We love Polly's and usually order the same dish. I just thought this location was ok. Out of all the locations I've been too, this place tasted different. We got the Salisbury steak and they stopped serving the creamed spinach period. My kids and I usually order it. Their main side option of green beans with the Salisbury steak tasted different-- almost like there's vinegar in it. The waiter that also helped us didn't seem as helpful when we asked for bread before our meal.

I went around 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. I was able to be seated immediately. Polly's is always so good with their baked goods and their breakfast! Service was on point. I tried the pumpkin pancakes this time and they did not disappoint.

We had, Breakfast and Lunch. Asked to sit in the patio as I have a medical issue. The staff was very accommodating even though they were short staffed. The service and food could not have been better! I've been a fan of Polly's for over; 35years. It's good to see that this small chain is still well maintained form top to bottom. A big, THANKS to the whole staff for our visit.

I had a pleasant experience with the staff when purchasing the pies. The pumpkin dream wasn’t that good. Something was off. The Dutch apple pie was very good, though a bit too sugary compared to other Dutch Apple pies like you’d get at Julian.

The food overall was good. The wedge salad and coconut shrimp hit the spot and tasted good, especially the tangy spicy sauce that had a kick. The sourdough cheeseburger was okay but wasn’t hot which made the bread a bit chewy. The fries weren’t hot either.

It's not the Polly's Pies I know. I haven't been in over 5 years and I can't say I'll be back. I worked here 25 years ago and everything that was on the menu was a reflection of what Polly's Pies was about. The food wasn't bad but where are the baked beans? What happened to the Mac n cheese, twisted noodles? I was looking forward to the turkey burger to find it gone as well. Times are changing and it shows. I remember the place being busy for dinner but there was only two tables in use and one of those was ours. Looks like they wanted to bring a younger group but not sure how it's working out. The trendy menu and appearance doesn't work for me. I will say our server Kai was super sweet. 4 weeks on the job and 2 weeks into serving, he did a great job.

My first visit at this location. Ordered french toast combo with sausage and scraps eggs. My mom ordered the eggs benedict. We also ordered two cappuccinos. We had an amazing time!

I went for breakfast, had the weekly special of pancakes, eggs, and bacon. All good except for the bacon which is the cheapest skinniest piece of meat ever. Need to upgrade. Very poor.

The food is dependable diner food. Well cooked, good portions, and flavorful. The service is always friendly. The prices are fair. And the baked goods are top notch. The wait can be an issue on the weekends, and the booths can be a little cramped for bigger customers. But it's clean. And the food is what you want for a good meal.

Very good service. Nice atmosphere. The pasta we had was exceptional and we asked to share, which wasn't a problem. Worth a visit🙂

Our server Traci did a fantastic job serving our large party of 26 people!!! I had the pot pie and it was good. Next time I want a cinnamon roll because they looked so good.

Tracy was our host today and she was amazing. She was quick to take our order all while keeping a big smile. Thank you for the great service.

The banana cream pie is outstanding. I've never had a less than excellent pie from Polly's either. It was also my first time at this location. It was wonderful, and they had the exact pie I wanted to spring for in the moment. We served the banana cream pie at our dinner on Sunday, and everyone absolutely loved it. Thank you and see you guys again soon!

Pot pie was barely warm. Had to send back to reheat. Potatoes good. Pie & food is better at other locations, YL & SA. Usually service let's you know of any Specials, soup of the day, etc. Orange location was sadly, a dissappointment.

Lunch was excellent at a reasonable price. It takes awhile to be served, but otherwise the service is good. Atmosphere is that of a clean coffee shop diner.

Kids meals are an excellent deal. We went here because my daughter won an award at Crescent Elementary for a free kids meal .we actually ended up paying for the kids meal unbeknownst to us until we left, because we paid up front and our server had the coupon. I ordered the pastrami and it was very good. My wife ordered the tuna melt and it was not very good at all. My kids got the pancake breakfast meal and really liked it. The "scrambled" eggs were pretty flat and dry though.

One of my favorite restaurants. I love their food and their pies. Their pies and other bakery items are freshly baked!

Was craving the green beans! Got a great California Tuna Melt, too. Really delicious! Very generous portions, too. Server was friendly and attentive. Polly's is always a good experience.

Good chicken pot pie 🥧 & mashed potatoes but too bad they reheat pie in microwave oven 😑😐. It totally made it flat & soggy. Same with the 🍎 apple pie 😟. Could be heated properly & be very good

Got a saled and 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, it was so good. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

The restaurant is clean and the service is great! Pies looked very tempting but didn't try one. I had pancakes, eggs and bacon. All three were good but not fantastic. I had a regular cup of coffee and it was weak but I usually drink dark roast. Would I go back? Yes, for a casual, no frills breakfast.

Polly’s is great! I’ve been coming here since I was little! The food is still very good and a great value!! Breakfast is awesome and the burgers are amazing!! Don’t forget their pie! Quaint diner atmosphere that has been consistent for decades!!
