I always drive by this place and today I decided to give it a try. My wife and I were really craving a chili cheese burger and luckily this place has one. I ordered a chili cheese burger with the chili on the side( it comes in a cup) and also ordered the chicken strips with a side of fries and some onion rings. First impressions were really good. Allot of good flavor and the chilli they use is really good as well. The chicken strips come in a very generous size, there is definitely enough to share. The prices were fair and they also have a very good soda machine. I will definitely come back to this location to try some other stuff on the menu. I recommend this place because the prices are fair and the portions are big!

The best chicken and waffles I’ve ever eaten in Orange County! A very unpresumptuous diner on the outside but on the inside it looks like an old Skool diner. Lots to choose from on the menu and the chicken is fried with the perfect amount of batter served with tender waffles, a generous amount of butter and syrup. It can be shared or if you like large portions, go for it!!

Good clean place to relax and enjoy a good cheeseburger and watch some sports. Toms place has remodeled during the pandemic and the dining area looks great. I like their Pastrami fries and shakes.

Had a Great Meal here at Toms! The food was excellent, they have many delicious choices so it took a few minutes to decide what to order. I walked in and ordered my food to go. They did have a large indoor dining area but I was posted up with my dog in my Van. They have a large parking lot, clean restrooms and a drive through. The restaurant is handicap-able. The food was fast, excellent, the service was kind and efficient. I will definitely go again!

I have the wonderful opportunity to eat here everyday before work. We come in large groups at times and they accommodate all of us without complaint. (I might add we are a loud and rowdy bunch). Our orders are usually remembered and a lot of us are addressed by name. Gives me the old dinner feel.

Was very hungry this morning and while I was passing this place, I decided to try this place out. I ordered the Strawberry Waffle and it did not disappoint. The waffle was warm, light, airy and delicious. Served with warm maple syrup and whipped cream, delicious. The staff were friendly and my food was served was very fast. Would highly recommend if you are driving by.

First time here and did not disappoint. We had the pastrami sandwich and the ribeye sandwich. Big portions and very good tasting food. Very friendly staff and place was very clean. Will definitely come back again when in the area.

My husband gets a lettuce wrapped burger from here at least once a week and it's always hot and fresh. I go between the waffle and various kids meals because the portions are so large. The employees in the drive thru are very nice and the food is pretty quick considering it's cooked to order... But when did it become Tim's Place? That is the real question🙂. Tim's, Tom's, either way, the food is good and the portions are large.

The gyro platter is great. Wish they had southern sweet tea though... other everything was perfect... next time I will leave a tip. All my funds was on my card. So I am saying sorry to the waitress that served my food and the person who prepared and cooked. Can't wait till I eat there again......

Oh, boy, where do I even begin with Tom's Place? Let me set the stage for you: I was famished, lost, and in dire need of a burger fix. Lo and behold, like a beacon of hope in a sea of hunger, I stumbled upon Tom's Place—conveniently located between my growling stomach and my rumbling car engine. As I entered, I was greeted by a warm smile that could rival the sun's rays. Seriously, if the staff at Tom's were any friendlier, they'd probably start giving out free hugs with every order. The customer service was so top-notch that I briefly considered hiring them as my personal cheerleading squad. Oh, baby, those burgers were something else. I've had my fair share of fast food patties in my life, but Tom's Place took it to a whole new level. The burger gods must have blessed their kitchen because every bite was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. It was so good that I contemplated proposing to my burger right then and there. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy enough to make you reach for an extra napkin, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. To sum it all up, Tom's Place is the fast food joint that dreams are made of. Conveniently located, staffed by the friendliest folks in the universe, and serving up burgers that would bring tears of joy to a stone statue. So, if you find yourself in need of a burger adventure, don't walk—run to Tom's Place and prepare to have your taste buds do a happy dance. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Been here before. On the spot service. Had chicken sandwich with all the trimmings. Very tasty , hot , and ready to go. Zucchini fries were delicious dipped in ranch dressing. Enjoyed my lunch

Love Tom's. I had their Pork chops and eggs breakfast last Saturday and all I can say is: Hot 🔥 Damn, great breakfast! It's was delicious. Best part is I work two blocks over...yea, I'm there about 4-6x a month. Good place, good people and great food.

