This is the best bar in OC hands down! Lauren an JP are amazing bartenders, and the food is made from scratch!! Been here with Gloria, Natalie, and Dominique too! Service is always astounding! Do the Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sanswich!!! Amazing service every time… Seriously come here!!! Great time!!!!

Come here to casually hang with your buddies. It's kind of a more grungy sports bar that's kind of divy. Music is very loud so you gotta almost yell to talk to each other, waitress got my order wrong (probably bc of that), food was unremarkable. Dirty totes were as stated and nothing too special except that it was a lot smaller than I expected. Wings were actually not bad and had a lot of fun twang to them. Some could argue that the flavors would be too strong but it was a nice change of pace. Food: 6/10 Service: 5/10 Atmosphere: 5/10

We did not have food here so can't review on that but we did have an amazing bartender that took care of the whole place, which was very impressive. Beer was nice and cold, there were a lot of televisions for all the sports fans.

I tried the burger and Garlic fries, quite nice , nice pours on the Jameson! Bartender Dominique was cool 😎

Love coming to this place for the shrimp tacos. Brought my gf now she also like’s coming. Sometimes it’s very busy takes a while to get a second beer so ask when you’re like half way haha. Besides that great place!

Really chill local bar. My friends and I decided to visit the bar because they advertise, “the coldest beer.” I rate the statement as TRUE. The bartender was friendly and she quickly attended to everyone at the bar.

I have no choice but to give a 1 star review. We come in a lot, but the experience tonight was terrible. I tried getting something to eat on the way home and my card declined. I realized the card I was given back was also a B of A card but for someone else. This is even worse because there were only two of us left in the bar. It also took a very long time to get our first drink. We also had to order the same drink multiple times before getting it. Now I have to go without a debit card for days, update all of my auto payment accounts and manage through inconvenience due to lack of focus by an employee. They were more interested in their phone than providing service. We go about 3 times a week, but now I will look for other options. I tried calling to report the issue and nobody bothers to answer even though i know they are open. Bad all around....

Drinks were cold and the food was delicious. Several TVs throughout featuring different sports. Food was out quick after ordering and hot. They even customized the tater tots for garlic tater tots which were delicious. Service is always great here, the ladies are super friendly and easy to chat with.

Great if you want a simple bar with good food.

The food quality is so much more than I could have hoped for. Natalie & Dominique have a friendly smile everytime I stop by for dinner or a cocktail. Make sure you find your way to this hidden gem.

One of my favorite places to get some work done on hot days. The mobile office gets a little stuffed at 75+ degrees. Sometimes you need an ice cold one.

Good food and especially good service from Dominique. Although she was the only server that night during an Angels game, she was always around and very attentive. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Salty Dawg for well over a decade! This is the best bar in Orange County for sure! We come here for our business meetings on Monday nights, and Dominique always has drinks ready and on the bar before we ever even sit down! She knows exactly what we want and never lets the drinks run dry! Running a restaurant/bar is hard people! Kim has always done an amazing job keeping a clean and extremely friendly environment! Oh, and it’s a scratch kitchen, which means all the food is made to order fresh and there’s no premade junk that you get those other franchise sports bars….The food at Salty is always amazing and if you’ve never been before, you need to get over here!
