Most recent visit and meal were both incredibly disappointing. Lines are always long which based on my prior visits,( which were better than a year ago) were worth the drive and the wait. But it seems they've out grown their ability to deliver a quality product. My chicken strips were smaller than they used to be. Closer to half strips. The fries were thin and sad like old del taco fries. Cane's will not likely be my first choice for chicken strips going forward.

Okay I get if it’s busy long lines is where orders get mixed but it was empty early morning I asked for a box combo 2 xtra cane sauces and no coleslaw xtra fries. Yes it was my fault for not checking then and there but to my dismay once I got home i had a 3 chicken box with cole slaw and no sauce I looked at my receipt and got charged for all! Ridiculous never recommending people at this location . Check your orders double

This place is fast. I couldn’t even put the lid on my soda before they called my name for my order. I got the 6 price tender meal and let me say these chicken tenders are so moist and soft with a good crunch. The chicken tasted fresh, dare do I say better than Popeyes… I love the canes sauce that comes with it has nice spices in it that really kicks up the flavor. Also that Texas toast that comes with it oh man it was warm soft and so good. I have to say Raising Canes most definitely a top contender for best chicken tenders.

We went at almost 11pm and the line was longer than expected. We went through the drive through and told our order to someone before the ordering board. We opted for the #1 and didn't want coleslaw so got an extra piece of toasty bread instead. The chicken didn't taste as good as it usually does. Like something changed. Maybe the quality? I came here in March and the chicken was great. We asked for the Raising Canes lemonade and I really don't feel like that's what we were given. It didn't have much flavor and tasted watered down.

It’s Cane’s not a whole lot else I can add. Delicious tenders, good toast, and the sauce is almost good enough to eat as its own meal. Service was good, quick, friendly. One of my favorite places to try to visit if I’m near one.

Can't go wrong with Raising Cane's. Very limited menu but what they offer is great. Kinda like the In-n-Out of the chicken world. ProTip: when buying a combo, changes to the order can be made (example they will swap the toast or slaw for extra fries if requested). Also the drink can be taken off the combo package reducing the overall price.

Service was okay when they took our order, when we got home it was a bit disappointing to see the portion of the fries, and for the price of a box combo this is definitely not worth it!

I love raising canes! It's the in and out of chicken. The sauce is so good, and the bread is perfect. I sub the slaw for bread because I live it so much. Plus, they are open till 2 am, which means I can get it anytime. The only thing I can say is I hope that they add a lower sodium option for salt sensitive people. Thanks for a delicious meal canes.

My friends and I stopped by this Raising Canes on our way to San Diego since they were craving it. We came during lunch time and they had a bunch of parking spaces in the big plaza. I got the Box Combo that comes with 4 tenders, fries, coleslaw and bread along with a drink. They give you their special sauce and 2 ketchup packets. The tenders are alright here and the service we received was good. Their bathroom need a code to unlock the door, I guess to keep out certain people. They have outdoor seating here as well if you want to eat outside. There drive thru was busy when we got there and was still busy when we left.

What is going on with canes? The chicken was so dry. I mean come on, I paid 45 bucks for a 25 piece. Which I thought was gonna come with other sides. But nope, just DRY CHICKEN. I want to say thank you to canes for making this right. After posting this review I received an email to replace my order. This time the chicken was juicy, tender and fresh. Amazing. Thank you.

This location gets packed. Their drive thru goes around oddly and when it's busy, you won't be able to get out because the line going in blocks you from getting out. If you go inside for take out, the wait time is just about the same. However, inside is a huge organized chaos. It's dirty inside and crowded because of people wating for their to go orders. They don't have crowd control. Workers don't care to organize the mess inside. The drink area is messy. The carpet is all wet from the drinks and the ice that's dripping from the catch basin of the drink fountain. Makes me wonder if this is the same inside their work stations. I'll never go to this location again. The hype is just beacuse of their thousand island deeping sauce that's been remade and it will cause you extra $ if you ask for some extra.