I would have posted with 5 stars, but the men’s restroom had graffiti. I had the tuna melt, which was excellent. Served on very good rye bread with a generous portion of tuna filling . The combo has a large pile of fries, served hot, which is important. Easy to find location and easy parking. The dining room was clean and tidy. Recommended.

Good food great service. I gave it 4 stars because the large drinks tops do not fit and fall off. This happened to 4 people there while 2 of them were in my party. They are aware of the situation and continue to serve the cups with the lids. Both of our lids popped off 1 Pepsi all over their floor. 1 LG. Ice tea all inside my new car. I was not thrilled.

I like coming here because the food is freshly cooked and really good. The prices have gone up a lot, but that isn't unheard of. For a grilled cheese combo and a chicken sandwich combo we paid almost 28 dollars.

I ordered a cheeseburger combo with a strawberry shake instead of the soda drink. The server may be strawberry shake with nothing but milk and one scoop of ice cream and strawberry shake with watery clumpy had chunks of ice in it and she refused to make another one so I asked her to bring me some scoops of ice cream the ice cream she did not put in the shape and she brought a cup with ice cream in it and I put it in the cup and tried to make my own shape. The cheeseburger the bun was stiff not one cheeseburger didn't have enough spread on it the food in general was not good french fries seemed like they were cooked and old grease and word chewy and hard but they were hot have a good night recommend this place if you like eating good American fair food this place is not the place for that.

This place I would not recommend. Their prices are way over the top..I ordered a simple fish sandwich, small onion ring and a Pepsi the bill was $22.00...outrageous. I asked for the shredded lettuce instead of the leaf they charged me an additional$.99..there is another good burger place on Orangerhorpe (the next street right behind this one) their prices are much more reasonable...

Very nice decor, super clean, friendly staff, excellent food and very large portions. We were very impressed with our first dine in visit today and are looking forward to going back! Customer Service was great! Very friendly and helpful. Well done Tom's!

I recently stopped in to Tom’s place while I was training in the area for a new job. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the quality of food and the service. I’m particularly fond of their Turkey club sandwich on Sourdough bread. They do not hold back on anything!! I typically would eat the towering stack of Turkey, ham, bacon, fresh tomato and lettuce throughout my 5-6 hour shifts. The day before I made the mistake of making a similar order at another restaurant and paid approximately $3-4 more and got a much, much, smaller sandwich. In my opinion it is often the local “mom&pop” family style restaurants that provide really good food at the right price, and these days that means A LOT!! Oh yeah, try their fries, they’re the nice big steak cut fries that everyone LOVES, and you get a bag o’ fries….no small, no medium, A BAG O’FRIES!! Enough for 2 regular humans…. I’m recommending Tom’s place to anyone who needs a solid breakfast “grab n go” before work, or the “go to” lunch spot like I enjoyed. Just be sure you get there before the rush, they can get a little busy!!

Terrific family owned and run restaurant. I've tried so many things here and almost everything is great. My favorites are the gyro sandwich, the turkey avocado sandwich, any breakfast burrito, and the burgers are good too. Absolutely terrific french fries and buttermilk ranch. On top of it all the staff is always warm and friendly and treat you like a close neighbor.

I really love the people that work here and the food is good. Though I will say that some days the food is better than other days. I order the same thing once a week and the consistency is not always the same. Example: the breakfast burrito I order sometimes the potato inside the burrito is more crispy or cooked longer than other times. Not that they are undercooked but just not as soft and crispy in parts as my perfect burrito. Still a very good burrito, even on its worst day. This place is almost always busy, a good sign that people like this place.
