I am originally from New Jersey, and it is so hard to find an Italian Market in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. I was doing research on new restaurants, bakeries, and markets to try, and I came upon Cortina’s Italian Market. I happened to be in Anaheim, so I stopped there. The Good: They have a great selection of Italian canned goods, homemade sauces, deli options, baked goods (pastries and cookies), and bread. It reminded me of an Italian market I used to go to when I was younger. The cookies and cannolis had great flavor and they were fresh. The prices were reasonable for what I got. The Bad: Their parking lot is too small. I was lucky and found a parking space. I went on a weekday, but I can imagine how jammed it gets on the weekend. I rate all restaurants, bakeries, and markets by whether they are worth driving to in the future. I definitely think Cortina’s is worth a repeat visit, and I look forward to trying some more things the next time I am there.

Amazing sandwiches, amazing pizzas, amazing deli, amazing pastries and desserts, amazing wines, amazing everything! The always-packed parking lot is a testament to the popularity of this small but mighty tasty restaurant and market. I've been a fan for two decades now, and I love bringing first timers here, witnessing their eyes light up with one bite, and hearing them murmur, "Mmmmm!"

Wanted to have a muffuletta so I started to hunt for genuine ingredients. The hardest continues to be the sesame Italian bread. But that’s ok we found a rustic loaf at Cortina’s. Some cravings take one more of a pursuit for me. The quality of the meats and. Cheeses are top notch. The store is well stocked. I had options for the olive salad from traditional to spicy. They España canned specialties are great for making tapas. The service was great super friendly staff willing to answer questions. Feels like a neighborhood market and not a big box market. Can’t wait to go back and try their restaurant. Way to go Cortina’s

Wow... Been eating here for a while but lately the quality has just taken a nose dive. I cannot in good faith recommend this place anymore. The last three times we've ordered here they have messed it up every time. And when we have called back they have never in good faith attempted to make it right. I attached the most recent pizza we ordered 5/27/22. It was supposed to be a new York pizza under their "specialities" however it's thick and burned to a crisp....

Hidden grocery store and restaurant. Very homey, authentic with good finds. A bit expensive compared with some other stores where you can find similar products , but okay for a quick stop.

A very popular Italian restaurant for the locals the locals in the area. There they're phillyy cheesesteak sandwich is one of the the tastiest I've tried. Their pizzas are thin crust and served in classic Italian style.The place gets pretty crowded during lunch, but the servers are very friendly. Highly recommended you order your food ahead of time either by phone or online. Otherwise it will take about 20 minutes for them to prepare your meal drain the busy lunchtime. There is also a deli market right beside the restaurant. Great place to look for Italian ingredients. Sadly, no espresso served 😞

Best deli sandwich... Ever. Took the family for sandwiches after reading the good reviews. We ordered five sandwiches... All were amazing. Can't go wrong with Cortina's!

Family owned and operated Italian deli with a market next door at the Anaheim location. Quality made food that will make you come back here over and over again. I commend their workers for their hustle and grinding through the orders. Thank you Cortina's for providing delicious Italian comfort food.

Love Cortina's! Pizza, sandwiches and an awesome deli all in one. It has been a go to for a long time. The sandwiches are wonderful creations, best eaten fresh at the restaurant. The porchetta is delicious, the Cortina's special is filled with all the best italian meats and the peppers and sausages is spicy in all the right ways. We usually get a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and jalapenos, it's always perfect. I don't think I've ever had a bad pizza from Cortina's. Perfect crust, generously sauced and plenty of cheese and toppings. Finally, the deli is definitely one of my favorites! Well stocked with Italian staples, its wonderfully varied and has meats, cheeses, salads, and baked goods. There are also other things like homemade sausage, meatballs, sauces and dressings. What I love getting there as well is the pizza dough, fresh bread and fresh olive oil. You should absolutely stop by if you have the chance, everything there is worth it!

