Was honestly disappointed with this location. Been here many times in the past and it's been great. First, we went in having reservations but still had to wait 15 minutes, annoying but okay I suppose. The staff were not apologetic at all and were completely stone faced as well. We were eventually seated but the staff forgot about us. 15 minutes passed and we didn't even get water. We decided to go elsewhere and we told them at the front we we're leaving because we got no service. The employees just shrugged and said okay without a care. It was depressing to see a place I love sink to this level of service.

Caught a nice happy hour here and was quite impressed! The chicken tenders were perfectly breaded. The shot and beer combo was perfect. Was very happy w the little food and drink I dud have!

The service was great! Our waitress helped us pick out our food and she kept checking in on us. We also got the chocolate cake but we had it to go. It was a good serving with fudge and ice cream. We both ordered the loaded potato soup, so good! He got the ribeye topped with mushrooms and it was cooked well. I got the New York medallions, surprisingly very good. I thought it would be tough and dry but I was mistaken. Our meal was very good and the service was outstanding.

We drove from Inland Empire to this particular restaurant since we’ve been here multiple times before we moved. We called in to make reservations party of 8 we were seated at 7:15pm placed our drinks, appetizers and Meals together since we were ready by the time the server came to get our drink order. Drinks were brought appetizers arrived, missing two cocktails. The server left didn’t come back until 30 minutes later by this time I was up ready to walk to find someone he approached me and said I’m just coming from the kitchen because your order was placed 45minutes ago and it’s not ready. I asked to speak to his manager at this point we had been sitting for over 1:15minutes my mother had already pointed out that other tables that were seated after us had gotten their food before us. The manager arrived and apologized and said that they were working on our food her excuse was that it depended on what we ordered and some food takes longer to cook than other I did mention to her that we did see how all the tables had gotten served and we were skipped, she mentioned that the server had forgotten to put our order in… but they were bringing it out shortly. When they brought our food they brought partial plates out everything being served at different times my daughters were the last two to have their plates brought at this point my food is cold , they also forgot to put my husband’s order in so he went and told them to remove his meal since it wasn’t ordered. I also told the server to remove the two cocktails that were not brought. We were the last customers to leave this restaurant with horrible service. I had to get up and ask another person for steak sauce and ketchup. My husbands food got brought out but he didn’t eat it he was upset since we invited the family we didn’t walk out even though he wanted to. The server blamed the cooks and the manager said the server didn’t put our orders in I don’t know what truly happened but I will not return to this location we left very disappointed. Never had this kind of poor service.

We came to the Bourbon Experience dinner tonight and it was very good. All the food courses were excellent, the drinks were tasty and the shots were interesting. I'm not much of a Bourbon drinker, but one of them was actually really good, the second one (I don't remember the name.) The filet was extraordinary! And the cheesecake at the end was awesome. I couldn't eat it (except for a bite.)

The waitress would attend to everyone else. Not once was I asked how the meal was or if I needed anything. Every single time I wanted a refill on my drink, steak sauce and a clean utensil because mines fell on the floor I had to initiate and a few time even got ignored. But the food on the the other hand was spectacular. Awesome portions and great taste.

My family and I chose Black Angus to have our New Years Eve dinner. All in all we had a good dinner. For a steakhouse I just thought my Ribeye lacked seasoning, I had to add salt and pepper. The steak itself needed to be seared more to get that beautiful crust that wasn’t there, I should have taken a picture. My girls loved their salmon and wife liked her burger. We had asked our waitress (Maria V) to please go ask if there was anything nut related in the malaises bread because of my daughter’s allergy and it took her for ever to come back to our table and when she did, she said that she would now go to the kitchen and check. I had ordered a soup for a side and then remembered they had a Cesar salad and asked Maria if I could change my order (it literally was two minutes since she took our order) and she told me yes it was to late but she would check. You don’t tell that to a customer! You tell the customer “let me go check for you”, I just thought it’s soup! Pour it back in the pot. We still tipped her $25 cash. I just expected more from such a nice restaurant

The food was delicious but the seating was terrible we got seated almost immediately which was nice however we had a handicap person in a wheelchair and they sat us in the back of the restaurant nowhere near the entrance not being mindful that he's handicapped (my 80+ yr old grandpa.. ) and they sat us at a very small table that had a pole right next to it instead of sitting us at a bigger table saying that my grandpa was going to block the aisle if you went on another table but then later proceeded to seat a large party with an additional table that blocked the whole aisle (pic added)

Black Angus has really gone down hill from what it once was, but I still go when I get the coupons in the mail. Could really use a facelift, the decor is dated and the carpet and booths have a dingy appearance. Corporate is running this chain into the ground.

