always
order
at
the
Anaheim
ball
road
location.
On
6/11/2022
I
place
a
phone
order
and
they
said
in
15
minutes
so
i
got
there
a
little
after
15
minutes
paid
and
they
said
it
was
not
ready.
So
I
waited
I
order
at
353
and
I
didn't
get
my
food
untill
430.
So
I
happen
to
ask
how
much
more
for
my
order
and
they
said
let
me
check.
It
happen
that
my
order
was
there
all
these
time.
And
the
supervisor
Daniel
said
oh
sorry
about
that
long
wait.
Before
that
there
was
a
customer
that
had
order
his
food
with
no
olives
and
no
cheese
I
believe.
The
whole
point
was
that
Daniel
was
very
very
rude
and
didn't
know
how
to
handle
the
situation.
All
the
customers
were
there
listening
and
he
didn't
care.
I
think
that
the
customer
is
first
and
he
just
need
to
give
the
customer
what
he
was
asking
for.
He
needs
more
customer
service
training.
He
was
trying
to
explain
to
the
customer
that
the
bowl
and
the
plate
have
the
same
amount
of
meat
portion.
I
just
think
that
he
could
of
handdle
it
differently.
It
get
super
busy
at
these
location.
All
the
time.
All
the
team
needs
training.