This place rocks. Prices are decent. Great place to come for your home made pizza ingredients. Worth the drive. I asked a neighbor of mine where I could get some ready made dough for some pizzas I wanted to make at home. He recommended this place. Even though there was a deli only 10 min from my house, he said the 35 min drive was worth it. And YES. it was. Amazing dough. Perfect rise. Pepperoni. Sausages. Cheese. Everything there for you.

What happened to our beloved Cortina's? We asked for toasted rolls 3 times, they came untoasted. Hardly any sauce or cheese on eggplant parmigiano. Had to bicker to receive brownie which we already paid for. My husband's chicken sandwich was cold. Wow. So substandard to what we've experienced at Cortina's.

Our first time enjoying Cortina's! Although we've passed by it several times and have heard great things about them from everyone! We actually got catering and they send individual meals to everyone who ordered which actually came with a lot of food, no skimping out here! The meal came with an awesome sandwich, I ordered the Italian sub which was delicious, A great pasta that wasn't too acidic and not too oily, just right, and a cookie I did not expect, must be an in house special but it had the right amount of chocolate and walnuts. They also threw in some chips, which always complete a proper sandwich meal. They are known for their meats and the sandwich I had definitely expressed that. I hope to visit the store some more in the future!

Busy place. We order pizza and sandwiches. Not sure what the hubbub is all about.... Pizza is thick and dough is tasteless. Just not my style. The hoagie used for the sandwiches are chewy. I like crunchy baguette style. Those who don't like chewy bread, you will not like it. Seating is also a problem at lunch. Good luck getting a seat bt the time your order is ready. Positive is ..... the porchetta sandwich flavor was very good. Came with dipping sauce. So, made the sandwich do down a little smoother. lol!

All food was good. A little pricey kids at work. There are fairly nice but I stopped going there because one of the kids in the kitchen is an issue and I've also learned from someone else just today that used to work with. That person said he's a real pinhead

Saw on TikTok, had to stop I'm on next Disney trip. Adorable clean place. Felt like being on my Italian mother in laws kitchen. The pastrami sandwich was amazing. The bread is phenomenal. Tastes like someone Nonna is in the back, kneading it with love just for me. Absolutely will return

Was recommended by a friend to either get the Rocky Balboa or Philly Cheesesteak. I opted for the latter. As I move onto the other half of my sandwich, I notice I’ve been trying to chew on a piece of hardened cheese that would just not dissolve. I pull it out my mouth and it’s actually a piece of plastic wrap that’s been melted while cooking the beef! What the hell?!

Cortina's Italian Market and deli is a delight to frequent. We like purchasing the chipotle chicken cold cuts and salsa to turkey in addition to provolone cheese and other fresh cheeses. The customer service is great. They have several kind young people working the deli who are knowledgeable of the meats and cheeses in addition to other products. We make delicious sandwiches from Cortina's products! The Cortina's pizza and sandwiches from the restaurant are delicious options when you want a break from cooking!

It took a long time for them to answer the phone when I called and almost gave up until they finally answered. They said it would take 20-30 minutes for a pizza and so I was down the block I figured I would pay and wait. When I went in to pay and they gave me the pizza right away. I said, “that was quick”. There was nobody in the restaurant so I wondered why it took so long to answer the phone. When I got home I was very hungry and when I opened the pizza box the bottom of the pizza had been burnt. I took it back and the person didn’t believe me when I said it was burned over and over again. The person didn’t care or take responsibility or apologize and instead denied the pizza was burnt. So sad, no management skills, they need a supervisor to watch the kids

My company and I always order sandwiches from Cortina’s Orange but I wanted to try the pizza- wow it was over cooked and salty, but the pizzas I saw coming out for dine in looked excellent. I guess I’m not good enough to get the good stuff. That’s cool- bye Cortina’s!

I don't know if it's authentic but it is delicious with quality ingredients at a fair price. Definitely will eat here again.