Fabulous!!! 4 of us ordered the trio. Steak,shrimp & lobster special. It was very very good, a 10 on the scale. Very enjoyable & relaxing. Our servers were also great.

Eat early the restaurant was very quite. It was quite enjoyable. Our server Katy N. was so sweet and was right on top of everything. The food was excellent. Prime rib was cooked to perfection.

becWell to start I did work as a waiter and I know what to expect from another waiter, I do pay attention the way I'm being treated, the time they take to offer a drink, and appetizers, the full order and how long they take to make it if is cooked the way I like, presentation of the dish, the portion and patience because I went with a group of 12 people they all came to visit from Mexico and I didn't see a sign of discomfort on the waiter, Awesome job I do recommend this place to anyone 👍🏽 I didn't rate 5 ⭐ because at the entrance nobody ask us nothing people where jumping in front of us checking in we were standing waiting to be seated 🤔 big group to NO be noticed.

Didn't get much of a welcome when we walked in even though there were 3 young ladies standing at the reception desk. Server was very attentive and made up for the indifference when we arrived. His service was very good. We had a coupon and ordered steak, shrimp and lobster. It came with 2 sides. Portions were generous and price, with coupon, was amazing. The food was enjoyable but did not have tremendous flavor. Server made it a point to make sure the steaks were prepared as we requested, which they were. Unfortunately steaks were tough. All in all, it was a good experience.

Excellent food. Service was top-notch. We were there early for a weeknight, so it was quiet. We ordered their special meal for two and it was delicious and just enough. Even shared a desert. Will be going back for sure.

The food was great. They have surprisingly wonderful cocktails. They also had a sign up for a pairing event that sounded fun. The music was a bit loud but understandable due to we were sat in the bar area. Staff was good but could be a bit better. The bathrooms were clean but needed updating. All in all it was a amazing dinner. Will go again.

If you're looking for petite steak, delicious shrimp, big potatoes, decadent smooth smashed potatoes. This is NOT the place. The most dry potatoes (sand texture) tiny steak, soggy shrimp. DO NOT waste your money!!!!!

We were seated almost immediately upon entering. But, it took 25 entire minutes before anyone even stopped to take our order. We had to beg both the busboy and the floor manager for tlhelp. The couple next to us waited 15 minutes to get their final bill. All of us were frustrated beyond belief because there were several empty tables and at least four servers on the floor. So, what the heck is going on here. Incompetence or just apathy?

Looking forward to a usually great meal at Black Angus left us utterly disappointed. The meal began with a spinach artichoke dip appetizer that came complete with a very long, wavy, blonde hair nested among the chips. The server was mortified and produced a fresh, hair-free replacement. Other missteps took place, such as bringing fries instead of mashed potatoes and forgetting to bring an entire kid's meal, however it didn't end there. The anticipated thick, juicy rib eye was more the equivalent of a sad thin piece of meat one would expect to see served up with a steak 'n egg breakfast plate in a greasy spoon. At a whopping half-inch thick it is not difficult to imagine how they had difficulties cooking it to the requested medium-rare. Even more off-putting was the gray color. To obtain such a dismal hue is most assuredly attributed to freezing and defrosting. Pointing out the obvious shortcomings of the meal, the server focused only upon the well-cooked aspect of the sad little piece of meat and returned for a second try with its twin; another thin, gray offering but instead cooked medium rare on one end and extremely rare on the other. At this point we cut our losses and resolved that this would be our last experience with Black Angus. To their credit, they rightly adjusted the bill, however to plate and actually present such an obviously abysmal looking meal speaks volumes about the declining quality of their food.

