...we went to aleppo's kitchen after reading reviews online... ...parking can become limited esp. on weekends and later in the evening... ...service was somewhat unwelcoming to non-arabic speakers...ok no problem... ...table cloths were not changed after each customer/group... ...no attempt was made to acquaint us with salient parts of the menu/specials... ...fortunately, we are quite familiar with syrians/syrian cuisine... ...the adas/lentil soup was not hot and had an ingredient we could not identify...not our cup of syrian adas!!... ...the meat did not seem to be marinated for any length of time...maybe, it was just slapped together with spices and put on the grill...again, not savory at all... ...the eggplant/mutabbal dish was also not upto syrian par... ...we would have tried some other dishes/dessert but desisted based on our experience with the above... ...and, they charged more for soda than the price on the menu... ...our culinary experience was contrary to the other reviewers...

It was our first time here, and we are so glad that we tried it. The food was amazing, we had …for appetizer: hummus with meat, Taboleh, and kebeh, and all were perfect. For main dishes: mansef, kabab and shish tawook and they were VERY VERY delicious 😋. Dessert: kunafeh (was good, but it is not the Palestinian or Jordanian kunafeh taste), with coffee and tea. The portions were so generous, and we could not finish the rice. The customer service was excellent. It is a bit pricey, but delicious and generous portions. We will definitely come back. Thank you 😊

My husband brought me here bc he grew up in Syria and told me this reminded him of being there. It was so so so so so so so so delish. The service isn’t great. It’s just a bunch of young guys running around (and into each other).

Had a great experience eating lunch at Aleppo’s kitchen. Went midweek in the early afternoon and it was not busy. The dining room was nicely decorated with brass and steel Arabian coffee pots and other regional decor. We hoped to have the lentil soup, but with the heatwave, soup was in short supply. We ordered the blended strawberry lemonade, two appetizers and two entrees with coffee and a dessert. The total was $100 which was surprising, but each dish was done well. The Kibbeh was some of the best I’ve had in a while. Very tasty! Would definitely go back.

My third visit here and I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with both the food and the service. I brought my family visiting from overseas and felt humiliated to say the least. They had so many authentic dishes before now it’s just basics and we walked out paying $500 for just a bunch of appetizers. Definitely my last time visiting. Would not recommend..

Family owned, friendly staff with great Syrian food. I have tried many Middle Eastern restaurants before but hands down this has the hummus I had in the states it’s the exactly the type of hummus you can expect to eat in Syria. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Allepos kitchen, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Now, onto the food itself. We ordered the ceasar salad and sish tawook, which came with a side of rice and a garlic sauce. Both items were good and the most importantly the chicken was perfectly juicy and not bland. The garlic sauce was the perfect finishing touch, adding just the right amount of tanginess to the dish. The fresh hot pita bread was mouth watering and the knafeh for desert was also good. The prices are on the higher end compared to other Arab restaurants in the area but portion sizes were good, and I left feeling satisfied. Overall, I would highly recommend Allepos kitchen to anyone looking for delicious food in a welcoming nice clean atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

Totally amazing middle-eastern food. It’s delicious, friendly and the prices are great. Go park in the back and get a table in the patio. After that, dig in the menu and start ordering. Don’t be afraid to explore because everything has that homemade feel to it and you’ll enjoy it as much as I did. They also have hookah too! After dinner order a hookah with tea, that’s how it’s done!

Great place. Went for dinner with family. It didn't look too expensive like other places but outstanding service and food tasted really good. They were out of mint drinks which was a disappointment because they make it soooo good. The place was very clean both indoor and outdoor. I love going to this restaurant with friends and family. Plenty of parking available.

Was there before the concert at Honda Center, great Syrian/Turkish restaurant with excellent food, great service, and atmosphere (if you enjoy outdoor hookah), the lamp is excellent.

Authentic Middle Eastern food with a variety of delicious cold and hot mezze, salads, grills, traditional dishes and many more. Must try; Fattoush, Cheese Rolls, Kibbe, Stuffed Grape Leaves and Lamb Kabsa!

Very good food! We did not know that they don't serve alcohol, but enjoyed the alcohol free mixed drinks instead. Food was awesome. Great flavors and beautiful presentation. They got busy at the end of our meal and it took some time to get the check. Our servers were otherwise very friendly. Would recommend Aleppo's to anyone looking for a great meal without alcohol.

This local family owned business is a gem! From the food to the staff to the rebranded and updated new restaurant, it's a great experience. I've come for lunch several times and have yet to be disappointed. I've gotten their flatbreads, including the innovative potato and za'tar, which I've never seen before. Order it. It's delicious. Their classic sujuk or cheese are also on point.👌 If you are hungry, I'd recommend the Aleppo sandwich, which is meaty and tasty with a custom slaw inside their pita bread. Even their fries are good! Also, they released a new iced lemon mint drink, which is divine. Love love love this place, and everyone who works here is such a delight. Definitely stop by if you are in the area! Or better yet, drive out specifically to try all their delicious dishes.

Unfortunately Aleppo's Kitchen - a Syrian restaurant closed. New Aleppo's kitchen moved to a different location, but it lost its charm. Now it's just another middle eastern restaurant. It looks nice inside because it's very new, but it lost most its dishes and it's overpriced. We came to Aleppo's for Syrian cuisine, redesigned Aleppo's is just doesn't make much sense for me know. So if you already arrived to the old location and found it's closed, don't bother driving to the new location, just pick another restaurant on the same street.

Quite simply - WOW! I had rather high expectations considering the reviews, but all of that paled in comparison to the actual experience. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish better than the one before. The waitstaff was kind and food came out quicker than I imagined. The flavors were unbelievable. Everything was so fresh. I recommend the appetizer combo plate. The red pepper/pomegranite dip, the lamb rice and the mixed grill! Bring your appetite. Not only would I say this is the best Middle Eastern Food in Orange County - this is in my top 10 restaurant list! You will not be disappointed.
