Came here for my birthday a few days ago, really nice atmosphere,the waiters were attentive, and the food was yummy. I think the ramen here might knock out one of the places in my top 5. Would go again.

It was my first time having lunch at Kaiba, and I enjoyed their food & service. They have a drive-through as well!! The interior is spotless and nicely renovated. It was two of us, and we shared a small Sashimi platter that offered Yellowtail, Salmon, Tuna, and seared tuna, and all of it was delicious! We also ordered the Alaskan sushi roll and Spicy Garlic edamame. The roll was yummy, and so was the edamame. FYI, you can choose your spice level for the edamame! I will for sure stop by again soon.

The Salmon Sashimi was incredibly fresh and it tasted great, as well as their other rolls. We ordered the Ramen as well and it was good for sharing since it was a big bowl. We we're happy with the quality of the food and the service that we received. We'll definitely go back.

Great restaurant! Quality was surprisingly good for a casual ramen and sushi. Their sushi burritos are worth trying on a first visit. Price is very reasonable as well even for being so close to Disneyland. Definitely recommend trying.

Had a really good time here, really good food and a good environment. Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here and they sang him happy birthday. Very nice hospitality. Maria was nice and had good conversation as well. Would come back again

Well I didn't want to write this but having sea food delivered at 8am in the morning and have it sit out there till you guys open around 1130am is really mess up Iam amazed no one hasn't gotten sick eating over here yet be careful everyone

Excellent service and food. I strongly recommend the ramen and the crispy jalapeno roll, absolutely amazing. The place is kinda small but very comfy. Special thanks to Paola, she is the best waitress!

I went to Kaiba, which is a spacious restaurant with easy parking. The location is convenient, and the prices are reasonable, making it a nice place to have a meal with a decent menu selection. Their sushi burrito is tasty and comes in a very good portion size. It's worth trying if you want something a bit bigger than regular sushi rolls. However, I have to say that their salmon sashimi at Kaiba was very disappointing. The slices were too thin and didn't taste like top-quality nor even standard version of salmon. The texture was also sticky, which wasn't enjoyable. Another issue was that their rolls at Kaiba tasted very similar due to too much sauce. So, when we ordered different types of rolls, they all ended up tasting alike, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service at Kaiba was great. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the dining experience enjoyable. If you're local and looking for a place with decent prices, a variety of options, and good service, Kaiba could work for you. It's also a good spot for large groups or taking kids after sports activities. However, if you're a sushi lover or just passing through Anaheim, I'd suggest considering other options with better sushi quality. Overall, my experience at Kaiba was alright, and I might return for a casual lunch or hanging out with friends. But if you're a sushi fan, you might want to try elsewhere. Note: Tastes vary, so it's best to try it for yourself at Kaiba to see how you like it. Happy eating!

We got here 45 mins prior to closing time, the place was packed, we had a party of 6 no sitting available, however Alberto and Miguel helped us out and added a table to extend our sitting space and served our drinks and food on a timely matter. The food is delicious and I loved the customer service. Wish every restaurant had a Miguel and Alberto to provide excellent customer care. 👏 thank you

Went here for lunch for the first time and it was alright. The price is pretty good for what they offer along for the ramen and interesting Japanese style grill on the menu. I just ordered the regular sushi plate and the fish quickly fell off the rice after I used my chopstick to grab it. At least the service was nice, worth a visit for a value standardized Japanese meal around the neighborhood

Got to have Ramen tonight. This is perfect. Weather is a bit chilly, and a hot spicy soup is what I need. You can't go wrong with their Ramen. It's delicious and tasty, especially the broth. Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy environment. 5 stars. Good eats.

Today we tried this place for the first time and it was awesome! We had delicious sushi rolls and a spicy ahi tuna salad. All of the food was well prepared and so good. There were four of us and everyone enjoyed their food. A definite winner! You will not be disappointed.

Great food and great service! They were quick to bring my food and everything was hot and fresh. Never have I’ve been to a dine in where they are this attentive and not be annoying. I’m a huge water drinker and usually finish my water before I ask for another but this time, they offered to refill my water whenever I was half way done. They came 4 times to refill my water and checked up on me to see how everything was going. The manager/owner greeted everyone who came in and even stopped to ask everyone how it was going with their visit today. They even have a drive thru. Would highly recommend!

Visited this place as we saw they have very good reviews. However, They are not an authentic Japanese Sushi restaurant. Food options are Only rolls, a few sashimi items and fried food but not Sushi. We ordered 1 roll, 1 fried squid, albacore carpacio, seaweed salad and moved on. Roll is okay, carpacio is blank.

It's a Japanese/Mexican fusion restaurant. The ramen, chicken and rolls were quite delicious. The service was fast and nice. You can have a drive thru service.

Great food! Great price! Great customer service! The food never disappoints, patience is a virtue, sometimes the wait is a little longer but is worth the wait. Customer service is good the servers are always checking in you.

Much better food here than any Disney options. It's easy to join the waiting list. A short drive from my hotel and I really enjoyed the sushi and ramen. The place is clean and the service is friendly.