Husband and I make it a point to eat here a bit and they really never disappoint. We both had prime rib using the CAMPFIRE FEAST. Twas yum! Staff was super friendly and attentive 👍🏽 We're full and happy 😊 Thanks!!

Overcooked my steak and my friends. When they refired the steaks they brought back the same cold lobster tails and same cold sides. Waitress was really rude when my friend wanted to simply change a liquor In the drink. I was shocked how bad it was. Cold potatoes au gratin makes no sense. You refired the expensive choice steak, but couldn't be bothered to do fresh like 60 cents of potatoes? We were a party of 5 on a Slow Saturday night. I'm sooo easy going but I will never eat at a Black Angus again. Too many other good options. The service was realllllllly bad.

The wait time on the weekends is like any other restaurant.....it feels eternal but if you dont mind seating yourself on the bar side then its tolerable. The wagon wheel is more than plenty for 4 and with that being said try and finish your main course after sharing the sampler 😎👍🏽

We stopped in to Black Angus while visiting CA. The food was great and the drinks were delicious. Our server (Perry) was friendly and attentive. He didn't try to rush us which was nice. If I lived near this restaurant I'd definitely go again.

There was a mix up with our reservations and somehow our table got taken by another party. But the staff was able to quickly find another table for us! On mother's day too and it was awesome! The food and staff were great!

This was a birthday dinner for my mom but also on nostalgia kind of place because we used to eat here a lot when I was younger with family. The food was good, although nothing majorly special. The steak I got was exactly how I ordered it and the waiter made sure to get refills out very often.

I went around 630 PM. There was plenty of seats. The waiter was very sweet and attentive. Came back often to fill our drinks or get what we needed. He even stayed to check if the food was cook properly. I got a drink that I ended up not liking , our waiter went ahead a comped my drink.

My family and I have enjoyed this restaurant the last 20 years and they've maintained their quality of food. Except I noticed the awesome mudpie dessert has shrunk in serving size!! Our food was absolutely delicious. We had Mojito that were so refreshing. Our server was polite and attentive. The staff were so fun and pleasant. Great atmosphere to dine in.

We came to the Black Angus for a graduation party . We had a party of 9. It was about 8:30. Our server was outstanding, he got all the orders and nicely served correctly. We truly enjoyed our time and we were not rushed. The food was good as well. Thank you!

Food was great but, our server, Olga, was very forgetful. Had to be reminded about the bread. Also, I ordered a Pepsi with no ice and it didn't arrive until the meal arrived. My drink had ice, which I can understand as it was busy. However, I had to repeatedly ask for a refill which only came when we were getting ready to leave. Very disappointing.

Julian was our waiter for Thanksgiving! We ordered turkey dinners and seafood plates and tons of drinks. Everything was delicious, and Julian kept everything moving from appetizers to desserts!

We had a reservation and were taken to our table right away. We sat there for about 10 minutes before we went to ask for assistance. Our waitress finally came and said there had been a mix up and asked if we were ready to order. Drinks took forever and my cocktail even longer. Bread was hard and cold. We had to ask for everything and it was still delayed. I ordered the chicken with mashed potatoes, but got rice pilaf. Daughter got filet mignon with the mashed potatoes and they tasted rotten. We both had to get broccoli instead. Only 4 of us and we had to wait over an hour to get our food. Honestly, probably the worst experience at a Black Angus. Our waitress was nice but everything else was below average.

Not only were the employees happy and welcoming but the food was really incredible. We went there for my sons birthday and they really hit it out of the park! The shrimp with walnuts was great and the sticky fingers were also great We all had hot tea and it was the perfect ending

Our server Michelle was nice. The iced tea I ordered was weak so I exchanged it for soda. Appetizer of garlic pepper fried zucchini was missing garlic pepper. I ordered the rib eye medium. Showed up med well to well depending on where you cut into it. The manager was too busy with his own family to check on the paying customers. The head chef was too busy walking around and being social with other staff instead of doing quality control. Definitely won't be returning.