Amazing service from Phillip! And this was on a pick up order, which you would never expect because usually it's less service oriented. He was very nice and considerate and asked all of us if we had what we needed. Went the extra mile when he totally didn't have to. Truly appreciate him for helping all of us this evening!

I thought it was pretty good nothing special, there sauce was different in a good way. It kinda remind me of McDonald's sauce with a hint of lemon.

Looks like a party going on in there! I ordered for curbside pickup while in town. They did forget one of my meals I called and went back they made my whole order over again and gave me 2 cards for a free box meal each! Pretty awesome! I forgot the guys named that helped me out but he was awesome and very kind! He didn't question anything just asked me if I wanted a partial refund or to come back. So the chicken was good as usual! Juicy chicken on the inside and crispy breading on the outside but not too much so that your eating pure batter lol like some places I know... you can actually taste the juicy perfectly cooked chicken inside! The cole slaw is just average...not sure I'm not feeling coleslaw from anywhere right now so I dont want to judge it. The fries were just regular crinkle cut fries but when you dip into the yummy canes sauce they are delicious! The bread it comes with a so perfect also! I love it! Its toasted just right so that its crispy on the edges but the bread is still so soft and spongy. Also with my box meal I got a half lemonade and half unsweetened tea. I love when places offer that as your drink! It was delicious! My son had the chicken sandwich he said it was really good 👍 he gave a thumbs up! 🙃 I will be visiting my local raising canes when I get back home and I would definitely return to this location when I'm in town again! They have awesome customer service! Thank you to the guy the helped me out sorry I didn't have your name to put here but you know who you are! Keep up the great work guys and thanks again!

I absolutely love Raising Cane's! The chicken fingers are always fresh and cooked to perfection. The secret Cane's sauce is the perfect complement to the chicken and the The crinkle-cut fries are crispy and seasoned just right. The service is always friendly and efficient, making for a great dining experience. I also appreciate the simplicity of the menu, as it allows for a focus on quality over quantity. Overall, Raising Cane's is my go-to spot for delicious chicken fingers and sides. Highly recommend!

I will give a little slack cause they are ALWAYS busy/crowded and I do see now hiring signs BUT the avial tables are always dirty (crumbs and such) and the trash is quite full every time I've been there. I think especially with COVID that cleaning the inside lobby would be a higher priority, but then again, we are ALL lucky to have food places even open for us.... Remember when we had only grocery stores and cook for ourselves just one year ago..... The food is good, not bad nor over the top to me but I do enjoy it. I wish they offered ranch of some sort and the bread/toast simple but...I can't get enough of it, that's what keeps me coming back ( and the pellet ice from the fountain drinks) 😁

I love Canes, the sauce, toast and chicken so delicious! Close to Disneyland makes this a great spot, too!

I recently visited Raising Cane's and was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of their food and the level of customer service I received. I had a deal that I wanted to redeem, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to take advantage of the offer. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and juicy, tender meat on the inside. The fries were also fantastic, with just the right amount of salt and crispiness. And let's not forget the delicious Cane's sauce, which was the perfect accompaniment to the chicken and fries. But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service I received. When I had trouble redeeming my deal, the staff went out of their way to help me, making sure that I was able to take advantage of the offer. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, my experience at Raising Cane's was excellent. The food was delicious and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend giving them a try, and if you have any issues, don't hesitate to ask for help from their friendly staff - they'll do everything they can to ensure that you have a great experience.

I had a lot of things about raising Cane's, it was a little bit concerned that the hype around the location was mostly because We are just starting to get this restaurant on the west coast, to my knowledge. But actually the food is absolutely delicious! Don't know what they put in that sauce but it is magical and the chicken strips are really good. I find that I always get myself a sandwich and fries, another one of my friends like the three finger combo. The weight in line may be long, but I wouldn't say it's any longer than waiting in an in and out line

My food wasn’t hot. The black cashier guy looked me in the eye and said everything was in the bag. I had missing utensils for my coleslaw. 2 packets for two combo orders and one napkin. My bread wasn’t toasted. The car in front of me was chatting with the employee drive thru.
