anyone visiting USA.
